Dr. Andrew Cook joined the company in January 2001 as Vice President, Sales and Marketing. He previously served in multiple positions with Westinghouse and ABB, building a broad range of experience in the nuclear field. Cook served as the advanced nuclear fuel and methods development manager for Westinghouse. During his service as the total quality manager for the Westinghouse Nuclear fuel division, the company was awarded the Malcolm Baldridge national quality award. He later served as the Westinghouse Nuclear Service Division Total Quality Manager. In addition, he served as the southeast regional nuclear fuel sales manager and as the Westinghouse nuclear services project manager for the western half of the U.S. At ABB, Cook served as the Vice President of Fossil Sales in the northeast. He also served as Director of ABB Nuclear Fuel Projects and Marketing, Director of Nuclear Service Sales to competitor plants, and Director of the ABB Nuclear Engineering and Transient Analysis department. Cook holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as a Ph.D. in nuclear transient analysis, a Master of Science degree and a Nuclear Engineering degree from MIT. His undergraduate bachelor's degree is from Cornell. Cook has served as a director of his township soccer board and as a member of his township environmental advisory board. He led his ward public safety committee. Serving as a youth soccer coach and Boy Scout leader, he and his wife also are active in girls' youth hockey. The Cooks and their three children are active outdoors people with numerous successful assaults on major peaks, rock climbing expeditions, and sustained canoe trips.

George Beam is currently Senior Vice President of Nuclear Services for AREVA NP Inc. Beam started his career as a Reactor Engineer at the Oconee Nuclear Station in 1977. After two years, he left to attend business school, after which he started work at Babcock & Wilcox in its Nuclear Services business in 1981. He initially started out on staff as a Strategic Planner, followed by several assignments in Business Development/Marketing for Steam Generator and Reactor Services. In 1992, Beam became the General Manager for the Plant Services business responsible for all field services performed by B&W Nuclear Technologies, excluding steam generator services. In 1998, he was promoted to Vice President, Steam Generator Services. Beam received a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Math and Computer Science from the University of Virginia, a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering from N.C. State, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia. He is a registered professional engineer in the state of Virginia.

Paul Felten has a background of mechanical engineering. He is a graduate of the Institut National des Sciences Appliquees in Lyon. He also has a postgraduate diploma in fluid mechanics from the University of Marseille. Before joining Framatome, he held a variety of positions at the French Atomic Energy Commission, during which time he spent several years in the United States and Japan. He was then appointed Deputy Director for international affairs at the French Atomic Energy Commission. In 1992, he joined Framatome's international division and in 1994 was appointed Delegate General for China based in Beijing. In 2001, he became Vice President, Marketing for Framatome ANP, with special responsibility for China. In September 2001, he was appointed Senior Vice President, International Affairs for AREVA. Since March 2003, he has served as Senior Vice President, Marketing for Framatome ANP, now AREVA NP, responsible for marketing operations worldwide.
