Henry is a principal of and a consultant to Enhanced Capital Partners, LLC (ECP). Prior to joining ECP Henry was Managing Director and Principal of Halcyon Development Company, LLC (Halcyon). He was with Freeport-McMoRan natural resource companies for over 13 years serving as Vice President Taxes and General Counsel of Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. (FCX), a premier international publicly traded mining company. Mr. Miller is currently a consultant to FCX. He has significant international business, legal, and tax experience in the areas of business development, portfolio oversight, corporate restructuring, and financial instruments along with IPO experience on four continents.

Mr. Rankin has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of FCX and of McMoRan Exploration Co. since January 2001. Presently, Mr. Rankin is a private investor and provides consulting services to both companies through FM Services Company. He was co-founder of McMoRan Oil & Gas Co. in 1969 with J. R. Moffett and W. K. McWilliams. Mr. Rankin has been a member of the FCX board since 1995.

Mr. Lackey is a consultant in business and personal ventures. He worked in agribusiness, growing, packaging, shipping, importing, exporting and contracting in fresh fruits and vegetables as the President and Chief Executive Officer of McManus-Wyatt-Hidalgo Produce Marketing Co. from 1998 until 2000. Mr. Lackey has served on the FCX board since 1995.

Dustan E. McCoy was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Brunswick Corporation in December 2005. Previously, he had served as President of the Brunswick Boat Group since 2000. Mr. McCoy joined Brunswick in 1999 as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Louisiana-Pacific Corporation and Freeport-McMoran Copper & Gold Inc. Prior to joining Brunswick, Mr. McCoy served as Executive Vice President for Witco Corporation, with operating responsibility for a variety of global businesses and functions. During his six years at Witco, Mr. McCoy also served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. His previous experience also includes 15 years with Ashland, Inc., where he served as Associate General Counsel with responsibility for the corporate law department and major litigation. He earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Eastern Kentucky University and a Juris Doctor degree from Chase Law School. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association.

A former U.S. District Judge, noted civil rights attorney and professor of jurisprudence, Judge McDonald served for six years as a Judge of the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague, The Netherlands and was President of the Tribunal from 1997 until 1999. Judge McDonald received her law degree from Howard University School of Law, completing the program as the top student in her class. She is presently a judge in the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal, The Hague, The Netherlands and Special Counsel on Human Rights to Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc., along with serving as an Advisory Director of McMoRan Exploration Co.

Mr. Ford has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors and a director of the Company since its formation in August 1996, and was the Company's Chief Executive Officer until July 2002. Mr. Ford is also a director of Americredit Corp., Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. and McMoRan Exploration Co. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Southern Methodist University (S.M.U.) and as a trustee of Southwestern Medical Foundation. Additionally, he was the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Golden State Bancorp Inc., a holding company whose primary asset was its indirect ownership of California Federal Bank, from September 1998 until it was sold in November 2002. Mr. Ford received his B.A. degree from S.M.U. in 1966 and his J.D. degree from S.M.U. Dedman School of Law in 1969. In 1995, he was named a Distinguished Alumni of S.M.U.

Ambassador Roy joined Kissinger Associates, Inc., international consultants and consultants to FCX, in January 2001 and is now Senior Advisor. During his forty-five year career with the U.S. Government, he has served in many different capacities, including Ambassador to Singapore from 1984 through 1986, Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China from 1991 until 1995 and as Ambassador to Indonesia from 1996 until 1999. Most recently, he was Assistant Secretary of State for Intelligence and Research from November 1999 until December 2000 when he retired from the State Department and joined Kissinger Associates. Ambassador Roy received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University and also attended the University of Washington in Seattle, specializing in Mongolian Studies. Ambassador Roy also served on the board of directors of ConocoPhillips, from which he retired in May 2008.

Dr. Wharton was Special Assistant to the President for Patient Affairs and Professor, Gynecologic Oncology, at The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center until August 31, 2007. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas, Galveston. He is also a director of Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc.

Mr. Allison has been Chairman Emeritus of the Board since January 2006, and a director since 1985. He was Chairman of the Board from 1986 until December 2005. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 1986 until January 2002, and from March 2003 until December 2003. Mr. Allison is a director of Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc.

Mr. Siegele, a private investor, has spent 22 years in various engineering and senior management roles within the semiconductor and microelectronics industries. Mr. Siegele was the founder and Chief Executive of Advanced Delivery & Chemical Systems, Inc. (ADCS), a worldwide leader in advanced chemicals and delivery hardware serving markets in Asia, Europe and the U.S. In 1997, ADCS merged with Advanced Technology Materials, Inc. where Mr. Siegele became a divisional president and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors until his retirement in 2000. He then founded Fluorine On Call, Ltd., a private company that designs and manufactures high purity fluorine generators to continue his innovative efforts to develop and apply advanced technology solutions. Mr. Siegele retired from Fluorine On Call, Ltd. in April 2006. Mr. Siegele is a 1984 graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and an inventor on numerous U.S. patents.
