Dean Seavers is president & CEO of GE Security, a leading supplier of security and life safety technologies with operations in more than 35 countries and approximately $1.8 billion in annual sales. GE Security offers one of the industry’s broadest product portfolios, including explosives and narcotics detection, intrusion and access control, video surveillance, key management, and fire detection. In September 2007, Seavers was named president & CEO of GE Security. He joined GE from his most recent role as President of SimplexGrinnell, a $2 billion Tyco subsidiary that specializes in fire detection, sprinkler, suppression, and related services. Seavers began his career in advertising and product planning at Ford Motor Company. From there, he held a series of leadership roles, including Operations Manager of KFC National Management Company for PepsiCo, Managing Director/Co-Owner for Flex-Tech Communications, Manager of Brand Transformation for Allied Domecq Retailing, and Director of Operations Planning & Strategy for Burger King Corp. In 2000, he moved into the fire and life safety industry with ADT, joining the company as the Regional Vice President of Operations. Seavers served as Senior Vice President, Operations for ADT Security Services from 2001 to 2004, before being promoted to President of SimplexGrinnell in 2004. Seavers graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in business from Kent State University and earned a master's degree in business administration from Stanford University. Seavers and his wife have two children and reside in Florida.

Robert Siegel, Chairman of the Board of Directors. Rob is currently General Manager of Video and Software Solutions for GE Security (NYSE:GE). In this role, he has responsibility for GE's video surveillance global Center of Excellence (COE), which generated revenues of over $350 million in 2006. Robert's responsibilities include developing the firm's strategic direction in video, delivering on global product roadmaps and the formulation of the corresponding go-to-market activities.
