John Dineen is president and CEO of GE Healthcare. Formerly GE Medical Systems and now a $17 billion business, GE Healthcare is the global leader in medical diagnostic technology and biosciences. He was appointed to his current role in July 2008. In 2005, Dineen was named president and CEO of GE Transportation, a $4.5 billion global leader in the rail, mining, marine, drilling and wind industries. Dineen joined GE in 1986 as a telecommunications engineer in Rockville, Maryland. He has held a variety of leadership positions at GE, both in the U.S. and worldwide, including general manager of the Power Equipment business in Plainville, Connecticut; general manager of the Meter business in Somersworth, New Hampshire; general manager of the Microwave and Air-conditioning businesses in Louisville, Kentucky; manager of finance for GE Asia in Hong Kong; and president of GE Plastics Pacific. He has served in various assignments in Corporate Finance, and most recently he served as vice president and general manager of Plastics at GE Advanced Materials. Mark L. Vachon, the President and CEO for GE Healthcare’s Global Diagnostic Imaging business, is committed to helping the world see life more clearly and to advancing the promise of early health by providing world class technology in imaging and diagnostics. Since joining GE in 1982, and graduating GE’s leadership programs, Mark has provided leadership in a number of GE’s businesses, including the Global Research Center, GE Appliances, GE Plastics (recently sold to Saudi Basic Industries Corp), NBC, and GE’s investor relations. In recognition for his contribution to GE, Mark was appointed a Corporate Officer in 1999. Today, Mark leads a global organization headquartered in Waukesha, Wisconsin, of more than 12,000 employees who share his commitment and enthusiasm for realizing the benefits of early health. Mark is an active member of the Center for Corporate Innovation and the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce. He is the Vice Chair for the Imaging Sector of the Advanced Medical Technology Association. Mark also serves on the Overseers Board for Northeastern University, Boston, his alma mater. Omar Ishrak has been a vice president and a GE officer since 1999, and in January 2005 he was appointed president and CEO of GE Healthcare's Clinical Systems division. In this role he is responsible for GE's ultrasound, monitoring solutions, cardiology, bone densitometry, maternal-infant care and life support solutions businesses. Clinical Systems is a $3.6 billion division, developing innovative technologies that improve clinical precision at every point of patient care. Beginning in 1995, Mr. Ishrak's business and technology leadership was instrumental in positioning GE to become the world's leading provider of ultrasound technology and services. During his tenure, the ultrasound division has delivered a continuous stream of innovation, expanding into new clinical applications and broadening its distribution worldwide to achieve annual double-digit growth. Mr. Ishrak joined GE with more than 13 years of technology and business management experience, holding leadership positions that included senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing and Product Development, Elbit Ultrasound Group, and various product development and engineering positions at Philips Ultrasound. A member of the Blood Center of Wisconsin and a leading member of the organization's research committee, Mr. Ishrak is also on the Health Leadership Council of the Save the Children Foundation. Mr. Ishrak earned a bachelor of science and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of London, King's College.

Michael is a graduate of the Milwaukee School of Engineering where he received a degree in Electrical Engineering. While attending MSOE Michael co-founded the school's NSBE chapter. He interned at GE Medical Systems and has worked there for his entire professional career. Michael has held various engineering and operations design and leadership positions at GE Healthcare. He started as an electronics design engineer in the Xray Product Development Group, developed the control architecture (Advantx) for the Xray product line as a SW project leader, managed the HW, Firmware and Diagnostics team at CT, and managed the Functional Engineering team in the MR business. Michael returned to Xray as the Manager of the Digital Xray Detector Platform, which replaced the need for film in Xray procedures. He then held engineering and operations leadership roles in Imaging Subsystems and was named VP Technology of the Diagnostics Imaging Business in May 2005. His current position is Chief Technology Officer for GE Healthcare. GEHC has over 5000 engineers and scientists working in diverse fields such as MR and CT scanners, patient monitoring, anesthesia, life sciences and imaging contrast agents. Michael was named a company officer in July 2006. Michael has also served as chair of the Milwaukee Chapter of the Elfun Society (volunteer organization of GE leaders), is married to Jackie (Freescale Semiconductor Sales Manager), has 2 children, Lauren (16) and Justin (14) and is a former Deacon and Treasurer at Sweet Communion Baptist Church.

Lynne Gailey was appointed Executive Vice-President, Global Communications, GE Healthcare, in December 2004. After graduating with a BBA in 1974, Bob embarked on a successful career in Sales and Management. He spent several years selling industrial and commercial products before accepting a sales position with GE Healthcare. For the next fourteen years, Bob achieved continued success in various roles, including Sales and Product Management. In 1990, as a member of Sam O'Rear's team, Bob helped launch a national Strategic Sales training program which contributed to GE's continued growth in the 90's. In 1995 Bob left GE in order to pursue opportunities at Stryker and then at Toshiba Medical Systems. At Toshiba he played a key role in the implementation of a strategic growth initiative, first as Senior Director of Business Development and later as VP of Sales. While there he contracted with The International Group to improve the sales team's success by providing and reinforcing specialized skills, tools and processes. As a result Toshiba achieved increased productivity, market share and profitability. Bob went on to leverage his experience with a couple of "start up" organizations before joining TIGI in 2006 as Business Manager and partner.
