Prior to joining Freeborders, Machle served as Vice President of Finance for global business process solutions company Exigen Group. Mr. Machle oversaw global finance and accounting activities for the company and developed a plan to create a shared service center for accounting and finance functions based in Eastern Europe . Machle has also held senior financial positions with Kanisa Inc. and Sybase. Machle holds an MBA from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and is a CPA in the State of California.

John Wagster has served as Counsel to Freeborders since its inception and joined the company as General Counsel in 2007.A A He also served as Managing Director of Freeborders' PLM Software Division until its sale in 2008.A Prior to joining Freeborders, John assisted clients with matters relating to federal administrative law and international business transactions in the Americas, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.A He has many years experience helping U.S. companies forge cross-cultural contractual arrangements around the world using industry best practices and western style contracts.A The key to his successful approach is letting the business terms rather than the legal structure of a business opportunity define the relationship. John also served as a professional staff member of the United States Senate Committee on the Budget and as Staff Director of a Subcommittee of the United States Senate Committee on Governmental Affairs.A From these positions he specialized in non-Medicare health care funding and led numerous investigations into waste, fraud and abuse in federal programs including health care reimbursement, the General Services Administration and the Department of Defense.A A Investigations led by Wagster resulted in revised spending priorities and program changes resulting in millions of dollars of savings to the federal treasury. John lives in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife and two children and serves on the Board of Directors of a number of non-profit entities including: the International Business Council of the Nashville Chamber of Commerce; the Nations Ministry Center, a refugee assistance organization; and the Delta Waterfowl Association.A A John is also an Elder in the Presbyterian church and enjoys working on international relief projects, hunting and fishing. John holds a BA degree from the University of Mississippi and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.

Ms. Baldini has been with Freeborders since its inception in 1999. Prior to Freeborders, she held a variety of senior level management positions in multi-billion dollar global companies, including Levi Strauss & Company. Ms. Baldini holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Nevada and an MBA from U.C. Berkeley's Haas School of Business.

Mr. Hing has extensive experience working for technology companies in sales, business development and strategic global alliances. Prior to joining Freeborders, Mr. Hing held worldwide business development executive positions at Sybase and PeopleSoft, where he was responsible for designing and executing complex, multi-national sales and marketing initiatives. Mr. Hing earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Kamal is a managing director at Internet Capital Group. Prior to joining ICG, Kamal was senior vice president and chief financial officer of Advanta Business Cards, a leading issuer of credit cards to small businesses. Since 1994, Kamal served in various other capacities at Advanta including vice president of corporate development and vice president of investor relations at Advanta Corp. and chief financial officer of Vehicle Information Network, an early stage company that Advanta had invested in. Earlier in his career, Kamal was a senior manager in the financial advisory services group at Coopers & Lybrand, where he provided financial consulting services to a broad range of companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions, financing transactions, and business reorganizations. He also served as an audit manager at Coopers & Lybrand. Kamal brings over 20 years of diverse experience to Internet Capital Group and its partner companies.
