Dodds leads the financial policy, compliance, and forecasting for Galileo Americas; provides strategic guidance on supplier and subscriber agreements; and ensures the alignment of high-level business strategy with all Galileo financial operations. He also oversees the finances for all of Travel Industry Services in the Americas, including Cendant Corporate Travel Solutions, Gullivers Travel Associates in North America, and supporting technology and telecommunications units. Dodds joined Cendant Travel Distributions in 2004 as Group Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. Previously, he served in numerous financial leadership positions at Honeywell International. Dodds earned his BA in Accounting from Temple University.

Terence Terry is Chief Administrative Officer of Travelport, formerly Cendant Travel Distribution Services. Prior to this role, Terry was executive vice president of human resources and corporate services for Cendant Corporation. Cendant was primarily a provider of residential real estate and travel services operating in over 100 countries and generating $18 billion in revenue. With over 18 years of human resources experience, Terry oversaw global HR, facilities management, corporate real estate, events marketing and security functions throughout the enterprise. Under Terry's leadership, his team launched a company-wide "Employer of Choice" initiative to Cendant's 90,000 employees, significantly increasing Cendant's employee engagement and organizational capability. Terry has extensive experience in both strategic and operational human resource management with multiple industries, including: retail, manufacturing, restaurant, financial services, real estate, travel, and consumer products. Prior to joining Cendant, Terry spent nearly 10 years with the PepsiCo organization, with HR leadership assignments in corporate and all their subsidiaries. His last position was vice president of human resources at The Pepsi-Cola Company. In this role, Terry culminated his career by leading the HR aspects of the formation of independent bottling entities as a result of the break-up of the Pepsi-Cola sales and distribution organization. Prior to this role, Terry was director of human resources with PepsiCo's Frito Lay division, director of human resources for PepsiCo corporate, and director of human resources with PepsiCo's KFC unit. Prior to that, Terry served in various HR capacities with RH Macy & Company. Terry received his Bachelor of Science degree in management and marketing from New York University.

Jo-Anne Kruse is Executive Vice President, Human Resources for Travelport, formerly Cendant Travel Distribution Services. In this role, Jo-Anne is responsible for global Human Resources, Facilities, Security, Communications, and our Six Sigma process and engineering program. She played a key role in the integration of Galileo and Orbitz into the Cendant family since the close of these acquisitions. Previously, Jo-Anne was Vice President, Human Resources, for Galileo's parent company, Cendant Corporation where she was responsible for corporate and business unit Human Resource functions (total 3,000 employees) within a highly diversified and matrixed 60,000-employee conglomerate. Prior to joining Cendant, Jo-Anne worked in a variety of Human Resource positions at PepsiCo, Inc./Frito-Lay for five years. Her career also includes positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb/Clairol, where she was Manager of Human Resources. She began her career with Chase Manhattan Bank. Jo-Anne received a Master's degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University.

Keller manages our key multinational accounts with her strong customer and market understanding in the Asia travel industry. Prior to this position, Keller was the Director, Greater China of Galileo. With a total of 20 years of experience in the travel industry, Keller joined Galileo in 1999 from the multinational travel agency chain Thomas Cook. Keller has an MBA from the University of Strathclyde and a BA Hons in Geography from the University of Hong Kong.

Kennedy is responsible for marketing Galileo International products and services to all U.S., Canadian, and Latin American channels. She directs research on competitors and industry intelligence, programs and promotions to generate demand and ensure product adoption, strategy for and management of customer relationships, development of collateral and messaging, and brand positioning to increase visibility in the market. Kennedy joined Galileo in 2004. Previously, she was Vice President of Strategic Relationships at Liberty Travel/GOGO Worldwide Vacations.

In his role as Vice President of Customer Care and Sales Effectiveness at Galileo Americas, Jackson is responsible for transforming operations and service delivery through process and performance improvements based on technology and other market-competitive solutions. Prior to joining Galileo in 2006, Jackson was Vice President of Operations for American Express Business Travel, as well as the co-leader of the North American Rosenbluth /American Express integration. He has also worked in finance, operations, business support services, and global information systems support for Rosenbluth International. Keith earned his BS in Business Administration and Finance from Eastern University. He and his wife Michelle have two young children, Logan and Aidan.

Hans has taken up the leadership role for Hong Kong SMO since April 2006 and is responsible for growing the business base and exploiting new opportunities. Prior to this position, Hans has been in the position of Market Development Director and Senior Business Manager, Asia Pacific. He joined Galileo in 1989, taking a variety of management roles with Galileo International in the UK and then transferring to the Asian Regional Head office in Hong Kong in 1998. He graduated from Algemene Vakschool voor het Reisbureaubedrijf (AVR) the Official Dutch Business Tourist School in Leiden, The Netherlands.

Brad Holman is Managing Director, Asia Pacific, Galileo. Brad is responsible for the relationships with all travel agency and supplier customers and has overall responsibility for the performance of the region and its financial contribution to Galileo International.

John Guscic is the Managing Director Pacific region for Travelport, responsible for the Galileo, and Gullivers Travel, brands in the Australian, New Zealand, Japan, Korean and Indonesian markets. Prior to this role, he held the position of Managing Director, Galileo South Pacific and Flairview Travel. John has been instrumental in identifying and shaping opportunistic business ventures; forging strong and strategic relationships predominantly with Galileo's customers; and retaining and growing both the multinational and local customer base, with many significant further growth opportunities in the pipeline. John has a proven track record of high performance and results delivery. John has also held positions at Galileo, including key account management, product and solutions marketing and regional business development within Galileo Asia Pacific. This ensures he has gained a depth of travel industry knowledge which augments his strong sales and business leadership experience. Prior to joining Galileo, John founded his own company specialising in strategic consulting for Internet start-ups. He also held the position of General Manager with Psygnosis (a subsidiary of the Sony Corporation). Before Sony, he was with the Rice Daubney Group - a leading architectural firm, initially as General Manager, Australia and then as President Director, Indonesia where he lived for three years. John further developed his sales and people management experience with prominent blue-chip organisations such as Lend Lease Corporate Services and IBM Australia. John's new appointment recognizes his many achievements and leadership in the region will provide great comfort to the Pacific team. John was recently recognized for his accomplishments with a Cendant Chairman's Award and under his leadership, Galileo Southern Cross was twice recognized as Sales and Marketing Organization of the Year. John holds an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University.

Dan Wacksman is Regional Director for Gullivers Travel Associates (gta) Asia. Based in Hong Kong, Dan oversees GTA operations in the region including Hong Kong, mainland China, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand and India.

Based in Beijing, Fook Seng spearheads our strategic growth initiatives in China. Fook Seng has many years of experience in the airline industry where he held marketing, sales and senior business development positions with Singapore Airlines before joining Abacus as their Director and GM for China. Fook Seng completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He also holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing & International Business from Deakin University, Australia, as well as a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Frederic F. (Jake) Brace is senior vice president-Finance for United Airlines. He is based at the companyis world headquarters in suburban Chicago. Named to his position in July 1999, he is responsible for treasury, tax, financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, purchasing and pension investments. He is also responsible for all of the airlineis accounting and external financial reporting activities. Brace joined United in May 1988 as managernOperating Budgets. He also served as directornFinancial Planning, vice presidentnCorporate Development, vice president and controller and vice presidentnFinance before assuming his current position. Prior to joining United, Brace served in a variety of financial management positions with American Airlines in Dallas, Texas. He holds a masteris degree in business administration from the University of Chicago and a bacheloris degree in industrial engineering from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. Brace currently serves on the board of Galileo International and is a trustee for the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago.
