Prior to becoming President and CEO of Fujitsu Computer Systems Corporation (FCS) in June 2006, Farhat Ali was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. He was instrumental in orchestrating the successful merger of the personal computer business (Fujitsu PC Corporation) and server business (Fujitsu Technology Solutions, Inc.) and making FCS one of the best performing subsidiaries of Fujitsu Limited. His major contributions at Fujitsu include building an effective executive team, revamping the IT infrastructure, and developing a world-class supply chain. Mr. Ali has broad experience in all facets of business and operations. Prior to joining Fujitsu, he spent over 20 years at Amdahl Corporation where he held senior management positions including Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Customer Service and Chief Financial Officer of Amdahl Global Services. Mr. Ali graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University where he received a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering and computer science. He obtained a master of business administration from Harvard Business School.

Howard Day was appointed President of Fujitsu Canada in 2000, having progressed through a number of senior management positions since the company’s inception in 1985. He reinvented the company in the spring of 2004 as a total IT solution provider with the merging of the resources of Fujitsu Canada and Fujitsu Technology Solutions to better target the enterprise customer. Mr. Day continues to keep focus on the customer relationship and leverages Fujitsu’s global reach, while providing a localized approach. From notebooks and Tablet PCs to server technology and professional services, Fujitsu Canada helps large corporate data centers meet their demanding performance, availability, and scalability requirements. Mr. Day’s career spans over thirty years and he has witnessed incredible shifts in the demands placed on both technology and the companies supplying it. Burroughs Corp. (now Unisys) provided Mr. Day with detailed insight into large-scale technology deployment and purchases, which proved useful in his next role at Control Data Canada Ltd. where he stayed until the company decided to exit the storage business. Interestingly, employee number one at Fujitsu was Mr. Day. He was able to capitalize on relevant experience in marketing, sales, distribution and service to grow Fujitsu in Canada and make it the flourishing company it is today. The Fujitsu brand has become synonymous with innovation, quality, reliability and support. Mr. Day holds a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering from the University of Toronto and is one of the true pioneers of technology sales and marketing in Canada. He is a past member of the Board of Governors, Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC).

Ari Hovsepyan joined Fujitsu in 2000. Prior to becoming Chief Financial Officer, he held several senior level accounting and finance positions of responsibility within the company. He was instrumental in the redesign of the core finance processes that drove the company through its mergers. As CFO, he is responsible for the corporate governance, compliance, financial reporting, and performance measurements that are vital in supporting strategic decision making to drive revenue and profits. Over the years Mr. Hovsepyan has held senior level accounting and financial management positions in startup, large, and public accounting firms, both in the United States and abroad. Prior to joining Fujitsu, he was at Stonefield Josephson, Inc., a large CPA firm, where he provided assurance, accounting, and business advisory services for publicly-traded and privately-held companies in the technology sector. Mr. Hovsepyan studied business administration at Universita degli Studi Di Venezia in Venice, Italy and obtained a bachelor of commerce at Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business in Montreal, Canada. He pursued post graduate studies with the Order of CMA Canada. His professional affiliations include the Order of CMA Canada and the US AICPA.

Bipin Badani is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Fujitsu Computer Systems Corporation. He joined Fujitsu in 1992 and is responsible for engineering operations, as well as product and service development for current and future technologies strategic to Fujitsu. He provides leadership and strategic direction for the planning and implementation of technology. Mr. Badani brings 20 years of information systems management experience to his position at Fujitsu. He began his career at Amdahl Corporation where he held a variety of information technology roles for the company with leadership in the areas of corporate information system architecture, business and Internet software applications, business ERP applications, and new product introduction engineering. Further in his career he joined Warner Music Group as Vice President of Software Development and led the development of sales and marketing Internet applications, Intranet-based applications, enterprise data warehouse, Oracle financials and PeopleSoft HRMS. Mr. Badani holds a bachelor of science and a master of science in electrical engineering from West Virginia University.

Ryosuke Mori brings to Fujitsu Computer Systems Corporation more than 20 years of experience with Fujitsu international businesses. Since joining Fujitsu Limited in 1983, Mr. Mori has served in a variety of managerial positions, including business development and planning, global product marketing, global account sales, and strategic alliances. Mr. Mori joined the management team of Fujitsu Computer Systems Corporation in 2006 as Executive Vice President of Solutions and Alliances. He is responsible for building and implementing the Fujitsu growth strategy in the North American market, including the spearheading of software and business solutions based on TRIOLE (the Fujitsu global platform solution framework). His additional responsibilities include creating effective business alliances and managing mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Mori received a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Kyushu University, and a master of business administration degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Bill King is Executive Vice President of Sales for Fujitsu Computer Systems. He has overall sales responsibility for the company including mobile, server and storage solutions, distribution channels, and services. Mr. King's career includes 20+ years of experience in executive sales and marketing roles at leading companies, including InfiniCon Systems, EMC Corporation, Hitachi Data Systems, UNIX International and Unisys. In his previous role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for InfiniCon Systems, Inc., he was responsible for driving recognition and acceptance of InfiniCon Systems' solutions in the marketplace. At Hitachi Data Systems, Mr. King was vice president of sales and marketing for Open Systems, and initiated the company's worldwide sales and marketing organization for Open Systems storage. While managing this organization, his responsibilities included direct and indirect channel sales, independent software vendor relationships and product marketing. He holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Millersville University.

Al Zmyslowski is Vice President of Engineering for Fujitsu Computer Systems Corporation. His responsibilities include engineering support for enterprise servers and mobility products and hardware and software development for mobile platforms. In addition, Mr. Zmyslowski directs engineering pre-sales support, conducts interoperability and performance testing, and manages proof of concept work within the Fujitsu North American Competency Center. Mr. Zmyslowski has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. He began his career at Amdahl Corporation in 1979 where he worked on CPU design and development. Mr. Zmyslowski held various management positions before being named Vice President of the Integration and Solution Center in early 2000. In this role he successfully integrated three engineering organizations into a combined group that was responsible for pre-sales support and engineering support for PRIMEPOWER servers. Mr. Zmyslowski is the inventor of 12 U.S. patents. He holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from General Motors Institute (now Kettering University) and a master of science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan.

Dave Egan is Senior Vice President, Storage for Fujitsu Computer Systems Corporation, responsible for P/L for all storage products in the Americas. Mr. Egan began his career at Fujitsu in 2005 as the vice president of business development responsible for Solutions, TRIOLE and the ETERNUS product lines. Mr. Egan has nearly 30 years of experience in the technology industry, beginning his career at Burroughs Corporation in 1979. Prior to coming to Fujitsu, Mr. Egan has held executive management positions at Unisys Corporation, Digital Equipment Corporation and Hitachi Data Systems. At Hitachi Data Systems, the focal point for Hitachi’s storage infrastructure solutions, storage management software and storage consulting services, Mr. Egan was Vice President, Open Systems and launched both the Opens Systems and Open Storage programs, orchestrating the company’s successful entry into the emerging Fortune 500 open systems market. Mr. Egan has a bachelor of arts in economics and a bachelor of arts in philosophy from Stanford University.

As Senior Vice President, Customer Service and Support, Mr. Klenner is responsible for the delivery of product support, maintenance services, and professional services in North America. The organization provides pre-sales and post sales services and support for Fujitsu Computer Systems products, and maintenance services of other manufacturers’ equipment through Fujitsu Computer Systems’ managed services business, including products from Sun Microsystems, Amdahl, Hewlett Packard, IBM, STK, and others. Mr. Klenner has been a key contributor to Fujitsu service strategy and is very proud of the world-class and ISO certified Customer Services operation, which specializes, in mission critical support. He brings a wealth of industry knowledge and management experience to his role in the company. Mr. Klenner originally joined Fujitsu (formerly Amdahl Corporation) in 1978 and has held a variety of technical field engineering and management positions prior to his appointment as Vice President in April of 2000. He was instrumental in negotiating and closing a number of service contracts with major customers during his tenure in the services organization, and has participated on a number of significant internal projects over the years. Prior to joining Fujitsu, Mr. Klenner spent over five years at California Computer Products, Inc. in various technical and leadership positions. Mr. Klenner graduated with high honors from Elmhurst College in 1985 and received his master of business administration from Illinois Benedictine College (now Benedictine University) in 1990. As the top graduate at the master’s level, Mr. Klenner was honored to deliver the commencement address on behalf of the school’s graduate program.

Gloria Veon is Vice President of Human Resources for Fujitsu Computer Systems Corporation. Ms. Veon joined Fujitsu in 1994. She has led numerous Human Resources initiatives for the company, including taking part as the Human Resources executive on a team that managed several successful mergers and workforce integrations throughout North America, beginning in 1999 with the merger between Fujitsu Personal Systems Inc. and Fujitsu PC Corporation, up to the most recent merger between Fujitsu Canada, Inc. and Fujitsu Technology Solutions Canada in 2004. Ms. Veon brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management to her role at Fujitsu. Her previous roles include managing Human Resources for Oakland Tribune, Inc. where she was responsible for implementing corporate policies and procedures for employment, compensation, benefits, recruitment training, employee relations, safety, risk management, and labor relations. Ms. Veon holds a bachelor of arts degree in English from California State University at Hayward and received a lifetime membership awarded by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Northern California Human Resources Council.

Kevin Wrenn has been with Fujitsu since 1998 and is Senior Vice President of Operations and Quality of Fujitsu Computer Systems Corporation. Previously, in 2000, he was named Vice President of Operations for Fujitsu PC Corporation. With over 20 years experience in high technology industries, he brings a strong mix of new product launch, supply chain management, quality and service parts logistics experience to his role. Mr. Wrenn's new focus area on quality is responsible for ISO 9001:2000 certification for FCS, and FCS has received numerous Best Practice nominations by external auditor BSI over the past 2 years. This dedication to quality aligns well with his commitment to operational excellence for our customers. Operationally, he has successfully implemented a direct ship supply chain and spare parts depot strategy that has enabled FCS to become the most profitable Fujitsu company in the world. Mr. Wrenn is also Chairman of the Fujitsu North American Logistics Committee charged with streamlining North American logistics practices within the United States, which has resulted in significant savings to Fujitsu North American operating companies. Prior to joining Fujitsu, Mr. Wrenn held operations and financial management positions in computer related industries from PCs to automatic test equipment for Compaq Computer Corporation, Microcom, Inc., and Teradyne Inc. He received his bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Southern New Hampshire and a master of business administration from Suffolk University in Boston.

With more than two decades of industry experience, Richard McCormack brings the vision and tactical experience to develop and drive the marketing strategy for Fujitsu Computer Systems in North America. With his team, McCormack is responsible for all aspects of marketing in North America, covering corporate and consumer products, solutions and services. McCormack is a frequent spokesperson on behalf of Fujitsu in North America, addressing industry, technical, marketing and environmental sustainability topics. During his career, McCormack has led engagements involving mission-critical OLTP, system consolidation and CRM with customers in a broad range of industries. He is currently leading Fujitsu efforts in North America to share the strategies and benefits of the company’s highly successful environmental programs. Prior to Fujitsu Computer Systems, McCormack was Vice President of Storage Marketing for Amdahl Corporation, where he developed and managed both open systems and S/390 storage solutions. Mr. McCormack's extensive background as an open systems consultant in the UK brought him to the United States in 1995 to serve as Siemens AG's Director of Product Marketing, where he was responsible for Siemens Cluster and High Availability strategy.
