Myers, a 27-year propulsion business veteran, began his career in the aerospace industry when he joined Atlantic Research Corporation's (ARC) engineering department in 1981. As his career progressed, Myers held positions of increasing responsibility in both engineering and tactical missile program management. Myers holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.

Mr. Lau was vice president, Finance and treasurer of Catellus Development Corporation (an industrial Real Estate Investment Trust), which was acquired in 2005 by ProLogis. Prior to Catellus, Mr. Lau served in various positions in syndicated finance and corporate treasury at Bank of America. Mr. Lau received his B.A. in Economics from Stanford University and his M.B.A. in Finance from University of California, Los Angeles.

David A. Lorber, GenCorp Director since 2006. Principal and portfolio manager at FrontFour Capital Group LLC, New York, NY, a hedge fund, since 2007. Previously, Director and Senior Investment Analyst at Pirate Capital, a hedge fund, from 2003 — 2006; Analyst at Vantis Capital Management LLC, a money management firm and hedge fund, from 2001 to 2003; Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. 2000 — 2001. Mr. Lorber serves as Chairman of the Organization & Compensation Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee. Age 29.

James J. Didion, GenCorp Director since 2002. Independent real estate investor and consultant. Previously Chairman of the Board of CB Richard Ellis, Inc. from 1987 until retirement in July 2001. Served as Chief Executive Officer from 1987 to 1999 and held various other management positions within CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (formerly known as Coldwell Banker & Company) from 1962 to 1987. Mr. Didion currently serves as Chairman of the Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee and as a member of the Finance Committee. Age 66.

Robert C. Woods, GenCorp Director since 2006. Investment banker at Cornerstone Capital Advisors, a real estate investment bank, since 1987. From 1983 to the present, Mr. Woods has also been a real estate developer for Palladian Partners, a real estate development company. At both Cornerstone and Palladian, Mr. Woods’ experience includes developing and financing master planned communities. Previously, Vice President of Development for Cullen Center in Houston, Texas from 1982 to 1983; Project Manager for Hines Interests LLC, a real estate development company from 1981 to 1982; Project Manager for Trammell Crow from 1979 to 1980. Mr. Woods was also a consulting professor of real estate finance at Stanford University from 2000 to 2005. Mr. Woods serves as a member of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee. Age 55.

Paul D. Leidal is the Chief Financial Officer for Romeo RIM with responsibility for Romeo RIM's financial performance, as well as, the integrity of reported financial systems and data. Paul has been a part of the Romeo RIM team since 1996. Paul's twenty-five plus years of financial management experience includes a variety of corporate and plant level management positions with GenCorp and their automotive segment.

Martin Turchin. Mr. Martin Turchin has been a director since June 23, 1997. Mr. Turchin serves as Vice-Chairman of CB Richard Ellis, the world s largest real estate services company. From 1985 until its merger with CB Richard Ellis in July 2003, Mr. Turchin served as Vice-Chairman of Insignia/ESG, Inc., a subsidiary of Insignia Financial Group, which was one of the nation s largest commercial real estate brokerage, consulting and management firms. Prior to joining Insignia/ESG, Inc., he spent 14 years with Kenneth E. Laub & Company, Inc. where he was involved in real estate acquisition, financing, leasing and consulting. Mr. Turchin has more than 30 years experience as a commercial real estate broker, consultant and advisor and has been involved in some of the largest real estate transactions in the United States. During his career, he has orchestrated more than 50 million square feet of real estate transactions. He is a three-time recipient of the Real Estate Board of New York s Most Ingenious Deal of the Year Award and a two-time recipient of the Robert T. Lawrence Award. Mr. Turchin serves on the board of GenCorp Inc. He holds a BS from City College of the University of New York and a JD from St. John s Law School. He is 67 years old.

Mr. Rothmeier is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received a master's degree in business administration from the University of Chicago. Mr. Rothmeier founded Great Northern Capital, a private investment and merchant banking firm in March 1993, after serving as president of a Twin Cities venture capital and merchant banking firm. Previously, he was chairman of the board and chief executive officer of NWA Inc. and Northwest Airlines Inc. Mr. Rothmeier is a director of ArvinMeritor Inc., GenCorp Inc., Precision Castparts Corp., and Waste Management Inc. Mr. Rothmeier is a trustee of the University of Chicago, a member of the Council on the Graduate School of Business, University of Chicago, chairman of the St. Agnes Foundation and The Lumen Christi Institute, director of the American Council on Germany, a trustee for the German Marshall Fund of the United States, an advisor to the Metropolitan Economic Development Association of the Twin Cities, a minority business advisory group, and former vice chairman of the U.S. - China Business Council.
