Fraport AG

Christian Hafner is Executive Vice President of the Strategic Business Unit Traffic and Terminal Management, Airport Expansion at Fraport AG. In this capacity, Mr. Hafner is responsible for aviation operations (traffic and terminal management), infrastructure development at Frankfurt Airport, airport expansion implementation and implementation management, as well as for financial control of the entire Aviation segment. A civil engineering graduate from Darmstadt Technical University, Christian Hafner joined Fraport AG in 1971, then Flughafen Frankfurt/Main AG (FAG). He has since held various managerial positions in different planning and security areas. These included the position of Senior Vice President, with full power of attorney, of Fraports's Traffic Management and Airport Expansion Program Business Units.

Karl-Heinz Dietrich is Executive Vice President of the Strategic Business Unit Retail and Properties at Fraport AG. Mr. Dietrich has a degree in Business Administration and has held several management positions before joining Fraport AG. He was also manager of a big German Asset Management company. In his last position he was Unit Manager, with full power of attorney, at METRO Asset Management, Dusseldorf (previously METRO Real Estate, Saarbrucken). He was responsible for Real Estate Management, Project Development and Retail Management.

Martin Schlegel is Executive Vice President of Fraport AG's Real Estate and Facility Management Service Unit. A civil engineering graduate from Bergische Universitat Wuppertal, Martin Schlegel started his career working for a medium-sized construction company for six years. He then joined Ed. Zublin AG, where his last position was that of a Branch Manager. In 1998 Mr. Schlegel joined the Duisburger Hafen AG as Executive Board Member responsible for the Business Areas: Technology, Construction, Operation and Maintenance. From December 2000 to May 2005 Martin Schlegel was Corporate Executive Civil Engineering of Walter Bau AG in Dusseldorf.

After his training in higher public administrative service in the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, Mr. Mai served as administrative inspector for the president of the Dusseldorf administrative district. He left this position to work for OTV Hesse (public service and transport workers union), where his wide range of responsibilities included co-determination issues and political liaising. While pursuing his professional career Mr. Mai also attended the Higher Technical College for Social Service in Frankfurt am Main. In 1982 Mr. Mai became regional chairman of OTV Hesse and 1995 national chairman of the OTV union. In 1996 Herbert Mai was elected president of the European Association of Public Service Unions and president of the European section within the International Public Service Organization. Mr. Mai also is chairman of the Airport Committee of the German Federation of Regional Employers' Associations (VKA) and a member of the board of VKA. A member of the "Frankfurter Sportstiftung" foundation, he is particularly committed to supporting young athletes from the Frankfurt/Rhine Main region.

Airport IT-Services Hahn GmbH is a subsidiary of Fraport AG and responsible for planning and operating the information and communications infrastructure of this fast-growing airport. Especially the large cargo volumes handled and the presence of highly specialized logistics companies have made it necessary to develop intelligent solutions here.

Christian Strenger is a Board Member of DWS Investment GmbH and Fraport AG (Frankfurt), Incepta plc (London) and Chairman of The Germany Funds (New York). From 1991 to 1999, he was Managing Director and CEO of DWS Investment GmbH. Prior to that, he was with Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, London and New York, latterly as Chief Executive Investment Banking North America. He is a member of the German Government Commission on Corporate Governance, a member of the Capital Markets Committee of the German Ministry of Finance, and an Initiator and Member of the German Panel on Corporate Governance (author of the 'Code of Best Practice for quoted German companies'). He is also a member of the Private Sector Advisory Group of the World Bank - OECD Global Corporate Governance Forum. Christian Strenger has a Master of Business Administration (Banking, Finance, Taxation) from the University of Cologne.

Dr. Manfred Bischoff is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Daimler AG (previously DaimlerChrysler AG). He is a member of the Supervisory Boards of Fraport AG, Voith AG, Royal KPN N.V. and SMS GmbH and a member of the Board of Unicredit S.p.A. Previously, Dr. Bischoff was a member of the Board of Management of DaimlerChrysler AG from May 1995 to December 2003 and President and Chief Executive Officer of DaimlerChrysler Aerospace AG from May 1995 to March 2000.

Wolfgang Mayrhuber took over at the helm from Jurgen Weber on 18 June 2003. Together with Stefan Lauer (Aviation Services and Human Resources) and Stephan Gemkow Financial Officer) on the Executive Board, he has since then steered the activities of the Aviation Group as CEO and Chairman.
