Alex Galvagni has an extensive background architecting complex systems and leading teams through the design and implementation process of mobile software products. Prior to joining Glu Mobile, Galvagni was an architect in BEA Systems pervasive division. Galvagni also held senior engineering positions at Pumatech and Proxinet, where he helped lead the development of the first real-time, secure, graphical web browsing infrastructure for mobile devices. Before Proxinet Galvagni did research on autonomous systems and robotics in the computational science division at NASA Ames Research Center. He holds a master's degree in computer engineering from Santa Clara University and a bachelor's degree from California State University.

Eric Ludwig, Glu’s senior vice president and chief financial officer, directs finance and investor relations of Glu Mobile worldwide, which includes corporate finance and accounting, tax and treasury, financial planning and analysis and investor relations. Prior to joining Glu, Ludwig served in various positions at Instill Corporation, an on-demand supply chain software company, most recently as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Instill, Mr. Ludwig served as Corporate Controller at Camstar Systems, Inc., an enterprise manufacturing execution and quality systems software company from 1994 to 1996. He also worked at Price Waterhouse L.L.P. for five years in the tax and audit functions in the San Jose office focusing on software companies and IPO’s. Mr. Ludwig holds a B.S. in commerce from Santa Clara University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Game industry veteran Jill Braff leads Glu’s worldwide publishing efforts which include licensing, marketing and sales. Since joining the company in 2003, Braff’s understanding of the mobile marketplace and evolving consumer behavior has helped shape the way mobile games are marketed and launched today. In 2004, with Atari’s DRIV3R, Jill was responsible for leading the first global day-and-date launch of a blockbuster mobile game, an achievement that created an industry template for global game launches, and highlighted Glu’s deployment expertise. In 2007, Braff was honored as one of the 40 most influential people under 40 in Silicon Valley by the Silicon Valley Business Journal, and in 2006 she was named one of the game industry's 100 most influential women by Next Generation. Prior to joining Glu, Braff served as interim vice president of marketing at Sega of America, as a creative director at Konami of America, as a consultant for Sprint on its entry into wireless gaming and held senior marketing positions at Photopoint Corporation and MyFamily.com. She also held positions at The Learning Company, Sega of America, Griffin Bacal and Nintendo of America. Braff has a B.A. from Colgate University.

As General Manager of North America, Greg Suarez leads Glu’s sales, marketing, and business development efforts in the region. He also oversees domestic and international brand licensing for Glu. Suarez brings more than 17 years of experience in the games business to his role. Prior to Glu, Suarez led global licensing for film and television properties across console and PC gaming platforms for Twentieth Century Fox. Suarez has also held product development, marketing and business development positions with Electronic Arts, Sega of America, Acclaim, Activision and My Family.com.

As vice president, general counsel & secretary, Kevin Chou directs the legal functions for Glu worldwide, including corporate governance and securities compliance, commercial contracts and licenses, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions and litigation. Chou also serves as Glu’s chief compliance officer. He brings an extensive and diverse background as counsel with both companies and law firms. Chou joined Glu from Knight Ridder where, as senior counsel, he oversaw the legal functions for Knight Ridder Digital, the company’s internet subsidiary. Prior to Knight Ridder, he served as associate general counsel for The Thomas Kinkade Company and general counsel for Dialpad Communications. Chou has also been associated with two leading law firms, Fenwick & West and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. He holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

With deep financing, business development, and corporate governance experience, Hayes oversees Glu’s operations throughout Asia-Pacific. Hayes joined Glu Mobile from Sienna Ventures where he was integral in the deal that secured venture financing in Glu and actively managed the firm's investment in the company. Also while at Sienna Ventures, Hayes held director and observer positions with the boards of directors for Asset International, M7 Networks and Newport Opticom. Hayes has been focused on private equity and venture capital within the wireless communications industry since 1999 and has held posts at Beneventure Capital and SigmaBleyzer where he identified and managed investments for 's cable, wireless communications, information technology, commercial airline, and food industries. He has a B.A. in political science from of at and earned his Master of Business Administration in International Management from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management.

As Managing Director, EMEA, Frank Keeling leads Glu’s sales, marketing and licensing efforts throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa. Keeling joined Glu with more than 15 years experience as a senior executive for global internet, mobile content and digital entertainment companies. Keeling was most recently CEO of In-Fusio, a European-based mobile games service provider. Prior to In-Fusio, Keeling served as vice president of EMEA for RealNetworks, where he lead the music, games and video divisions in EMEA; and COO of Vodafone Global Content Services, where he was key in the development and deployment of the mobile content and delivery platform to support the launch of Vodafone live! – Vodafone’s major 3G consumer service offering. In addition, Keeling has held senior executive positions at a number of leading new technology companies including Freeserve, AOL Europe and Gemstar TV Guide International. Keeling holds an MSc from London Business School and a BSc in Experimental Psychology from Sussex University.

From entrepreneurial ventures to Fortune 500 companies, Clancy Ryan has earned the reputation as a leader and innovator in sales, finance and technology. Clancy serves as director of business development for Glu Mobile (Nasdaq: GLUU), a global publisher of innovative games for mobile phones, delivered through the leading cell service providers. To drive demand for Glu's portfolio of top-rated games, he has been instrumental in helping develop content for and partnerships with gaming leaders like Activision, Harrah's, Hasbro, Sony and Warner Bros. During his career, he has managed sales and development for The Discovery Channel, Penske Logistics & Leasing (Rollins), and Bank of America (Sky Financial). Clancy also founded 3D Wireless Games, which was eventually sold to Superscape Group PLC. He is an adjunct professor at DePaul University School of Business, Chicago, and director of the school's sales leadership program. Clancy helped design the Sales Leadership Center (SLC) program and taught its first class. The SLC has become the largest collegiate sales program in the country. He holds an M.B.A. from the Kellstadt Graduate School at DePaul University and a B.A. from DePaul.

Mr. Seawell has been a Director of the Company since December 1997. Mr. Seawell has been a Venture Partner with New Enterprise Associates, a venture capital firm, since January 2005. From February 2000 to December 2004, Mr. Seawell was a Partner with Technology Crossover Ventures, a venture capital firm. From January 1997 to August 1998, Mr. Seawell was Executive Vice President of NetDynamics, an applications server software company, which was acquired by Sun Microsystems. From March 1991 to January 1997, Mr. Seawell was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Synopsys, an electronic design automation software company. Mr. Seawell holds a B.A. degree in economics and an M.B.A. degree in finance and accounting from Stanford University. Mr. Seawell serves on the Board of Directors of NVIDIA, Glu Mobile and a number of privately-held companies. Mr. Seawell also serves on the Management Board of the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Ann joined Glu's board of directors as Board Member and Audit Committee Chair in September 2005. She currently sits on the boards of directors of Google Inc., Central European Media Enterprises Ltd., Ariat International and Zappos.com. From May 2004 until its acquisition by eBay in 2005, Ann served as a director Shopping.com. From 1999 to 2004, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Pixar Animation Studios where she was responsible for finance, administration, business affairs, investor relations and human resources. Prior to joining Pixar, Ann was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Village Roadshow Pictures, and she held various executive positions at the Walt Disney Company in Los Angeles from 1993 to 1999, including Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration for its Buena Vista International Theatrical Division. Ann also held various executive positions in Europe, including a position with Disney in Paris where she helped start the international theatrical distribution arm in ten European countries, as well as positions with Alico (a division of AIG) and Paramount Pictures. Ann holds an M.A. from Cambridge University in England.

William J. Miller has served on Glu’s board of directors since January 2007. Miller has acted as an independent director and adviser to a number of technology companies since November 1999. From April 1996 until his retirement in November 1999, Miller served as chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer of Avid Corporation, a provider of digital tools for multimedia companies, where he also served as president from September 1996 to January 1999. Prior to that, he served as chief executive officer and chairman of the board of Quantum Corporation, a data storage manufacturer. He has also held various positions at Control Data Corporation, a computer and data services company, most recently as executive vice president and president of information services. Miller serves as a director of NVIDIA Corporation, Waters Corporation, Digimarc Corporation, and Overland Storage, Inc. Miller holds a B.A. in speech communications and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota.

Brooke joined Glu’s board of directors in June 2006. He has served as a Venture Partner of New Enterprise Associates since January 2005, focusing on software and semiconductor investments. Brooke currently sits on the boards of directors of NVIDIA Corporation, Informatica Corporation, SiliconBlue Technologies Corporation, SiTime Corporation and Telegent Systems. In addition, Brooke is an observer on the board of directors of Tabula Inc. He also serves on the Management Board of the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He brings with him 25-plus years experience in technology finance and operations. Brooke was most recently a Venture Partner with Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV). Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President of NetDynamics, which was acquired by Sun Microsystems in 1998. From 1991 to 1997, Brooke was Senior Vice President–Finance and Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Synopsys, an electronic design automation software company that he took public in 1992. During his tenure at Synopsys, revenue grew from $20 million to $500 million. From 1983-1991 Brooke served as Vice President, Finance and Production and Chief Financial Officer at Weitek, which he took public in 1988. Previously, he co-founded and was Chief Financial Officer of Southwall Technologies. In 1990, Brooke was recognized by Upside Magazine as one of the top 15 high-tech Chief Financial Officers. Brooke holds a B.A. in economics from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Dan Skaff is the Founder and Managing Partner of Sienna Ventures, a private equity firm focused on consumer, technology and wireless growth businesses. Dan currently serves on the boards of Glu Mobile, Inc. (Nasdaq GLUU; Lead Director, Audit Committee); EBT Mobile China PLC, a Shanghai, China-based retailer of mobile devices and services; Vivaro, Inc., a national Hispanic communications and financial services company; and Farmacia Remedios, a Hispanic specialty retailer. Dan’s previous investments at Sienna include Openwave Systems (Nasdaq OPWV), TradePoint Solutions (sold to DemandTec: DMAN); Widcomm (sold to Broadcom: BRCM); @Motion (sold to Openwave); Protocol Communications; Bojangles’ Restaurants; and Heidi’s Fine Desserts. Dan serves on the Investment Committee of the Marin Community Foundation and the Investment Advisory Committee of the Sierra Club Foundation; and also serves on the Harvard College Fund Council. Prior to Sienna Ventures, Dan served as Chairman & CEO of Sienna Holdings and Founder & Executive Chairman of Pon North America, the U.S. investment and operating affiliates respectively of Pon Holdings B.V. of the Netherlands. Earlier in his career he served in the Corporate Finance Departments of Bankers Trust Company and Bank of America. Dan received a bachelor’s degree with honors from Harvard University, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Wharton Fellow.

Hany Nada is a co-founder of Granite Global Ventures and is actively investing in software, wireless applications, and multimedia. Nada's responsibilities include IT investment activities, deal sourcing, investment due diligence, and Board directorships. GGV investments include: Kintana, OneWave Technologies, Vocera Communications, Endeca Technologies, Accruent, athenahealth, Glu Mobile and PerformanceRetail. Nada was previously with U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray as a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst specializing in Internet software and e-Infrastructure. Nada was selected as a Wall Street Journal All-Star analyst in computer software and was named in Institutional Investor All-Star in three categories. He was involved in many transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, mergers & acquisitions, private placements and venture rounds. Nada is a graduate of the University of Minnesota where he earned a B.S. in economics and a B.A. in political science.
