Dow Jones Description

We were incorporated under the laws of the state of Delaware on October 6, 1998 under the name of San Jose International, Inc. On August 19, 2004, we changed the name of our company to Gammacan International, Inc. in the State of Delaware. During our first quarter ended December 31, 2003, we identified a promising business prospect focused on the seismic acquisition business located in Western Canada and agreed in principal to acquire all of the shares of two Alberta based companies. However, on April 20, 2004, we decided to terminate our efforts to pursue this proposed acquisition, because it appeared we would not be successful in obtaining the necessary financing on a timely basis. Pursuant to an agreement for purchase and sale of intellectual property between our subsidiary, Gammacan, Ltd., and ARP Biomed, Ltd. ("ARP), we completed the purchase and sale of the intellectual property on August 17, 2004. As a result, we now own all of ARP's rights and interests in the intellectual property assets (the "Intellectual Property") consisting of intravenous immunoglobulin ("IVIG") research and development, patents and other intellectual property, which appears to hold promising potential for the clinical treatment for various cancer types.
