George Dolatly is a partner in the New York office of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. Mr. Dolatly focuses on private equity and venture capital transactions, domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. He has extensive experience in all aspects of private equity, having represented private equity and venture capital funds and issuers in all stages of investments, leveraged buyouts, senior and subordinated debt financings, restructurings, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. His broad mergers and acquisitions experience includes representation of acquirers, targets and financial advisors in public and private mergers, stock and asset purchases and going-private transactions, representation of special committees, and advice to boards of public and private companies on corporate governance and fiduciary duties issues. Mark Wilson is a partner in the Austin office of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P., where his practice focuses on all aspects of patent prosecution and enforcement. Mark's docket is split among patent counseling, patent prosecution, and patent litigation matters, with an emphasis in biotechnology related matters. Mr. Wilson has significant experience in the areas of genetic engineering, gene therapy, molecular biotechnology assays, chemotherapy, drug screening and targeting, animal and plant breeding programs, cancer diagnosis, tumor suppressors, molecular biology techniques, organic chemistry, pharmaceutical development, and medical devices. Mark counsels clients regarding intellectual property portfolio development, management, and commercialization. He is experienced in technology transfer, including both licensing and company formation and funding. Mr. Wilson drafts and reviews licensing, confidentiality, and material transfer agreements. He also prepares pre-litigation, infringement, validity, patentability, and freedom-to-operate opinions and provides due diligence review of intellectual property to companies and investors. Mark's patent prosecution practice includes all aspects of drafting and prosecuting patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He also supervises the prosecution of patent applications before many foreign patent offices. In addition, Mr. Wilson is experienced in appeal and interference practice before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences. Mark's litigation experience includes all phases of discovery and trial in federal district courts, including investigation and formulation of litigation strategy, motion practice, depositions, preparation and examination of witnesses, trials, and evidentiary hearings. He has experience in briefing and the development of appellate strategy before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Michael serves as primary California employment counsel for many local, national, and international companies including a multi-national beverage company, a national refining and marketing company, a national auto parts retailer, a national forestry products company, a multi-state home builder, and numerous California employers involved in the retail, manufacturing, and service industries. As part of his practice, Michael regularly conducts in-house training seminars for California employers, including mandatory training for California employees on sexual harassment prevention. Michael also develops, reviews, edits and implements personnel policies and employee handbooks for local, national and international companies of all sizes and has served as the chief editor of the California Employers' Guide to Employee Handbooks and Personnel Policy Manuals.
Michael Anglin joined Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. in 1987, as a partner in the firm's Dallas office. He heads the Dallas section of the firm's Bankruptcy and Insolvency Department. Since 1976, Mike's practice in Dallas has focused on bankruptcy matters, including broad-based business reorganizations and liquidations and representation of creditors such as banks and other institutional lenders and lessors, trade creditors, official creditors' committees and petitioning creditors in involuntary cases. His practice also involves representation of large commercial debtors, equity owners, investors, bankruptcy trustees and companies doing business with bankruptcy estates. He has served as trustee of liquidating and litigation trusts created under confirmed plans of bankruptcy reorganization. As an experienced bankruptcy litigator, Mike has successfully represented numerous litigants before the bankruptcy, federal district and circuit appellate courts, including major preference avoidance and fraudulent transfer avoidance actions. He has also served as bankruptcy trustee in hundreds of bankruptcy cases. After leaving the Navy in 1972, where he served as Communications Officer aboard the guided missal cruiser USS Wainwright in the Viet Nam War, he joined ITEL-Autex Corporation in Chicago as regional manager for operations covering 20 states.
Randel R. Young joined Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. as a partner in the Houston office in 2004 and since 2005 has been co-assigned to the Houston and London offices. Randel's energy and natural resource practice focuses on U.S. and international project development/project finance transactions, U.S. and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and the representation of U.S. and multinational clients in overseas business activities, particularly in emerging markets. Randel advises clients in the energy, natural resources and electric power industries on the development, financing, acquisition and disposition of oil and gas exploration and producing properties and related facilities, natural gas and product pipelines, gas processing and treating facilities, oil refineries and petrochemical plants, and electric power generation, transmission and distribution facilities; the development, construction and financing of integrated gas/power projects; structured finance and asset-based lending transactions; and the negotiation of joint development, joint participation, joint operation and joint bidding arrangements. Randel is experienced in privatizations and other emerging markets transactions. Randel is currently involved in a number of major projects in North Africa, the Middle East and India, but has also worked extensively in Brazil and throughout South and Central America. Randel has particular experience in advising on cross-border investment into the Brazilian energy sector and Brazilian operating issues. He has also structured and negotiated transactions in Europe, Southeast Asia and the former Soviet Union. Randel served as regional general counsel for a multinational energy company with operations and transactions all over South and Central America. He has significant experience in advising clients on FCPA, anti-boycott and other compliance issues commonly faced by corporate counsel for international companies.

Stefan Ricketts joined London Fulbright & Jaworski International LLP in London as a partner early in 2008 and moved to the firm's Hong Kong location in August 2008. Stefan 's experience has been developed over many years having previously been based in private practice in Jakarta and Singapore and serving most recently as general counsel for a major oil and gas company based in the UK . He has experience on an extensive variety of issues and transactions relevant to the oil and gas and infrastructure development arenas, including public and private cross border M&A activity, international capital investment projects, litigation and a range of corporate and compliance matters. Stefan has overseen legal work for LNG liquefaction and regasification projects, LNG sales and purchases, upstream acquisitions and joint ventures as well as pipeline arrangements, gas distribution networks and power projects. Stefan has worked or overseen projects in many countries, including: France, India, Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand, Korea, Malaysia, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Kazakhstan, Trinidad, USA, Mauritania, Nigeria, Egypt and Tunisia.

Marilyn Scanlan serves as counsel in the Houston office of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. Her practice focuses on medical malpractice, products liability and commercial litigation matters.
Marsha Gerber is senior counsel with the law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. She has over twenty years of experience in the legal industry in Houston, and prior to joining Fulbright in 2000 she was a partner with the law firm of Butler & Binion L.L.P. where she practiced for over eleven years. Marsha practices in the area of commercial litigation and arbitration, dealing mainly with energy, securities, and healthcare industry matters. She represents clients faced with responding to government investigations and enforcement actions, including those of the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Office of Foreign Asset Control, and Congress. She has expertise in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other statutes and regulations affecting international commerce. She regularly represents clients in developing effective regulatory compliance programs. Marsha's representation in these matters includes established relationships and individual interaction with government officials on behalf of the client, conducting internal investigations, providing counsel on initial document preservation and retention and subsequent collection for subpoena responses, document management and analysis throughout the investigation response, and providing advice and counsel in reaching resolution. She also counsels clients in establishing effective records management protocols. Other areas of practice during Marsha's career have included eCommerce/systems design matters, counseling on employment issues and handling employment disputes, banking (domestic and international), patent and trademark infringement, medical practice issues and disputes, and construction industry matters. As a trained mediator and arbitrator, Marsha serves on the panel of arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association. She has served as an arbitrator for complex securities, general commercial, employment, and health care matters.
While in law school, Martha was a Managing Editor of the UCLA Law Chicano Latino Law Review. She was the Co-Chair of the UCLA Law La Raza Law Students' Association, Treasurer of the National Latino Law Student Association, and externed for the American Civil Liberties Union in Los Angeles.
