In 1987, Kerry Gilger founded FYI Corporation (previously named Identitech) with the development of the company's first product, the Instant Signature Verification System (ISVS), a digitized storage system and instant, on-demand display system for signatures. He grew Identitech organically through the full spectrum of market dynamics (from astronomical growth to tough economic times). Mr. Gilger holds several patents and is a pioneer in visual and analytical technologies. Prior to founding Identitech, Mr. Gilger was co-owner of Interactive Service Corporation. His previous experience includes positions with Harris Corporation and The Walt Disney Company. Mr. Gilger studied computer science and mechanical engineering at Brigham Young University.

George Eanes came to FYI from Harris Corporation, where he served in a senior level business development capacity for Harris' Government Communications System Division. During his tenure at Harris, he was directly responsible for managing key strategic accounts including: Veterans Affairs, U.S. Postal Service, NASA, FDA, and others. Mr. Eanes was also responsible for negotiating key strategic alliance partnerships for Harris', Information Assurance team. Prior to Harris Corp., he served in various international executive level positions including; Managing Director for TECO Pty. Ltd., Australia, and Managing Director for Hobart Brothers Pte. Ltd., Singapore. Mr. Eanes has a BBA in Business Management from the University of Texas.

For 16 years Steve Mortensen has been a leader in business formation and market growth for several niche-based corporations. In 1996 Mr. Mortensen formed the predecessor to Global Axcess Corp where he served as President and Chairman. During Mr. Mortensen's tenure, Global Axcess grew from obscurity to what is today - the nations 5th largest ATM operator including an Electronic Payroll Card services company for household name accounts. During this rapid growth, Mr. Mortensen served as an Officer and Director of the company. In November of 2004, Mr. Mortensen joined FYI Corporation as VP of Business Development.
