Jim MacKenzie is a seasoned marketing and broadcast executive. Since 1998, he has served in various capacities for Ignite Communications and affiliated companies - including shifts as President and Director. Ignite Communications, a full service advertising and edirect agency based in Western Canada, has supported such clients as Four Seasons Hotels; Joico Hair Products; and SuperPages (Verizon) to name a few. In February of 1990, he joined BCTV television in Vancouver, British Columbia. While at BCTV (one of Canada's largest television stations) he established new accounts and serviced existing corporate accounts - conducting market research, developing competitive market strategies, introducing new products and services, and negotiating terms of contracts for financing.

Kay has been in the Hospitality Industry since 1986. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from UNLV. Her experience includes Assistant Guest Services Manager, and Assistant Front Office Manager for Four Seasons Hotels in both Newport Beach, California and Washington DC, opening Reservations Manager for The Doral Telluride Resort & Spa, Telluride Colorado, Front Office Manager and Reservations Manager for the Majestic Hotel, San Francisco, California and the Snowmass Lodge and Club, Snowmass Village, Colorado. Her projects have included: AIDS Walk Colorado, a 15,000-person walk; and Ride the Rockies a 50-person, 5-day, 300-mile bicycle ride to raise money for the Colorado AIDS Project; working on the MasterCard Expo in Paris, France, Washington DC and San Francisco, California. In addition, Kay handled all the international sponsors with their housing and transportation needs for the World Alpine Ski Championships in Vail. For the past two years she has worked with the Golden Gloves Tournament of Champions coordinating airline travel and housing for 600 attendees nationwide during the elimination National Tournaments in Detroit, Michigan and Reno, Nevada.
