Bob McGrath joined H.B. Fuller in 2003 with 20 years of experience in corporate venture capital and mergers and acquisitions with chemical and high tech companies. Prior to joining H.B. Fuller Ventures, Bob was with Commerce One, a software company, where he helped establish a corporate venture capital activity. With a $100 million fund, Bob led Commerce One Ventures to make numerous strategic investments over a three-year period. Bob's background also includes corporate development and marketing activities for Applied Materials, a $5 billion global semi-conductor company and W.R. Grace & Company, an international specialty chemical company. Bob holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Boston University.

With over 40 years of sales and engineering experience, Bruce Sanson's background is a testament to his success as General Manager for DeNova Homes. His extensive experience includes acting as Director of H.B. Fuller and Company and successfully starting his own company, Engineering Bonding Systems. Bruce brought his array of talents to DeNova in 2001, where he directs the departments of Property Management and Customer Relations.

Mr. van Roden, age 58, served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of P.H. Glatfelter Company, a diversified global manufacturer of specialty papers and engineered products, from 2003 to 2006, and currently serves as a consultant to P.H. Glatfelter Company on strategic issues. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Conectiv from 1998 to 2003, and as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lukens Inc. from 1982 to 1998.
