William G. Nelson, Ph.D has served as a member of our Board of Directors since October 2000. Since 1990, Dr. Nelson has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of HarrisData Corp., a computer software company. Since 1999, Dr. Nelson has also been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Repository Technologies Inc., a computer software company. Dr. Nelson has been a director of GEAC Computer Corporation, Limited since 1988, additionally from June 1996 through October 2000, Dr. Nelson served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of GEAC, and from September 1996 until April 1999, he also served as its Chief Executive Officer and President. Since 1986, Dr. Nelson has also served as a director of Manugistics Group, Inc., a provider of intelligent supply chain optimization solutions for enterprises and evolving eBusiness trading networks. Since 2002, Dr. Nelson has served as a director of Catalyst International, a supplier of warehouse management software. Dr. Nelson is a General Partner with Orchid Partners, a venture campital firm. From December 1991 to December 1994, Dr. Nelson was President and Chief Executive Officer of Pilot Software, Inc. Dr. Nelson also serves as a trustee of Swarthmore College.

David Friend has been a successful technology entrepreneur for over 25 years. He previously co-founded five companies: Sonexis, FaxNet, Pilot Software, Computer Pictures Corporation and ARP Instruments. He has been featured in USA Today, Tech Capital, The Boston Globe, Mass HiTech, Fortune, Forbes and Tom Peter's best-selling management book, The Pursuit of Wow! David has been a lecturer at MIT's Sloan School of Management and is an active supporter of music and the arts in Boston. He is a trustee (emeritus) of the New England Conservatory, Berklee College of Music, and the Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C. David holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Yale University and attended the Princeton University Graduate School of Engineering where he was a David Sarnoff Fellow. He is an avid marathoner, distance cyclist, windsurfer, and hiker.

Mr. Sadler has served as a director of the Company since September 1997. From April 2000 to present, Mr. Sadler has served as the Chairman and CEO of Enghouse Systems Limited, a software engineering company that develops geographic information systems as well as interactive voice response systems. Mr. Sadler was previously the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GEAC from 1987 to 1990, was President and Chief Executive Officer of GEAC from 1990 to 1996, was Vice Chairman thereof from 1996 to 1998, and was a Senior Advisor to GEAC on acquisitions until May 1999. Prior to Mr. Sadler's involvement with GEAC, he held executive positions with Phillips Electronics Limited and Loblaws Companies Limited. Mr. Sadler is Chairman of Helix Investments (Canada) Inc., a position he has held since early 1998. Mr. Sadler is also currently a director of Enghouse Systems Limited, and Belzberg Technologies Ltd. Mr. Sadler holds a B.A. Sc. (Honours) in industrial engineering and an M.B.A. (Dean's List) and he is a Chartered Accountant.
