Franklin Electric Co. Inc.

R. Scott Trumbull, age 60. Mr. Trumbull is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Franklin Electric Co., Inc. (manufacturer of water and fuel pumping systems), a position he has held since January 2003. From October 2001 through December 2002, Mr. Trumbull was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Owens-Illinois, Inc. (manufacturer of glass containers). From 1993 to October 2001, Mr. Trumbull served as Executive Vice President, International Operations & Corporate Development of Owens-Illinois, Inc. Mr. Trumbull has served as a Director of the Company since 1999 and is a member of the Board s Audit, Investment and Planning Committees.

Mr. Sengstack has held various positions in the finance organization of Franklin Electric since 1988. He previously served on the Indiana CPA Society Board and currently serves on the Canterbury School Board.

Since 1992, Mr. Stone has held various positions in the sales/marketing organization of Franklin Electric including Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Engineering-Western Hemisphere Water Systems, Managing Director of Europa, and Global Marketing Manager. Prior to joining Franklin Electric, he was a Sales Manager at Furnas Electric.

Mr. Crose joined Franklin Electric in 2001 as Vice President and Director of North American Operations. Prior to joining Franklin, he held executive positions at Hamilton Beach, Magnetek, Outboard Marine, and the Volvo Corporation.

Mr. Davis served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Flexcon Industries prior to joining Franklin Electric in 2005. Previously, he was a practicing attorney with the Washington D.C. office of Holland & Knight, LLP and for many years represented the water systems industry as a lobbyist for the Water Systems Council.

Since joining Franklin Electric in 1987, Mr. Ward has held various positions in finance and human resources organizations. Prior to joining Franklin Electric he held executive positions at Communications Alert, Sturges, Griffin, Trent Co., Consumer Telephone, and Central Soya. Mr. Ward also serves on the Board of Trustees at Trine University.

Mr. Wathen retired in 2006 as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Balfour Beatty, Inc. (U.S. Operations), an engineering, construction and building management services company, from 2002 to 2006. Prior to his Balfour Beatty appointment in 2002, he served as a Principal Member of the General Partnership of QUESTOR a venture capital firm. Mr. Wathen has also held management positions with General Electric, Emerson Electric, Allied Signal, and Eaton Corporation.

Mr. Witt retired in 2005 as Chairman of the Board, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Littelfuse, Inc., a manufacturer of electronic, electrical and automotive fuses, from 1990 to 2004. In addition to his role as a director for Franklin Electric, he is also a member of the board of directors for Artisan Funds, Inc.
