Furr's Restaurant Group Inc. (FRRG) is in the Food Industry

Furr's Restaurant Group, through its subsidiaries, operates of family-style cafeteria restaurants in the United States. Co.'s 89 cafeterias and two buffets are located in 11 states in the Southwest, West and Midwest. In addition, Co. operates Dynamic Foods, Co.'s food preparation, processing and distribution division, in Lubbock, Texas. Dynamic Foods provides in excess of 85% of the food and supply requirements of Co.'s cafeteria and buffet restaurants. Dynamic Foods also sells bakery items and various prepared foods to the restaurant, food service and retail markets. Co. has two segments: the operation of cafeterias, including food preparation and retail sales, and the operation of Dynamic Foods, which purchases, processes, warehouses and distributes food products and supplies to the cafeterias and external customers.
