Jerre Hause is originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, and came to Colorado in 1966 to attend Colorado State University. He received a B.S. in Economics in 1970, and in 1974 an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Denver. He took up golf after college and plays to a 5 handicap. Hause got involved with the CJGA when his son was coming up through the junior ranks in 1985. After his son went to college, Hause moved on to the Board of Governors of the CGA where he served as President from 2004-2006. Currently involved in the rebuild of the Colorado Open, Hause served as Chairman of the Colorado Open in 1998-1999. He was a banker for 20 years and then ran two golf companies, Imperial Headwear and Carlyle Golf. He is currently the Senior Vice President of First Community Bank. Jerre Hause is a member of Pinehurst Country Club and serves on their Golf Committee.

James L. Smith is a thirty year veteran of the mortgage lending industry, and has been involved in the origination, processing and underwriting of residential real estate loans since 1977. He has trained literally thousands of loan officers and processors during this thirty year span in quality origination and processing techniques and systems. He has run multi-branch regions for various regional and national mortgage banking and commercial banking entities, including a major Fortune 500 bank. He has been a Conventional, FHA/DE and VA underwriter since 1986. He recently headed up a region closing more than $750 million in annual residential loan originations, overseeing both loan production and operations for an eighteen office area. He currently is a Vice President of First Community Bank, heading up their statewide residential lending department. He is the author of How to Avoid Mortgage Fraud, Get in Compliance!, The Truth About Truth-In-Lending and also gives presentations on loan officer career training, sales and marketing of residential real estate loans, managing loan production and many other topics of interest to mortgage lenders nationwide.

Peter is a Vice-President / Commercial Loan Officer at First Community Bank, a local community bank that has over 2 billion dollars in assets. Peter has worked with First Community Bank for over 4 years and focuses on commercial real estate lending, commercial construction lending, and residential construction lending. Peter was born and raised in Santa Fe, where he graduated from St. Michael's High School in 1988. He graduated from New Mexico State University with a degree in Economics and earned his MBA from the University of New Mexico. He is a sports enthusiast who can be found golfing, working out, or enjoying time with friends. Peter is also on the board of The Jeff Apodaca Celebration of Life Board of Directors - a foundation that is currently raising proceeds to fund a children's cancer wing at UNM Hospital. In his membership with Leadership Santa Fe, Peter hopes to positively impact the City of Santa Fe and all the people that live in this wonderful community.

Thomas Hansen is the President and owner of First Community Bank and has been a long-time member of the Savage Chamber of Commerce. He has been a board member for the past 8 years. Hansen is also a member of the Savage Economic Development Commission and board member, Treasurer and member of the Executive Committee at St. Francis Hospital in Shakopee.

Mike is the current Vice President of the Kane County Farm Bureau and has been a member since 1971. Mike operates a dairy farm and farms 1600 acres of corn, soybeans, and hay. He has been farming for 45+ years. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Illinois and is a U.S. Army veteran. He is a director at First Community Bank; Conserv FS; Chairman Elgin Township Republican Party; and District I Director Illinois Farm Bureau. He enjoys riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and going to the health club. Mike and his wife, Carol, have three children.

As a long-time community leader and business person, Patsy has earned a reputation for professionalism, commitment, and vision. Patsy serves on the Board of First Community Bank. Past leadership experience includes serving as Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce, President of Las Cruces Public Schools Board, and Founding Executive Director of Memorial Medical Center Foundation and Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico.
