The GBC Materials business of Morgan Advanced Ceramics has manufactured glass preforms for glass-to-metal seal applications and pressed ceramic parts for five decades. Specializing in high volume production, precision glass and ceramic components are supplied to a variety of markets, including, digital electronics, HDTV, telecommunications, automotive electronic subassemblies, dual core microprocessors, home appliance, and aerospace. Ceramic parts are produced from 85% to 99.5% alumina, steatite and other special materials. We produce precision glass tubing, rods and components for hermetically sealed packages. Our branded alumina-loaded glasses include Hybralox and Cerasil. Our research team is continually developing new products and processes for our customers.
