"In May 2009, Doug Milroy was appointed to serve as G&K Services, Inc.’s chief executive officer, at which point he was also added to the company’s board of directors. In these roles, Mr. Milroy leverages more than 20 years of strong business-to-business experience and global leadership expertise. He also brings a proven track record for driving increasing operating execution, productivity and growth. Mr. Milroy was previously responsible for managing G&K’s direct purchase and business development initiatives. He also led the company’s Cleanroom business, an innovative business unit that offers highly specialized services and contamination-free products to customers in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, microelectronic and automotive industries.
Previously, Mr. Milroy was vice president and general manager, food and beverage North America and water care, for Ecolab Inc., a worldwide provider of products and services to the hospitality, foodservice, healthcare, and industrial markets. In this role, he had responsibility for all aspects of the food and beverage North America division and water care division, including improving profitability, implementing growth strategies, increasing customer retention, and creating new technology platforms. Prior to Ecolab, he was managing director for the process additives division of FMC Corporation, a worldwide chemical company, and chairman of FMC UK Ltd., and had worldwide responsibility for all business functions. Mr. Milroy was also with McKinsey & Company, a management consulting firm. At McKinsey, Mr. Milroy worked with senior management of industrial companies in North America and Europe to define profitable growth strategies and organizational plans.
Mr. Milroy earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and his M.B.A. from The Harvard Business School. He is also active in the community, especially supporting inner-city education. Mr. Milroy also serves as a board member for JSJ Corporation, a privately-held company that actively designs, develops, markets, and brands a group of durable goods and services throughout the world.

"Mr. Wood has served as President of G&K Services Canada, Inc. and affiliated entities since 1998 and as Regional Vice President since 1997. Mr. Wood joined the Company in 1995 as a General Manager and served as an Executive Vice President of the Company from May 2000 until July 2002. Prior to joining the Company, he was Vice President of Marketing and Director of Sales with Livingston International, Inc., where he spent 23 years in a variety of operating, sales, service and marketing positions.

"In May 2009, Jeff Wright was promoted to executive vice president, at which point he was also appointed to the company’s board of directors. Mr. Wright continues in his role as G&K Services’ chief financial officer. In these roles, Mr. Wright serves as a key advisor to the chief executive officer and the executive management team. Mr. Wright also leverages an extensive background to lead G&K Services' finance, accounting, treasury, internal audit, investor relations, and risk management functions. He also leads the company's information technology organization. He works closely with all G&K business units, to help assess operational needs and implement information systems and technology assets to drive the company's long- and short-term strategic plans. Mr. Wright has significant experience securing debt and equity financing. In addition, Mr. Wright utilized his broad business background and operations expertise to lead G&K's Cleanroom business from 2004 to 2007. Since joining G&K in 1999, he has played a lead role in negotiating acquisitions within the company's merger and acquisition strategy.
Before joining G&K, Mr. Wright was controller and treasurer for industrial manufacturer BMC Industries, Inc. He also served as vice president and treasurer for Employee Benefit Plans Inc., a Minneapolis-based health care insurance firm. Finally, Mr. Wright previously spent nine years as a member of the audit and business advisory unit in the Minneapolis offices of Arthur Andersen LLP.
Mr. Wright serves as Chairman-elect for the Textile Rental Services Association. He also serves on the board of directors for Hawkins, Inc. (NASDAQ: HWKN). He is also a finance committee member of the Greater Twin Cities United Way. In addition, Mr. Wright is a member of the Financial Executives Institute, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of St. Thomas and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive status).

"Damian Luna is a results-oriented executive, with a record of strategic leadership, innovation and growth. He has a broad business background with significant expertise in sales; discovering business opportunities and executing strategies that capture new customers and improve market leadership. He is responsible for managing G&K’s sales organization.
Luna spent 18 years with Nalco Company, a provider of integrated water treatment and process improvement services, chemicals and equipment programs. He was most recently worldwide strategic business leader for the Food & Beverage and Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Divisions, responsible for sales and marketing teams, driving strategies to maximize market penetration. He held various management positions including sales, marketing, general and international management. Rapidly advancing throughout his tenure, he successfully established and implemented strategic business plans, which increased growth and profitability, built cohesive management teams and fostered technology advances. Prior to Nalco Company, he was a sales engineer with American Pipe Inspection, Inc. and also worked at Amoco Production Company.
Luna earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University. He is a member of various associations, including Leedar Inc., YMCA of St. Paul and American Institute of Chemical Engineers.

"Scott Wallace is a customer and profit-driven strategist and marketing leader with extensive leadership experience. He has a strong track record of growing revenue, market share, and profits for premiere brands and market segments combined with expertise in driving new product innovations and market analysis. Prior to G&K 2005, Scott was Vice President of Marketing and Communications for eFunds Corporation, a $500 million dollar provider of payment processing, risk management and outsourcing services. Before eFunds, Scott was chief marketing officer for Integrion Financial Network, an online banking consortium, and SVP Marketing for PNC Bank. Previously, he was Vice President of Marketing for Keebler, where he was responsible for revitalizing the salty snacks business unit. Before joining Keebler, Scott spent ten years building his marketing expertise in a number of senior positions with increasing responsibility at Kraft.
Scott earned a M.B.A. degree in Marketing from Cornell University and a B.A. degree in Psychology from Dartmouth College. He is also active in the community and serves as an Emerging Leader for the Twin Cities United Way and as an alumni career advisor and interviewer.

"Dick Stutz is committed to keeping the G&K Services infrastructure performing at its best. A member of the G&K team since 1975, he works to develop and fine-tune the core systems and processes that keep the company running efficiently and profitably. His responsibilities include management of processing and manufacturing plants, integration of acquired assets and the development of new facilities. As leader of G&K’s acquisition integration team, Dick plays a key role in ensuring that newly acquired companies and assets blend successfully into G&K’s standardized field operations. He is also committed to improving quality and productivity, controlling energy costs and monitoring environmental issues.
Dick’s distinguished career at G&K Services includes serving as both a regional vice president and general manager. He was also heavily involved in the Canadian WorkWear and National Linen Services acquisitions. He is uniquely attuned to the needs and requests of G&K employees, and has played a significant role in company labor negotiations.

"Mr. Mrozek is a member of the Board of Directors of G&K Services and serves as a member of its Audit Committee. Mr. Mrozek is also one of the Audit Committee financial experts.
Effective 2008, Mr. Mrozek retired from ServiceMaster Global Holdings after 20 years of Service. Mr. Mrozek joined ServiceMaster in 1987 and held progressively senior positions in general management, operations and finance. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1992 through January 1997. From January 1997 through April 2002, he was Group President of various combinations of operating subsidiaries within the organization and in April 2002 was elected President and Chief Operating Officer of the enterprise as a whole. In November 2006, he was promoted to Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer, and served in that capacity until February 2008, when he decided to retire from the company after overseeing its sale to private equity interests and the relocation of its headquarters from Chicago to Memphis. Prior to joining ServiceMaster, Mr. Mrozek spent 12 years with Arthur Andersen & Co., an international public accounting firm.
