Lynne Gailey was appointed Executive Vice-President, Global Communications, GE Healthcare, in December 2004. In this role, Lynne is responsible for executive, organizational and employee communications; public and media relations; public affairs and community relations; industry analyst relations; and oversees branding and marketing communications activities for the global GE Healthcare business. Previously, Lynne spent more than three years at Amersham plc as Director, Corporate Affairs, with responsibility for media relations, investor relations, government affairs, community relations, and executive and internal communications. Prior to joining Amersham, Lynne held senior communications and sales and marketing positions at the former SmithKline Beecham and Smith Kline & French Laboratories, serving as Director and Vice President of Corporate Communications for SmithKline Beecham from 1997-2001. Prior to that, Lynne was Director, Corporate Information, Europe/International, from 1995-1997, and Director, Communications, Pharmaceuticals, from 1994-1995. Lynne earned a PhD in Chemistry and a BSc Honours in Chemistry from Leeds University in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Naghibian is a Biomedical Engineer specialized in Nuclear Medicine. Mr. Naghibian attended Tehran's National University and he graduated in 1990. He moved to Vancouver, Canada, in March of 1995 and he enrolled in Biomedical Engineering program and completed his new degree in 1999. He began working at General Electric Medical Group in Toronto, Canada, and eventually, he moved to United States in 2001. He is still employed at GE Healthcare Technologies and he is currently residing in Orange County.
