Frozen Food Express Industries Inc.

Mr. Stubbs has been our Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer since 1980. He is the father of S. Russell Stubbs.

John Hickerson was appointed as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer on February 25th, 2009. Mr. Hickerson held the same position for FFE Transportation Services, Inc. prior to his appointment. He joined the FFE Transportation group in January of 2007 as President of American Eagle Lines and FFE Logistics and still has these responsibilities in addition to his current role. Mr. Hickerson has 31 years of transportation management experience.

Ronald J. Knutson joined the company as Sr. VP and CFO on January 19th 2009. Mr. Knutson is a certified public accountant and most recently served as Vice President of Finance at Ace Hardware Corporation. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Mascal Electric, and has nine years of experience in public accounting at KPMG, LLP.

Mr. Stubbs is our Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Effective May 17, 2006. Mr. Stubbs served as President of Lisa Motor Lines, Inc., our subsidiary, since 1999. He joined FFE Transportation Services, Inc.(“FFE”), our primary operating subsidiary, in 1986 as a management trainee. He is the son of Stoney M. Stubbs, Jr., our Chairman, President, CEO and Class III Director.

Mr. Hallman is a retired attorney. He is a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee.

Array

Mr. Armstrong has been Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Wind Associates, Inc., a private investment and management company, since 1997. He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Mr. O'Connor has managed T. J. O'Connor Cattle Co., a ranch and energy company, since 2000.

Mr. Baggett has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Winstead PC, a Dallas-based law firm, since 1992.
