JOHN S. NAGY graduated from Western Michigan University in 1974 with a B.S. in engineering, with a first major in industrial engineering and a second major in aviation engineering. CRAIG B. BAILEY earned his B.S. in electrical engineering (cum laude) and a B.A. in sociology (cum laude) from Bucknell University in 1975, where he was elected to Tau Bet Pi. He received his Juris Doctor (with honors) from George Washington University in 1978. Mr. Bailey has experience in all aspects of intellectual property, with special emphasis on the litigation and prosecution of patents throughout the world. He has been involved in patent litigation in both Europe and the Middle East, and has represented clients in many patent and trade secret actions before both state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels in the United States . He has been active worldwide in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications and in client counseling from small start-up companies to major corporations and universities. DAVID G. JAMES JUO specializes in both litigation and patent prosecution. As a registered patent attorney, he has been successful in obtaining, licensing, and enforcing patents and trademarks. He also advises clients on the scope and validity of third party patent rights. He has worked on a wide range of technologies, including medical devices and computer-related technology. He has also advised the producers of American Inventor on patent issues. SCOTT R. HANSEN received his B.S. with majors in Political Science and Applied Mechanics from UC San Diego in 1985. STEPHEN J. STRAUSS received his B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from American University in 1980 and his Juris Doctor in 1983 from Southwestern University . He specializes in trademark, copyright, unfair competition and trade secret law, including prosecution and litigation matters. Mr. Strauss also has extensive experience in prosecuting and litigating trademarks in foreign countries. THOMAS H.
