Jim Quasey joined Vocollect Healthcare Systems (VHS) in April 2007 as president, after having served on its Board of Directors and gaining insight into the long-term care industry. Quasey's expertise is in developing early-stage, high-growth technology companies, having overseen record growth at Respironics, FreeMarkets, and Vocollect. He joined Vocollect in 2002 and successfully scaled operations through 17 consecutive profitable quarters, while supporting revenue growth that tripled over four years. Quasey is a member of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence and serves on VHS's board of directors. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Ohio State University, earned certification as a Quality Engineer from the American Society for Quality, and holds a master's degree in industrial administration from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.

Mr. Chadha co-founded WestBridge in 2000 and, as the Senior Managing Director of WestBridge, oversees all investment activities and management of the firm. Mr. Chadha has eight years of venture capital investing experience in India and focuses on services and software companies. He serves as Chairman of the Board of AppLabs and is on the boards of Emagia, July Systems and MarketRx, in addition to Astra. He also serves as an observer on the board of Celetronix.
