Mr. Menke joined the Board of Directors on Sept. 7, 2007, the same day he became Frontier's President and CEO. Menke brings over 15 years of airline experience, holding key leadership positions at Frontier Airlines, Air Canada, United Airlines and Western Pacific Airlines. At Air Canada, Menke was responsible for all commercial aspects of the airline's worldwide operations, including marketing, sales, scheduling, brand, research and product development, international affairs, alliances and Jetz: the carrier's specialty charter service. During his first tenure with Frontier, Menke oversaw a number of critical areas of the company, and led the development and launch in 2003 of the Company's "A Whole Different Animal" brand, which has become a hallmark of Frontier's marketing efforts. His experience also includes several positions with America West Airlines. Menke holds an executive MBA from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business and dual bachelor's degrees in economics and aviation management from The Ohio State University.

Ms. Orullian is Chair of the Board of Directors of Frontier Airlines and Vice Chair and Chair of the Audit Committee of Frontier Holdings, Inc. Ms. Orullian most recently served as President of Guaranty Corporation and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Guaranty Bank and Trust Company. Ms. Orullian led the formation of Women's Bank of Denver and served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chair of the Board of Directors from 1977 to 1995. Mr. Browning is a retired bank and bankcard executive. Mr. Browning served from 1995 to 2001 as President and Chief Executive Office of ProCard, Inc., Golden, Colorado, and from 1993 to 1995 as a Senior Consultant to Visa International. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Colorado National Bank of Denver from 1986 through 1993, having concurrently served as Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Colorado National Bankshares and as Chief Executive Officer of Rocky Mountain BankCard System. In 1982 he founded Plus System, Inc., an international automatic teller machine network, and served as President of that company until 1993. Mr. Browning has served as a director of Central States Indemnity Company of Omaha since 1995.

Ms. Engels previously served as Executive Vice President, Products and Marketing for Qwest in Denver, Colorado, where she was responsible for the product management, marketing and pricing of Qwest's $14 billion voice, data, and Internet Protocol product portfolio. Ms. Engels has extensive senior leadership experience with Fortune 500 companies including EDS Corporation, SBC Communications, Ameritech Corporation, and United Airlines. During her tenure with United, Ms. Engels served in several capacities including President and CEO of Mileage Plus, Inc., Vice President of Market Development, and Director of Market Planning.
Ms. Cuddihy joined Frontier's Board with almost 30 years of airline and travel industry experience, primarily in the areas of marketing and planning. Cuddihy has held several senior level marketing positions with Marriott International and she currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Renaissance North America for Marriott International, where she is responsible for the all facets of the operations and marketing for one of Marriott's premier brands. Prior to joining Marriott in 2002, Cuddihy developed extensive marketing and operational experience in the airline industry, having served as the President and CEO of US Airways Shuttle, and as the Vice President of Marketing and Distribution Planning and Vice President of Alliances and Customer Advocacy for US Airways.
Mr. Taylor has extensive senior leadership experience with a wide range of businesses from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries and is a highly skilled and experienced counselor to CEO's and senior executive teams. In addition to his Board responsibilities, Taylor currently serves as Managing Director of Blue Capital Management, where he was a founding partner. Prior to Blue Capital's formation in 1997, Taylor was a Principal with McKinsey and Company, where he was elected partner in the fall of 1992. Taylor - who received a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Northridge; a Master of Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business; and a J.D. from Stanford Law School - is an accomplished speaker and published author. In addition to his current volunteer service on two not-for-profit boards, Taylor serves as Chairman of the Board of Cinema Screen Media as well as on the boards of the National Urban League and the Los Angeles Urban League. Taylor is also a member of the State Bar of California.
