Charlene Begley is president and chief executive officer of GE Enterprise Solutions and a senior vice president for GE. She was named to this position in August 2007. She is driving growth initiatives in technology, emerging markets, vertical solutions and the global infrastructure. GE Enterprise Solutions elevates customers' productivity and profitability with integrated solutions using sensors and non-destructive testing; security and life safety technologies; power system protection and control; and plant automation and embedded computing systems. Enterprise Solutions' high-tech, high-growth businesses include Sensing & Inspection Technologies, Security, Digital Energy, and GE Fanuc Intelligent Platforms. The business has 17,000 problem-solving employees in more than 60 countries around the world. Begley began her career at GE in 1988. She has held a variety of leadership roles within the company including vice president of operations at GE Capital Mortgage Services, quality leader and chief financial officer at GE Transportation Systems, director of finance for GE Plastics-Europe, vice president of the Corporate Audit Staff and chief executive officer at GE FANUC Automation. In January 2003, she was appointed president and chief executive officer of GE Transportation. In July 2005, she was named president and chief executive officer of GE Plastics. Begley serves on the World Economic Forum's Young Global Leaders, the GE FANUC Board of Directors and the board of the National Association of Manufacturers. She is a graduate of the University of Vermont. She and her husband have three daughters.

Claudi Santiago is a senior vice president of GE and the president and CEO of GE's Oil & Gas business. Appointed to his current role in 1999, he has led the business through a period of significant growth and has overseen the transformation of a traditional manufacturing company into a world-class business partner to many of the world's leading oil and gas industry players. Mr. Santiago joined GE in 1980 as a project manager with GE Information Services. In the subsequent years he held positions of increasing responsibility across Europe, and in 1991 he moved to Rockville, Maryland, to become worldwide marketing leader for GE Information Services, eventually moving to Paris to lead the business in Europe. In 1997 Mr. Santiago joined the newly acquired Nuovo Pignone business to establish an Aftermarket Services unit, which today contributes a significant portion of Oil & Gas's revenue from a comprehensive range of equipment services, including field-based technical assistance, product upgrades and customized service agreements. Mr. Santiago received the GE Chairman Leadership Award in 2006 for being a key driving force for the growth and transformation of the Oil & Gas business. Mr. Santiago holds a master degree in Computer Science from the Universidad Autonoma of Barcelona and has completed postgraduate studies at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, and Georgetown University. A native of Barcelona, Spain, Mr. Santiago is fluent in Spanish, English, French and Italian. In his free time he enjoys playing tennis and feeding his love for art. He and his wife Nuria have two children.

Dan Henson is president and CEO of GE Capital Solutions, a global provider of leasing, lending and capital investment products. In this role, Mr. Henson oversees $90 billion in assets and 13,000 employees. He assumed this role in March 2008. Mr. Henson was previously GE's chief marketing officer, a position he held since January 2006. While there, he was responsible for driving sales and marketing, sales force effectiveness, enterprise accounts, strategic marketing, advertising, branding and communications. He was also charged with cross-business marketing and sales initiatives, including Imagination Breakthroughs, Ecomagination and GE's Experienced Commercial Leadership Program. Mr. Henson, a 21-year GE veteran, was first named an officer in 1999. He has served as the chief commercial officer of GE Commercial Finance, president and chief executive officer of GE Vendor Financial Services, president and chief executive officer of GE Capital Fleet Services and president and general manager of GE Capital Auto Financial Services. As chief quality officer of GE Capital, a position he assumed in 1998, he oversaw all the business' Six Sigma quality initiatives. Mr. Henson began his career at GE as a district marketing manager for Vendor Financial Services, where he worked in a variety of sales, business development and management roles. Mr. Henson has spent six years outside the U.S. leading GE teams in London for European Equipment Finance and in Mexico City for Commercial Equipment Finance. A graduate of George Washington University's School of Government and Business Administration in Washington, D.C., Mr. Henson lives in Connecticut with his wife and two children.

David L. Joyce is president and chief executive officer for GE Aviation, a world-leading provider of commercial and military jet engines and components as well as integrated digital, electric power and mechanical systems for aircraft. GE Aviation also has a global service network to support these offerings. Mr. Joyce is also a senior vice president of GE. Mr. Joyce joined GE in 1980 as a product engineer and spent 15 years advancing his career in design and development of GE's commercial and military engines. His contributions encompassed nine different engine families powering 15 base aircraft models, including advanced technology applications. In 1995, Mr. Joyce transitioned from product development to become a Six Sigma Master Black Belt for the Aviation Engineering Division. In early 1998, he was promoted to general manger of the Customer and Product Support organization, responsible the global GE/CFM fleet of nearly 20,000 engines in service with more than 500 customers. In this role, Mr. Joyce led the formation of the highly successful "At the Customer, For the Customer" program. In mid-2000, he was appointed general manager of the small commercial engine operation, where he led GE's successful bid to power China's ARJ21 regional jet. In addition, he oversaw the certification program for the CF34-8 engine for the Bombardier CRJ900 and the Embraer E170/175 aircraft programs. Mr. Joyce was promoted to vice president and general manager of the commercial engine operation in 2003. He was was named to his current role in June 2008. Mr. Joyce earned both bachelor of science and master's degrees in mechanical engineering from Michigan State University and holds a master's in business finance from Xavier University.

Dean Seavers is president & CEO of GE Security, a leading supplier of security and life safety technologies with operations in more than 35 countries and approximately $1.8 billion in annual sales. GE Security offers one of the industry’s broadest product portfolios, including explosives and narcotics detection, intrusion and access control, video surveillance, key management, and fire detection. In September 2007, Seavers was named president & CEO of GE Security. He joined GE from his most recent role as President of SimplexGrinnell, a $2 billion Tyco subsidiary that specializes in fire detection, sprinkler, suppression, and related services. Seavers began his career in advertising and product planning at Ford Motor Company. From there, he held a series of leadership roles, including Operations Manager of KFC National Management Company for PepsiCo, Managing Director/Co-Owner for Flex-Tech Communications, Manager of Brand Transformation for Allied Domecq Retailing, and Director of Operations Planning & Strategy for Burger King Corp. In 2000, he moved into the fire and life safety industry with ADT, joining the company as the Regional Vice President of Operations. Seavers served as Senior Vice President, Operations for ADT Security Services from 2001 to 2004, before being promoted to President of SimplexGrinnell in 2004. Seavers graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in business from Kent State University and earned a master's degree in business administration from Stanford University. Seavers and his wife have two children and reside in Florida.

In her role as President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Canada, and through her many industry and community involvements, Elyse Allan demonstrates her passion for Canadian competitiveness in a global economy and creating a culture of excellence. She was appointed to her post in October 2004, with a mission to grow GE’s businesses in Canada, and to advance the company’s leadership in technology, media, and financial services. The appointment marked Elyse’s return to GE, where she began her career in 1984. She served in corporate marketing in the U.S. where she worked with a number of the industrial businesses, and held senior roles in GE Canada in corporate, lighting and appliances. Elyse is active around many issues that influence Canada’s productivity and competitive advantage. She is a strong advocate for advancing the country’s science and technology base, competitive fiscal policy, and a strong cities agenda. Aside from her work at GE, she contributes to these goals as a Director of the Canadian Council of Chief Executives, the C.D. Howe Institute, the Public Policy Forum, and the Ontario Investment & Trade Advisory Council. She has served on the Greater Toronto Marketing Alliance, and the National Roundtable on the Environment and the Economy. Active in the community, Elyse serves as a Director of the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto, and the Mississauga International Investment Board. She is the former Chair of Providence Healthcare, a leading Toronto healthcare institution. Prior to her current position, Elyse was President and CEO of the Toronto Board of Trade and, before that, a senior executive at Ontario Hydro. Elyse earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology & Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth. She has served her alma mater as a member of the Board of Visitors for Dartmouth’s Rockefeller Centre for Public Policy and, currently, as an Overseer of Tuck Business School. Elyse also holds an honorary doctorate from Ryerson University in Toronto. Elyse, husband Don and son Stuart reside in Toronto.

Ferdinando "Nani" Beccalli-Falco was named President and CEO of GE International in January 2005. Prior to his current position, Mr. Beccalli-Falco served as President and CEO, EMEA. He is responsible for directing GE's strategies for growth outside the U.S. by working on behalf of all GE businesses to expand customer and government relationships and to develop new business markets. He is based in Brussels, Belgium. Mr. Beccalli-Falco formerly served as Executive Vice President, GE Capital Services, where he had oversight responsibilities for GE Capital's Equipment Management Businesses, including Americom, Fleet Services, Rail Services, TIP/Modular Space and Penske Truck Leasing. He also oversaw GE Capital India, GE Capital Global Sourcing, GE Capital Container Finance and the GE SeaCo JV. Mr. Beccalli-Falco has enjoyed a long career at GE, starting in 1975 in the United States. In 1977 when he joined GE Plastics Europe, in the Strategic Planning group at the company's headquarters, in Bergen op Zoom, The Netherlands. In 1981, Mr. Beccalli-Falco moved to GE Plastics global headquarters in Pittsfield, MA, where he held management positions in various divisions. In 1987, he returned to Bergen op Zoom as the Director of Marketing, and in 1990, he became the Managing Director of the Structured Products Business. From 1993 to 1996 he served as the President of GE Plastics Japan Ltd. Mr. Beccalli-Falco was Vice President and General Manager, GE Plastics Americas from January 1997 until May 2001, when he joined GE Capital Services. A native of Italy, Mr. Beccalli-Falco earned a master's degree in chemical engineering from the Polytechnic of Torino in Italy, and he has completed graduate work in business administration at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Beccalli-Falco is a board member of the following organizations: Emmanuel Center Stiftung Germany, GE Foundation, Genpact Limited and the Center for European Policy Studies (CEPS). He is also Vice Chair EMEA of Junior Achievement Young Enterprise, serves on the Suppliers Advisory Council of Nissan Motor Company Ltd. and he is a member of the Singapore Economic Development Board's International Advisory Council Trilateral. In 2007, the President of Italy, Giorgio Napolitano, appointed Mr. Beccalli-Falco “Cavaliere del Lavoro”.

James P. Campbell has served as president and chief executive officer of GE Consumer & Industrial since November 2005. Consumer & Industrial, a $12+ billion global business that employs 49,000 employees around the world in more than 100 locations, is an industry leader in major appliance and lighting products, and in integrated electrical distribution equipment and systems. Campbell joined GE in 1981 as a sales/marketing trainee for the Northeast Region of GE Appliances. He quickly moved into management roles, and in 1992 relocated to the business' headquarters in Louisville where he led marketing, sales and product management organizations. He was appointed vice president of Sales and Marketing and a GE Company Officer in 1999 and two years later was named president and chief executive officer of GE Appliances. In September 2002, when GE merged its appliances and lighting businesses, he assumed the role of president and chief executive officer of GE Consumer Products. Following the merger of GE Consumer Products and GE Industrial Systems in January 2004, Campbell became president and chief executive officer of GE Consumer & Industrial-Americas, a $9 billion division. In that role he directed the manufacture, marketing and sale of appliances, lighting and industrial products across North and South America. Campbell earned a B.S. degree in Marketing from St. John's University and an M.B.A. in Marketing Management from Hofstra University. He is on the boards of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) and the Frazier International History Museum and is an active member of the Louisville GE Volunteers chapter. Campbell and his wife have two children. They reside in Louisville, Kentucky.

Jay Ireland is president and CEO of GE Asset Management, a position he assumed in June 2007. In this role, Mr. Ireland oversees an organization responsible for the management of more than 200 institutional accounts and approximately $196 billion in assets as of December 31, 2006. He also oversees the firm's management, distribution and servicing efforts for an array of mutual funds. Mr. Ireland is a GE officer, a member of the Corporate Executive Council and the GE Capital Board of Directors. Prior to GE Asset Management, Mr. Ireland was president of NBC Universal Television Stations and Network Operations since December 2006. In this role, he had overall executive responsibility for NBC Universal's ten television stations, the Telemundo network and its 16 Spanish language television stations, domestic first-run syndication, affiliate relations and network operations. Mr. Ireland also served as president of NBC Television Stations since November 1999. Before joining NBC, Mr. Ireland was CFO of GE Plastics since 1997. Mr. Ireland started his career with GE in the Financial Management Program in Lynchburg, Virginia, in 1980, after three years as an U.S. Army Officer. He then joined the Corporate Audit Staff in 1982 before being transferred to GE Plastics in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. While in Pittsfield, he held several financial and product management assignments. Mr. Ireland then moved to The Netherlands in 1990, where he was managing director of Polymerland-Europe, a plastics distribution company. In March 1993, he returned to Fairfield, CT, as manager of Corporate Investor Communications before being appointed vice president, Corporate Audit Staff in May 1995. Mr. Ireland is a member of the board of directors of ValueVision Media, the National Association of Broadcasters, the Television Bureau of Advertising and Maximum Service Television (MSTV). He is also a trustee and treasurer of the Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. Mr. Ireland received his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Lawrence University and currently serves on the Board of Trustees. He and his wife, Valerie, live in New York City and have two children.

Jeffrey R. Immelt is the ninth chairman of GE, a post he has held since September 7, 2001. Mr. Immelt has held several global leadership positions since coming to GE in 1982, including roles in GE's Plastics, Appliance, and Medical businesses. In 1989 he became an officer of GE and joined the GE Capital Board in 1997. A couple years later, in 2000, Mr. Immelt was appointed president and chief executive officer. Mr. Immelt has been named one of the "World's Best CEOs" three times by Barron's, and since he began serving as chief executive officer, GE has been named "America's Most Admired Company" in a poll conducted by Fortune magazine and one of "The World's Most Respected Companies" in polls by Barron's and the Financial Times. Mr. Immelt is also a member of The Business Council, and he is on the board of the New York Federal Reserve Bank. Mr. Immelt earned a B.A. degree in applied mathematics from Dartmouth College in 1978 and an M.B.A. from Harvard University in 1982. He and his wife Andrea have one daughter.

John Dineen is president and CEO of GE Healthcare. Formerly GE Medical Systems and now a $17 billion business, GE Healthcare is the global leader in medical diagnostic technology and biosciences. He was appointed to his current role in July 2008. In 2005, Dineen was named president and CEO of GE Transportation, a $4.5 billion global leader in the rail, mining, marine, drilling and wind industries. Dineen joined GE in 1986 as a telecommunications engineer in Rockville, Maryland. He has held a variety of leadership positions at GE, both in the U.S. and worldwide, including general manager of the Power Equipment business in Plainville, Connecticut; general manager of the Meter business in Somersworth, New Hampshire; general manager of the Microwave and Air-conditioning businesses in Louisville, Kentucky; manager of finance for GE Asia in Hong Kong; and president of GE Plastics Pacific. He has served in various assignments in Corporate Finance, and most recently he served as vice president and general manager of Plastics at GE Advanced Materials. Dineen is a graduate of the University of Vermont where he earned bachelor's degrees in biology/genetics and computer science. He and his wife Gina and have two children.

John Krenicki is vice chairman of GE and president and chief executive officer of GE Energy Infrastructure. This business segment includes Energy, Oil & Gas and Water & Process Technologies. Prior to his current position, Krenicki served as president and chief executive officer of GE Energy, a role he had held since July 2005. Mr. Krenicki's GE career began in the Technical Marketing Program. He soon held a number of leadership roles at GE Plastics, Silicones and Structured Products. He then went on to hold a number of other leadership positions at various GE businesses, including vice president of the Americas for GE Lighting, vice president of GE Superabrasives and president and chief executive officer of GE Transportation Systems. In 2003 he was named a senior vice president of GE and president and chief executive officer of GE Plastics. A year later, GE Silicones and GE Quartz were combined with GE Plastics to form GE Advanced Materials, and Mr. Krenicki was named president and chief executive officer. Mr. Krenicki earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut. He received an M.S. degree in Management from Purdue University. Mr. Krenicki is married with children.

Mark L. Vachon, the President and CEO for GE Healthcare’s Global Diagnostic Imaging business, is committed to helping the world see life more clearly and to advancing the promise of early health by providing world class technology in imaging and diagnostics. Since joining GE in 1982, and graduating GE’s leadership programs, Mark has provided leadership in a number of GE’s businesses, including the Global Research Center, GE Appliances, GE Plastics (recently sold to Saudi Basic Industries Corp), NBC, and GE’s investor relations. In recognition for his contribution to GE, Mark was appointed a Corporate Officer in 1999. Today, Mark leads a global organization headquartered in Waukesha, Wisconsin, of more than 12,000 employees who share his commitment and enthusiasm for realizing the benefits of early health. Mark is an active member of the Center for Corporate Innovation and the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce. He is the Vice Chair for the Imaging Sector of the Advanced Medical Technology Association. Mark also serves on the Overseers Board for Northeastern University, Boston, his alma mater. Mark is dedicated to supporting clinicians around the world re-imagine new ways to predict, diagnose, inform, treat and monitor disease, so people can live their lives to the fullest.

Nabil Habayeb, 46, is President & CEO of GE’s Middle East and Africa region. Based in Dubai, Nabil Habayeb is responsible for developing and expanding the growth of GE's different businesses across the region. Nabil Habayeb joined GE Power Systems' Field Engineering Programme in 1982 and held several field assignments internationally. In 1985 he moved to Dubai where he held several sales positions covering the region. He moved to Schenectady, N.Y. in 1989 to be the Commercial Operations Manager for the Middle East and in 1991 he was appointed the Power Systems Sales Manager for Egypt, Africa and East Mediterranean countries. In 1993, Nabil returned to the Middle East as the Manager of the Western Region for Saudi Arabia and in 1995 became the Customer Services Manager for the region. He became the Europe Pole sales leader in 1996 and was named General Manager for Africa, India and Middle East (AIM) Region in 1997. In 2001 he was appointed to his previous role of Regional Executive and General Manager, GE Energy, AIM Region. Nabil was born in 1958 in Beirut. He attended Syracuse University and graduated with a B.S. degree in 1980 and an M.S. degree in 1982, both in Mechanical Engineering.

Omar Ishrak has been a vice president and a GE officer since 1999, and in January 2005 he was appointed president and CEO of GE Healthcare's Clinical Systems division. In this role he is responsible for GE's ultrasound, monitoring solutions, cardiology, bone densitometry, maternal-infant care and life support solutions businesses. Clinical Systems is a $3.6 billion division, developing innovative technologies that improve clinical precision at every point of patient care. Beginning in 1995, Mr. Ishrak's business and technology leadership was instrumental in positioning GE to become the world's leading provider of ultrasound technology and services. During his tenure, the ultrasound division has delivered a continuous stream of innovation, expanding into new clinical applications and broadening its distribution worldwide to achieve annual double-digit growth. Mr. Ishrak joined GE with more than 13 years of technology and business management experience, holding leadership positions that included senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing and Product Development, Elbit Ultrasound Group, and various product development and engineering positions at Philips Ultrasound. A member of the Blood Center of Wisconsin and a leading member of the organization's research committee, Mr. Ishrak is also on the Health Leadership Council of the Save the Children Foundation. Mr. Ishrak earned a bachelor of science and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of London, King's College.

Richard Laxer is President and CEO of GE Corporate Financial Services, GE's principal corporate lending and investing business. In this role, Mr. Laxer oversees 3,800 professionals and a portfolio of over $90 billion of investment and credit facilities for companies across North America and Europe. He is also a member of GE's Corporate Executive Council. Mr. Laxer was previously President and CEO of GE Capital Solutions, providing leasing, financing and asset management operations in 30 countries with assets of more than $90 billion. Prior to Capital Solutions, Mr. Laxer led GE Corporate Financial Services' London-based European business, providing leveraged and asset based financing including Europe's largest factoring program. From 2001 to 2003, he was based in Tokyo running GE Real Estate's Asia Pacific activities. From 1991 to 2000, he held a variety of leadership positions at GE Real Estate including the Fund Capital Group, which he established. Mr. Laxer began his GE career with the company's Financial Management Program and holds a B.S. in Business from Skidmore College. Mr. Laxer is married and has two daughters.

Ronald (Ron) J. Pollett is GE's President and CEO for Russia and the CIS countries. Based in Moscow, Russia, Mr. Pollett is responsible for GE's wide-ranging activities in the region. Mr. Pollett attended Colgate University, majored in Russian/Soviet Studies, and graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. degree in 1991 as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Pollett began his career at Kidder, Peabody & Co. as a corporate financial analyst in the investment banking division in New York. After completing the two-year assignment, Mr. Pollett looked for opportunities to combine his field of study at university and his business interests, and consequently joined General Domestic Appliances in the UK (GE/GEC JV) in 1993 as their CIS Joint Venture Director, based in Donetsk, Ukraine. From December 1994 to May 1997, in addition to his role with GDA, Mr. Pollett was appointed National Executive for GE Ukraine, establishing and driving GE's entry into Ukraine. In 1996, whilst continuing his activities as National Executive, Mr. Pollett accepted the role of Business Development Manager for GE Lighting Europe, responsible for driving strategic opportunities in Eastern Europe. In September 1998 Mr. Pollett was appointed National Executive for GE in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, and became National Executive for GE in Russia/CIS in 2001. Mr. Pollett is the Chairman of the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia, and actively supports local community charity efforts, with a focus on under-privileged children and orphanages. Mr. Pollett is fluent in Russian and has a strong understanding of Ukrainian and French.

Ronald R. Pressman is president and chief executive officer of GE Real Estate, one of the world’s largest and most diversified commercial real estate finance and investment firms, with a presence in 28 countries and a portfolio with more than $59 billion in assets. A 27-year GE veteran, Mr. Pressman most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Asset Management, a global investment business with approximately $197 billion in assets under management. In this role he was responsible for the management of more than 200 institutional client accounts, GE's primary U.S. pension plan, the GE Savings and Security 401(k) plan and a variety of GE-affiliated insurance accounts. Mr. Pressman serves as a member of the Corporate Executive Council and is a director of GE Capital Services Inc. and GE Capital Corporation Boards. He was elected an officer of GE in 1993 and senior vice president in July 2000. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pressman has held a wide variety of roles on Wall Street to global business leadership roles in Europe and in the U.S. He was president and CEO of GE Insurance, and chairman, president and CEO of GE Insurance Solutions, one of the world's largest reinsurance and insurance organizations from 2000 to 2006. From 1997 to 2000 he was president and CEO of GE Capital Real Estate, and prior to that he was CEO of GE Energy Europe for three years, during which GE purchased its current Oil & Gas business unit in Italy. From 1992 to 1995 Mr. Pressman led several business units for GE Energy in the U.S., including the Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine Generator and Hydro businesses. He also spent three years helping GE re-enter the Central and Eastern European markets, serving as general manager of these regions for GE International. He began his career with GE in 1980. Mr. Pressman has also been involved in many civic and educationally oriented activities in his communities. He is currently chairman of the National Board of a Better Chance and director of Pathways to College. Mr. Pressman is a graduate of Hamilton College in Clinton, New York.

Steve Bolze is the president and CEO of GE Energy's Power & Water business, a world-leading provider of traditional and renewable power generation technology, as well as water and process technologies. He became a senior vice president in September 2008. Bolze's GE career began in 1993 as the manager of Mergers and Acquisitions for GE Corporate Business Development. In 1995, he joined GE Energy in Schenectady, NY, as manager of Competitive Strategies and later became the product general manager for large steam turbines. He subsequently held several leadership roles in Energy Services including president and general manager of Energy Management Services. In 2002, Bolze moved to GE Healthcare as the general manager for Functional and Molecular Imaging. In 2003, he was appointed a company officer and became vice president, Amersham Integration based in London. He then became president and CEO of GE Healthcare International based in Paris. He was named vice president, Power Generation in November 2005. Bolze holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. Prior to joining GE, Bolze served as a management consultant for Corporate Decisions, Inc. and project manager for Westinghouse. Bolze is married and has three sons.

Steve Sargent is the Chief Executive Officer of GE Australia and New Zealand, and President and CEO of GE Commercial Finance, Australia & New Zealand. GE Australia and New Zealand is made up of 6 business units including GE Consumer Finance (GE Money), GE Commercial Finance, GE Industrial, GE Infrastructure, GE Healthcare and NBC Universal. Steve oversees each business and acts as a national executive for GE in the region. GE Commercial Finance is comprised of several specialty finance businesses provide commercial clients with a broad range of financing products and services. GE Commercial Finance is the largest of GE's 6 global businesses with assets of over US $230 billion worldwide. Steve returned to Australia in March 2003 after working in the US and Europe for 15 years. Before joining GE in January 1993, Steve worked for Westpac Banking Corporation in Australia, in Corporate Finance and Project Finance. In 1988, he transferred with Westpac to New York to establish their Asset Securitisation business. Steve joined GE as Managing Director Asset Securitisation for GE Capital Commercial Finance, based in Stamford, Connecticut where he was responsible for developing GE Capital's securitisation business. In 1996 as GE launched it's Six Sigma initiative, Steve was appointed Six Sigma Leader for GE Commercial Finance. In 1998, he was promoted to head up the Small Enterprise Services Group, incorporating three business units; asset based lending, factoring and trade finance. Steve was appointed Chief Quality Officer for GE Capital in 1999, assuming global responsibility for driving GE Capital's Six Sigma initiatives across it's twenty-four businesses and 110,000 associates. Prior to returning to Australia, Steve was the President and Chief Executive Officer of GE European Equipment Finance, headquartered in London, England with assets of over US$10 billion and operations in 16 western European countries. Steve graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Business degree.

William H. (Bill) Cary is President and CEO of GE Money, a leading global provider of credit services to retailers, auto dealers and consumers. He assumed his current role in February 2008. Mr. Cary is also a Senior Vice President of GE. Mr. Cary joined GE in 1986 as a member of the Financial Management Program (FMP) and served in a variety of financial positions. In 1988, while still a member of the FMP program, he joined GE Capital -Corporate Finance Group. Mr. Cary held assignments with increasing responsibilities in Corporate Finance, and then moved to Singapore in 1994 and became Senior Vice President - Capital Markets and Finance for GE Capital Corporation Asia. In 1995, he was named Chief Financial Officer for GE Global Consumer Finance, GE's fast growing consumer finance operations outside of the United States. Mr. Cary then became Vice President and Manager - Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis at GE Capital's headquarters in Stamford, CT. He was appointed a GE officer during this assignment in December 1999. Following this role from January 2001 until October 2002, he served as President and CEO of GE Capital Vendor Financial Services. Mr. Cary then became the Corporate Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis for GE until February 2004, when he was named the Vice President of Corporate Investor Communications. Mr. Cary is a member of GE's Corporate Executive Council. He was appointed President and CEO of GE Money EMEA region and assumed this post from March 2006 to February 2008. He was elected a Senior Vice President of GE in November 2006. Mr. Cary is a National Honors graduate of the GE Financial Management Program and holds a B.S. in Finance from San Jose State University. His interests include playing golf and traveling with his family.

Daniel Janki is vice president and chief financial officer for GE Energy Infrastructure. GE Energy Infrastructure is a $39 billion business and a global technology leader in power generation, oil and gas production and water treatment. Prior to joining GE Energy Infrastructure, Janki was vice president of Corporate Investor Communications at GE. He was responsible for managing the company's relationships with various investor constituencies from February 2006. His prior role was that of chief financial officer for GE Consumer Finance, Americas. During his tenure at GE Consumer Finance, he built a finance organization designed to facilitate the business's transformation into a multi-product company and its rapid expansion into Latin and Central America. In 2003, Janki joined the corporate team as a member of vice chairman Dennis Dammerman's staff. In this role, he led a variety of projects related to GE's insurance businesses, most notably, the planning and executing of the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Genworth Financial in 2003. Prior to that, he served as chief financial officer for GE Equity in Stamford, Connecticut. Janki began his career with GE in 1992 in the Financial Management Program (FMP). Upon completion, he joined GE's Corporate Audit Staff. During his time on the Audit Staff, Janki held a series of global assignments, including a two-year role as an executive audit manager in Asia. Janki received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from The Ohio State University. He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife and two daughters.

Beth Comstock is Chief Marketing Officer and SVP of GE. She leads the company's organic growth and innovation initiatives, and the sales, marketing and communications functions. She is responsible for GE’s ecomagination environmental business platform, and is currently developing a new cross-business effort focused on health. She returned to the CMO role after having spent over two years as President of Integrated Media at NBC Universal. In this capacity, she oversaw the television ad sales, marketing and research teams, with a focus on new advertising innovations. She led the company’s digital media development and distribution, including the formation of hulu.com and the acquisition of ivillage.com. In 2003, she was named GE’s first Chief Marketing Officer in more than 20 years and as such, helped reinvigorate marketing across the company and introduced ecomagination, Imagination Breakthrough innovations and the “imagination at work” brand campaign. Previously, Beth held a succession of communications and publicity jobs at GE, NBC, CBS and Turner Broadcasting. She began her career in local television production in Virginia. Beth is a trustee of the Smithsonian's Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum. She is a graduate of the College of William and Mary. She and her husband have two daughters.

Francis X. Taylor was appointed the Chief Security Officer for the General Electric Company on March 7, 2005. He is responsible for overseeing GE’s global security operations and crisis management processes. Prior to joining GE, Mr. Taylor had a distinguished 35-year career in government service, where he held several senior positions managing investigations, security and counterterrorism issues. Most recently, he served as the Assistant Secretary of State for Diplomatic Security and Director of the Office of Foreign Missions, with a rank of Ambassador. The Bureau of Diplomatic Security is the Department of State’s security and law enforcement arm. As Assistant Secretary, Ambassador Taylor oversaw all Department of State security programs that protect all U.S. Government employees and buildings overseas from terrorist, criminal or technical attack, and ensure the integrity of classified national security information produced and stored in these facilities. Leading more than 32,500 US, foreign and contractor personnel, he provided security for all US government employees assigned to over 250 U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide. . The Ambassador also directed the law enforcement function of the Bureau, wherein Diplomatic Security Service special agents protect the Secretary of State and foreign dignitaries who visit the United States. And conduct criminal investigations of violation of US Visa and Immigration statutes. As Director of the Office of Foreign Missions, Taylor regulated the activities of foreign missions in the United States to protect the foreign policy and national security interests of the United States and safeguards the American public from abuses of privileges and immunities by diplomatic and consular officials. Ambassador Taylor also served as the US Ambassador at Large and Coordinator for Counterterrorism for the Department of State from July 2001 to November 2002. In this role, he was responsible for the implementing US counterterrorism policy overseas and coordinating the US government response to international terrorist activities. In the aftermath of the September 11, 2001, attacks, he was a key advisor in assisting the President Bush and Secretary of State Powell in forming the international coalition against terrorism and developing aggressive international policy implementation to defeat terrorism. During his 31 years of military service, Ambassador Taylor served with distinction in numerous command and staff positions, rising to the rank of Brigadier General in September 1996. In his final active duty assignment, Brigadier General Taylor headed the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, where he was responsible for providing commanders of all Air Force activities independent professional investigative services in fraud, counterintelligence, and major criminal matters. Mr. Taylor has received numerous awards and decorations, including the Distinguished Service Medal, the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal, the Defense Superior Service Medal and the Legion of Merit and the Department of State Distinguished Honor Award. The University of Notre Dame Alumni Association honored his military service with the Father William Corby Distinguished Military Service Award. Mr. Taylor received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1970. He received his Air Force commission as a Distinguished Graduate of the Notre Dame ROTC program. He also has a Masters Degree in Government and International Studies from the University of Notre Dame. He and his wife, Constance have three children.

Gary M. Reiner is senior vice president and chief information officer of GE, a position he has held since 1996. He is based in Fairfield, Connecticut. Mr. Reiner's career began in 1980 when he joined the Boston Consulting Group, to which he was elected partner in 1986. His work there focused on strategic and process issues for high-technology businesses. He joined GE in January 1991 as vice president of Corporate Business Development where he was responsible for evaluating new business ideas and acquisitions, strategic planning, company-wide sourcing and driving best practices throughout the business. In 1996 he led the company's Six Sigma Quality initiative, driving process implementation and program execution across all GE businesses. As part of his current role, Reiner leads the GE information technology, sourcing and Lean Six Sigma efforts company-wide. Reiner earned a B.A. in economics from Harvard and earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Jamie Miller is vice president, controller and chief accounting officer of GE. She is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting by the four large, diversified GE businesses. GE has revenues of more than $170 billion and its global operations extend to 70 countries with products including aircraft engines, refrigerators, NBC network, Universal motion pictures, healthcare diagnostic imaging equipment, lending in private label credit cards and equipment financing. Ms. Miller leads a global distributed GE controllership team comprised of approximately 3,500 accountants. She joined GE in April 2008. Prior to joining GE, Ms. Miller served as the senior vice president, chief accounting officer and controller of WellPoint, Inc. Prior to joining WellPoint, she served as a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in a number of roles including, most recently, Financial Services leader for the Chicago practice. Prior to PricewaterhouseCoopers, she was vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer at Genworth Financial (formerly GE Financial Assurance). She graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 1990 with a B.S. degree in Accountancy. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Miller resides in Fairfield, Connecticut with her husband and three children.

Jeffrey S. Bornstein is chief financial officer of GE Commercial Finance and is a member of GE's Corporate Executive Counsel and GE Capital Board. GE Commercial Finance provides financial products and services in 35 countries including Commercial Real Estate, Aviation Leasing, Corporate Finance, Energy and Healthcare Finance along with mid-market lending and leasing. Mr. Bornstein joined GE in 1989 as part of the GE Power Systems' Financial Management Program. In 1992 he joined the GE Corporate Audit Staff and then became Executive Audit Manager. He became chief financial officer for GE Aircraft Engine Services in 1996 and vice president in 1998. In the next three years GE Engine Services became the number one jet engine service provider in the world and its revenues grew from $1.5 billion to $5 billion. In 1999, he was promoted to chief financial officer of GE Plastics. Mr. Bornstein is a director for the Visiting Nurse and Hospice Care of Southwestern Connecticut, and he is on the Board of Northeastern University and serves on its Audit Committee. He has also been involved in a number of youth programs. He participated in the national Junior Achievement program by teaching economics to seventh and eighth graders in economically challenged areas, and he is involved in several projects and fund raising events for Kid's Place, an outreach program for abused children. Mr. Bornstein received his B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Keith S. Sherin has been senior vice president and GE's chief financial officer since 1998. He was named vice chairman in 2007. Mr. Sherin first joined GE in 1981 through the GE Financial Management Program in Medium Steam Turbine. After three years he joined the Corporate Audit Staff where he progressed to executive audit manager and later manager of Programs and Planning. Mr. Sherin was promoted to manager of Finance for Commercial Engine Operations at GE Aircraft Engines in early 1992, and the following year he was named director of finance for GE Plastics Europe in Bergen op Zoom, the Netherlands. In the fall of 1995, Mr. Sherin joined GE Medical Systems as manager of Global Finance and Financial Services, and less than a year later he was promoted to vice president of Finance and Financial Services Operation. Mr. Sherin earned his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Brigitte Lobstein is executive vice president, Intermodal Business Leader for GE Equipment Services – Rail Services. She has overall responsibility of optimizing the trailer, container and chassis portfolios, as well as evaluating customer and market trends and developing new growth strategies. Brigitte joined GE in 1995 and held various positions, including information technology director, business systems leader and IT solutions delivery leader at Rail Services. In 2001, Brigitte was appointed senior vice president and chief information officer where she had responsibility for the overall technology strategy to support the GE Rail Services business objectives. Brigitte served as business leader of GE Transportation Technologies in 2003, in addition to her responsibilities as CIO. In 2005, Brigitte was the customer advocacy and service leader, where she was responsible for customer satisfaction and driving the “Voice of the Customer” into all business processes. Prior to joining GE, Brigitte worked in operations and information technologies at Comdisco, Inc., The Graduate School at Northwestern University, and as chairperson of the piano department at Pima College. She has also been the Chicago Hub Leader for the GE Women’s Network since 2003 and is actively involved in supporting several non-profits and charities in the Chicago area. Brigitte holds a bachelor of music in piano performance from Butler University and a master of music in piano performance from the University of Arizona.

Daniel C. Heintzelman is senior vice president of GE Energy's Services business, a leading supplier of power generation technology, services and management systems. He was named to his current position in September 2005. Heintzelman's General Electric career began in 1979 as a member of the GE Aircraft Engines Management Development Program. Since then, he has progressed through leadership roles in the company, including plant manager for GE's Rutland, Vt., facility and general manager of assembly operations at GE's Evendale, Ohio, facility. In 2000, Heintzelman was named a GE Company Officer and Vice President and General Manager of Aircraft Engine Services - Operations. He also served as Vice President and General Manager of Engine Services' Material Services operation and, in 2002, was named Vice President and General Manager of Aircraft Engines' Services business. Heintzelman was named a Senior Vice President of the General Electric Company in September 2008. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial distribution from Clarkson University and is a member of the university's Board of Trustees.

John J. Falconi is vice president and chief financial officer of GE Infrastructure, a position he has held since July 2005. GE Infrastructure is a $43 billion business comprised of Aviation, Energy, Oil & Gas, Transportation, and Water & Process Technologies, as well as GE's Commercial Aviation Services and Energy Financial Services. Mr. Falconi previously served as vice president of finance and information technology services for GE Transportation. He first joined GE in 1979 and completed GE's financial management program while part of its Housewares and Audio business. He has since held several key positions at various GE businesses. He served on GE's audit staff at GE Corporate, and after moving to GE Medical Systems in 1988, he held management positions in both marketing and operations and served as CFO before being named general manager of GE Medical Systems' Global X-ray Business. Mr. Falconi earned a bachelor of arts degree in history from Davidson College and a master's of business administration degree in financial management from Iona College.

Pamela Daley has been senior vice president for Corporate Business Development since 2004. Miss Daley joined GE in 1989 as tax counsel, became senior counsel of Transactions in January 1991, and was elected a vice president in December 1991. Before joining GE, Miss Daley was a partner in the Philadelphia office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, where she specialized in domestic and cross-border tax-oriented financings and commercial transactions. She was an adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania Law School from 1982 through 1989, teaching federal income taxation of partners and partnerships. Miss Daley received her A.B. degree in Romance languages and literatures with highest honors from Princeton University. She graduated first in her class from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she also served as editor-in-chief of the Law Review. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Order of the Coif. Miss Daley serves on the Board of Directors of General Electric Capital Corporation, GE Capital Services, Inc., and the GE Foundation. She is a past director of Genworth Financial, Inc. (NYSE: GNW) (2004-2006). She is also a member of the boards of the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Pennsylvania Law School, The Juilliard School and the World Wildlife Fund.

Brian Worrell has been vice president of the GE Corporate Audit Staff since January 2006. He leads a team of 450 people responsible for ensuring financial statement integrity, controllership, compliance and best practices throughout the company. Mr. Worrell has worked on five continents and multiple businesses during his tenure with GE. He began in 1992 as a member of the Financial Management Program in Louisville, Kentucky, after which he joined the Corporate Audit Staff. In 1997 he joined GE Healthcare, where he served as product line and supply chain finance manager, global financial planning and analysis leader. He served as chief financial officer for Healthcare Monitoring and IT, and in 2003 he joined GE's Oil & Gas business in Florence, Italy, where he served as chief financial officer. Mr. Worrell is a native of North Carolina and a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, with an honors degree in economics. Mr. Worrell lives in Fairfield, Connecticut, with his British-born wife Kate and their three children.

John Samuels is a GE vice president and senior counsel for tax policy and planning. He is responsible for GE's worldwide tax organization and for the company's global tax planning and tax compliance operations. He is a member of GE's Corporate Executive Council, the GE Capital Corporation Board of Directors and the GE Pension Board. Before joining GE in 1988, he was a partner in the law firm of Dewey Ballantine in Washington, D.C., and New York City. From 1976 to 1981 Mr. Samuels served as the deputy tax legislative counsel and tax legislative counsel for the U.S. Department of the Treasury in Washington, D.C. Mr. Samuels is the chairman of the International Tax Policy Forum, a fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel, a trustee of the American Tax Policy Institute and a member of The Business Roundtable Tax Coordinating Committee. He is a member of the University of Chicago Law School Visiting Committee, was an adjunct professor of taxation at New York University Law School from 1975 to 1986, and has been a visiting lecturer at Yale Law School since 1997. Mr. Samuels is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and the University of Chicago Law School. He also earned an LLM in taxation from New York University Law School.

Julie is a native of Chicago, Illinois and graduated from Purdue University with a BS degree in Industrial Engineering in 1987. After graduating from GE’s Manufacturing Management Program in 1989, she held various operational roles within GE in Cincinnati, OH; Durham, NC; and Hooksett, NH. During this time, Julie completed an MS degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati as part of GE Aircraft Engines Advanced Course in Manufacturing. She also received her MBA from Boston University in June 1999. Returning to Cincinnati, OH in 1999, Julie assumed the role of Master Black Belt for GE Business Practices and Processes. In September 2000 she was named Plant Manager for the Albuquerque, NM manufacturing facility and was later named Global Sourcing Leader for Industrial Systems in Plainville, CT in September of 2003. In late 2003, Julie was named General Manager - Global Services, GE Rail in Erie, PA. In her spare time, she is an avid sports fan and enjoys running, cooking, and traveling with her husband and son.

Kathryn Cassidy is vice president and treasurer of GE, a role she has held since December 2001. As treasurer, Ms. Cassidy and her team are responsible for global funding, cash management and treasury services for all of GE's worldwide operations. Almost all of GE's debt is issued through GE Capital to support its financial services businesses, and as a result it is the largest corporate issuer of long-term debt in the U.S. and the world's largest issuer of commercial paper. Before leading the treasury operation, Ms. Cassidy spent several years as executive vice president and managing director for GE Capital Real Estate where she was responsible for both the strategic ventures business and its Mexican operations. From 1996 to 2000 she led GE Real Estate's Capital Markets business where she was responsible for building the CMBS and Institutional Capital business for small and large loans. In 1987 Ms. Cassidy pioneered the company's early securitization efforts in asset-backed consumer and commercial products. Ms. Cassidy currently serves on the Board of Directors of the UCONN Foundation and Building with Books. She is also an active member of the Treasury Leadership Roundtable in Washington, DC. Kathy holds a B.A. degree in economics from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from Fordham. She lives with her husband and three children in Wilton, Connecticut.

In his role as vice president of Advanced Technology, which he undertook in 2004, Michael oversees the company’s longest range, highest impact research endeavors. With major programs in molecular imaging and diagnostics, nanotechnology, pulse detonation propulsion, sustainable energy, organic electronics and energy conversion, the Advanced Technology office represents the most significant investments in emerging technologies. Prior to assuming this role, Michael served as the managing director of GE’s China Technology Center since its inception in 2002. In this role, he founded and built GE’s first integrated technology center in China. Michael joined GE as an engineer at Aircraft Engines in 1978. He progressed through a number of engineering positions with increasing responsibilities and in 1991 Michael received the Aircraft Engines ‘Engineer of the Year’ award. In 1994 Michael joined GE Medical Systems as a Global X-ray Tube Engineering Manager. In 1998 Michael was named General Manager Global Components Engineering at GE Medical Systems, where he led the successful introduction of a LightSpeed Detector for the world’s first multi slice CT scanner and delivery of the first 41 cm digital X-ray Detectors for clinical evaluations. Michael was named GE Vice President and General Manager of Global Technology for GE Lighting in 1999. There he led the revitalization of the product portfolio with customer focused innovation and Six Sigma quality. Michael also led GE Lighting’s entry into Technical Lighting markets with Video Projection, Light Emitting Diodes, and Electronics /Ballast products. Michael received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University and a Master’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Michael holds 12 patents.

Philip D. Ameen is a native of North Carolina and an alumnus of the University of NC-Chapel Hill. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Ameen was Sells medalist in the May 1972 CPA exam, and was a technical audit Partner in the Executive Office of Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co until 1985 when he joined GE Capital in Stamford. Following three years of increasing responsibility in GECC’s lending, leasing and mergers and acquisitions activities, Mr. Ameen was selected to join GE’s headquarters staff in Fairfield, supporting Mr. Dammerman, then GE’s CFO, during Mr. Dammerman’s tenure on FASAC and FAF. In his present position, Mr. Ameen is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting consequences of the various transactions of the diversified GE businesses, and is responsible for all of GE’s external reporting, including accounting and reporting by GE's financial services businesses. He leads a distributed GE controllership team comprising approximately 2,000 Chartered or Certified Public Accountants.

Michael Gadbaw’s career covers over three decades in Washington as an international lawyer, beginning as a White House intern in the summer of 1975. He is currently dividing his time among: academic pursuits, researching and teaching about global regulation at Georgetown Law Center; working with nonprofits toward the advancement of rule of law in emerging markets (Co-Chair of the US-China Legal Cooperation Foundation and Partners for Democratic Change); and as a private consultant. His practice included five years as a government attorney in the US Treasury and the Office of the US Trade Representative (1975-1980), an associate and partner in private practice at Verner, Liipfert, Bernhard and McPherson (1980-1985) and Dewey Ballantine (1985-1990) and as a Vice President and Senior Counsel at General Electric (1990-2008) where he had responsibilities for global government relations, transactions support, compliance, regulations and policy. He has a J.D. from the University of Michigan, a B.A. from Fordham University and a Masters from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. He serves on a number of nonprofit boards and is a Senior Advisor to the US-Asean Business Council and Oxford Analytica.

Ron received his A.B. from Brown University in 1971 and hisJ.D. from Harvard Law School in 1974. He clerked after law school,first for Judge Harold Leventhal (U.S. Court of Appeals for theDistrict of Columbia Circuit) from 1974 to 1975, and then for U.S.Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart from 1975 to 1976. He joined the firm of Hughes Hubbard & Reed in 1976, leaving in1978 to serve as Special Assistant to the Assistant AttorneyGeneral, Criminal Division, U.S. Dept. of Justice for two years. He rejoined Hughes Hubbard in 1980 and became partner in 1981.He joined Arnold & Porter as a partner in 1988 and moved to GE in1991 as Senior Counsel-Antitrust based in Washington, D.C. He became a GE Vice President in 1997. Ron has been active in a broad range of internationalcompetition law matters on behalf of General Electric. In addition,he has served as a member of the Defense Science Board Task Force on Antitrust Aspects of Defense Industry Consolidation andas a non-governmental advisor to the International CompetitionNetwork.

Prior to assuming the role of vice president of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis in February 2004, Shane Fitzsimons served in several financial leadership positions for the company. He was finance manager for GE Engine Services, a $4 billion division of GE Transportation, Aircraft Engines. Immediately prior to his role in Engine Services, he was manager of Group Financial Planning and Analysis for Aircraft Engines. Fitzsimons is originally from Ireland, where he studied chartered accountancy. After working for seven years in public accounting both in Ireland and in the Netherlands, he joined GE Plastics in the Netherlands in 1994. He held numerous financial roles in GE Plastics including manager of European Reporting and European Commercial finance manager. Prior to moving to Aircraft Engines in 2000, he spent a year in Corporate FP&A as a business analyst. Shane is married to Deirdre, a medical researcher, and has four children. His interests include travel and golf.

Stephen Ramsey is a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School and Vice-President for Corporate Environmental Programs at General Electric. At General Electric, Mr. Ramsey oversees development and implementation of global environmental health and safety operations, and is responsible for the management of toxic tort, asbestos and environmental insurance litigation. A graduate of the University of Texas School of law and Princeton University, Mr. Ramsey is also a Senior Fellow and Lecturer at the Yale School of Forestry.

Susan P. Peters is a vice president and leads Executive Development for GE. Responsible for talent identification, leadership development and succession planning for GE executives worldwide, she assumed the role in 2001. Ms. Peters first joined the company through the Human Resource Management Program of GE Appliances in 1979. Her assignments included organization and staffing in Louisville, Kentucky, and employee relations in Columbia, Maryland. In 1981 Susan became manager of Union Relations in the Central Air Conditioning Department in Trenton, New Jersey. When that department was sold to the Trane Company in 1982, she transferred to Tyler, Texas, as professional relations manager. She returned to GE in 1984 as manager of Non-exempt Relations for GE Plastics in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Ms. Peters was appointed manager of Human Resources for GE Plastics in Worldwide Marketing and Product Management in 1986, and in 1989 she transferred to Bergen op Zoom, the Netherlands, to manage human resources for GE Plastics' European manufacturing sites. In 1990 she moved to Fairfield, Connecticut, to become manager of Human Resources Staffing and Development, and the following year she was promoted to manager of Human Resources for GE Plastics, Americas. She moved to Louisville, Kentucky, in 1993 to become the senior human resources manager for GE Appliances. Ms. Peters was appointed a company officer in 1997, and in 2000 she became executive vice president of Human Resources for NBC. In 2007 she assumed responsibility for all training and development, including leadership. Ms. Peters graduated from St. Mary's College, Notre Dame, with a B.A. in English Literature and from the University of Virginia with a Master's of Education. She serves on the National Board of Directors of Girl Scouts of the USA. She is married and has one daughter.

Todd Wyman was appointed to his current position, Vice President, Global Supply Chain in July of 2007. Prior to that, he spent the last four years in Transportation as the General Manager, Global Supply Chain. In 1989, Todd joined General Electric’s MMP and had assignments in Louisville, Kentucky and Wilmington, North Carolina. He worked for Power System’s Sourcing organization in Greenville, South Carolina, from 1991 to 1993. From there, Todd joined ED&C and held various operation assignments in Sommersworth, New Hampshire, Puerto Rico, Dothan, Alabama, and finally in Monterrey, Mexico as the General Manager – Mexico Operations GE Industrial Systems. Todd was born on April 27, 1967, in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. He attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute and graduated with a B.S. degree in Management Engineering in 1989.

Trevor A. Schauenberg is GE's vice president of Corporate Investor Communications and manages the company's relationships with its various investor constituencies from GE headquarters in Fairfield, Connecticut. Before joining Investor Relations, Schauenberg was vice president and chief financial officer for GE Capital Solutions, a position he assumed in 2006. In 2007, he was named an officer of the General Electric Company. Prior to his role at GE Capital Solutions, Schauenberg was chief financial officer for GE Infrastructure, Transportation. Before that, he held the same role in GE Insurance Solutions Global Property and Casualty Reinsurance, based in Germany. From 1999 to 2001, he was chief financial officer for Insurance Holdings within GE Commercial Finance in London. Schauenberg was a member of GE's Corporate Audit Staff for six years, becoming executive audit manager for GE Capital in 1997. He joined GE in the company's Finance Management Program in 1991. He received a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Iowa in 1991. He and his family reside in Redding, Connecticut.

Wayne Hewett is vice president of GE Supply Chain and Operations, a position he assumed in March 2008 In December 2006, Mr. Hewett was named President and CEO of Momentive Performance Materials Inc. In 2005, Mr. Hewett was appointed President and CEO of GE Advanced Materials and became a member of GE's Corporate Executive Council. Other prior leadership roles include President of GE Plastics Pacific, located in Shanghai, China and President & CEO of GE Toshiba Silicones, located in Tokyo, Japan. Mr. Hewett began his career with GE in 1986 as a member of the Manufacturing Management Program. After graduating the program in 1988, he joined the GE Corporate Audit Staff as a staff auditor prior to being named Executive Audit Manager in 1992. He joined GE Power Generation in 1993 as Manager, Engineering Design Systems before moving to GE Silicones as Manager, Materials and Logistics in 1994. Mr. Hewett then moved to GE Plastics as General Manager, Petrochemicals and Global Sourcing in 1995. In 1998, he was named General Manager, Global Six Sigma Quality for GE Plastics. He was promoted to vice president of General Electric Company in August 2001. Mr. Hewett holds a bachelor's and master's degree in industrial engineering, both from Stanford University.

Paul Cuenca joined GE in January 1997 in connection with the acquisition of Business Sovac. Il a occupé plusieurs postes de direction au sein de GE - Capital Solutions, Equipement Finance. Graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Xiangli is a well-known expert in industrial laser applications with outstanding technical contributions including several patents. Xiangli joined GE in 1994 and took research and management positions in GE Global Research Center in New York. He led the establishment of GE’s third global research center in 2000 in Shanghai as the first General Manager. Before taking the current position, he was General Manager of Global Technology, GE Healthcare in China, leading an engineering team to develop new healthcare products and services for the global market, focusing on medical diagnostic technologies such as CT, x-ray, MRI, ultrasound, patient monitoring, and healthcare information systems.

Bijan Dorri is the Managing Director of the China Technology Center. In this role, Bijan oversees the technology center in Shanghai, China, with responsibility for Global Research activities as well as engineering component and services sourcing countrywide and overall site management. Prior to this role, Bijan was the Global Technology Leader for Imaging Technologies, leading a global team of 150 researchers involved in MRI, ultrasound R&D, visualization and computer technologies, and communication technologies for Lockheed Martin, GE Medical Systems and other GE businesses. Bijan joined GE Global Research as a research scientist. His work for GE has resulted in 46 issued patents and over 40 publications. In 1997, he became the Project Manager for X-ray Tubes, leading all R&D activities of tubes technology. In 1998 Bijan was named manager of the Integrated Quality and Reliability Program, leading a global team performing R&D in circuit breakers, gas turbines, X-ray tubes, and refrigerators. He received his B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Shiraz University in Iran, and his M.S. degree in Industrial Engineering and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.

Dr.-Ing. Carlos Härtel (43) was named as the new Managing Director of the GE Global Research Center Europe in June 2007. In his previous position, Dr. Carlos Härtel managed the Laboratory for Alternative Energies at the Global Research Center Europe. He joined the company in 2003 and established a research team consisting of 25 employees. Dr. Härtel played a key role in establishing partnerships with universities and companies and developed the scientific cooperation with various divisions of GE. Prior to joining GE, Dr. Härtel held positions as scientist and manager in the development of gas turbines at Alstom (Schweiz) AG. He studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen and at the Technical University of Munich. He received a doctorate from the Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt (German Aerospace Center), Göttingen, and spent several years in research at ETH Zurich, where he qualified as a university lecturer in 1999. Dr. Härtel owns several patents and has published over fifty scientific papers. As Managing Director, Dr. Härtel’s main areas of activity will be the continued expansion of the research center, as well as the growing collaboration and interaction with European research partners. The GE Global Research Center in Garching near Munich is one of four GE Research Centers worldwide. The main areas of research are alternative and renewable energy sources, manufacturing technologies for composite materials, sensors for automotive and security applications and imaging technologies for medical diagnostics.

A native of Germany, he was born in Bolivia and has spent considerable time in global assignments with other GE businesses, including GE Industrial Systems and GE Motors. Prior to his appointment in November 2001 as Managing Director of the JFWTC, Guillermo was Global New Product Introduction Leader for GE Industrial Systems, where he had responsibility for the India Design Center in Hydrabad. Prior to joining GE, Guillermo taught electrical engineering at the University of Aachen and worked for Robert Bosch (Germany) in the development of inverters and drives. A Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Guillermo holds a master's degree in Electrical Engineering as well as a Ph.D. in Power Electronics - both from the University of Aachen in Germany.

Kerri Thompson joined GE in 1998 as Director of Portfolio Management - leading risk and database marketing teams in the Consumer Business. In 1999 after the acquisition of Avco, Kerri moved into Country Risk leader adding Commercial and Compliance to her responsibilities. In February 2000, Kerri moved to Chicago (USA) to work with a team of people looking at acquisitions in the dot com arena. In August 2003, Kerri was transferred to GE Plastics Australia - Dandenong Manufacturing Facility as Managing Director.

Ms. West is the Director of Socially Responsible Investments for General Electric Investor Communications. Ms. West is responsible for developing General Electric’s 2005 and 2006 corporate sustainability report entitled, “Our Actions”. Business Week recently cited General Electric’s 2005 Citizenship Report as a best practice in the area of sustainability reporting, as evidenced in part by the requests General Electric has received from its rivals for copies of its Report as they write their own sustainability reports. Ms. West also has served as Finance Manager of General Electric Asset Management and as the Executive Audit Manager for General Electric Capital.

Matthew Christie is Regional Manager, Australia & New Zealand, for CNBC Asia Pacific, managing the Network’s daily operations, as well as maintaining and developing new revenue streams for the channel, in the region. He is also responsible for maintaining and growing advertising revenue from Australia and New Zealand, on a local and pan regional basis, and looks after the broadcaster’s affiliate relationships in the region as well as licensing and content agreements. Based in Sydney, Australia, Matthew reports to Jeremy Pink, President and Managing Director, CNBC Asia Pacific. With a long history in media sales positions, Matthew joined CNBC – the world’s leading broadcaster of business news – in May 2003 as Sales Director for CNBC in Australia. . Previously he was Group Sales Manager – Multimedia for the Multi Channel Network, leading a team to sell new media opportunities to advertisers including channels of Foxtel and Austar such as Discovery Channel, Channel V, TV1, Lifestyle, Arena and The Weather Channel. Matthew was Advertising Production Manager for Australian Consolidated Press between 1994 and 1997, managing the production of leading titles including Woman’s Day, Elle and Australian Personal Computer. His career started in 1993 at On The Street magazine, where he rose rapidly to the role of Sales Director at the age of 23. Matthew received his MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and completed his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Sydney with majors in psychology and government.

Brackett B. Denniston III is senior vice president and general counsel of GE, a role he has held since 2004. Responsible for the GE legal organization worldwide and for all GE legal operations, Mr. Denniston reports directly to GE CEO Jeffrey Immelt. He is a member of GE's Corporate Executive Council and GE Capital's Board of Directors. He is also chair of the company's Policy Compliance Review Board. Mr. Denniston joined GE as vice president and senior counsel for Litigation and Legal Policy in September 1996. From 1993 to 1996 Mr. Denniston served as chief legal counsel to Massachusetts Governor William F. Weld. His responsibilities included judicial selection, litigation, criminal justice issues and legislation. Mr. Denniston was an associate and later a partner at Goodwin, Procter and Hoar in Boston, where he specialized in complex civil litigation, securities matters and white-collar crime. He represented parties in cases involving insider trading, pharmaceutical prosecutions, securities fraud and banking cases. He was a member of the firm's Executive Committee and numerous other firm committees. From 1982 to 1986 Mr. Denniston served in the U.S. Attorney's Office as Chief of the Major Frauds Unit, where he was responsible for white-collar crime prosecutions. A member of the Attorney General's White Collar Crime Operations Committee, he was awarded the Director's Award for Superior Performance by the Department of Justice for his role in more than 100 successful prosecutions. Mr. Denniston served as a law clerk to the Honorable Herbert Y. Choy of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 1973-74. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Kenyon College and a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review. Active in civic and charitable pursuits, Mr. Denniston is a trustee and secretary of Kenyon College, a former chair of the Zoning Board of Appeals of Duxbury, Massachusetts, a chair and trustee of the New England Legal Foundation, and a member of the Board of the American Arbitration Association and the Pro Bono Partnership. Mr. Denniston and his wife Kathleen have three children, Alexandra, Brackett and Elizabeth.

John F. Lynch is GE's senior vice president of Corporate Human Resources and is based in Fairfield, Connecticut. A native of Edinburgh, Scotland, Mr. Lynch worked in a number of management roles in human resources for one of the UK's major finance houses for 18 years. In 1991 he joined the UK Auto Finance Business of GE Capital, and in 1994 he was promoted to HR Leader for GE Capital Retailer Finance-Europe The following year he moved to Stamford, Connecticut, as Senior HR Leader for GE Capital Global Consumer Finance, now GE Money. In 2001, Mr. Lynch was elected a GE company officer, becoming vice president in Human Resources for GE Medical Systems in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (now GE Healthcare). Following the Amersham acquisition in April 2004, John led human resources at the new global headquarters for GE Healthcare in London. In 2007, Mr. Lynch was appointed senior vice president of Corporate Human Resources, reporting directly to the GE Chairman and CEO Jeff Immelt. He has overall human resources responsibility for GE's 320,000 employees worldwide. Educated at Blairs College, Aberdeen, and St Andrews College in Scotland Mr. Lynch and his wife Sarajane have three children, Suzy, Johnny and Katy.

Ron Meyer was appointed president and chief operating officer of Universal Studios on August 1, 1995. Prior to joining Universal, Meyer was president of Creative Artists Agency, Inc., which he founded in 1975 with four fellow agents from the William Morris Agency. Over the years they built the company into the preeminent talent agency, representing many of the industry's most influential and talented people, and later expanding its range of services to include consulting with leading American and international corporations. Previously, Meyer was a television agent with the William Morris Agency from 1970 to 1975. Prior to that, he worked as a messenger at the Paul Kohner Agency in Los Angeles from 1964 to 1970. Before joining the Paul Kohner Agency, Meyer served in the United States Marine Corps. He lives in Malibu, California, with his wife, Kelly Chapman, and has three daughters and a son.

Yibrah Tesfazghi is GE Corporate Regional Executive for Africa Region reporting to Mr. Nani Beccalli, President and Chief Executive Officer for GE Europe, Middle East, and Africa. He is responsible for working on behalf of all GE businesses to expand customer and government relationships, and to develop new business opportunities across Africa. He has an office in Cairo, Egypt and in Johannesburg, South Africa. Yibrah joined GE Power Systems in March 1980 and started his career as Projects’ Logistics Manager for Power Systems. In 1983 he became Power Systems Country Finance Manager based in Abha, Saudi Arabia. In 1987 he was transferred to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as Credit & Collection Manager for Middle East, Africa, South Asian (MEASA-USSR) and USSR Operation. In 1989 he was transferred to Baghdad, Iraq, as Power Systems Regional Manager covering the Eastern Mediterranean countries. This position was interrupted due to the 1990 Gulf War. In 1993 Yibrah became Power Systems Regional Projects’ Finance Manager covering Middle East and Nigeria and continued on this position until he was appointed as a Corporate Regional Executive for Africa Region in May 2003. Yibrah, a native of Eritrea, has a degree in Economics and is married with five children.

Istvan Szini has joined GE on June 1, 2002, as the Hungarian National Executive and was elected to the position of Chairman of the Board of GE Hungary ZRt. As the National Executive he was responsible for working on behalf of all GE businesses to expand customer and government relationships and to develop new business markets across Hungary until December 31, 2006. Between 2000-2002, he has served as President of Suez Lyonnaise des Eaux Hungária Holding and one of his major tasks was to improve the company’s government relations. Prior to that he was Chief Executive Officer of WESTEL Mobile Kft. (limited). Between 1991-1995 he acted Executive Director Hungary, then was appointed Executive Director Central and Eastern Europe for US West. In 1989 he worked for Schrack Telecom Hungary as Country Manager and Chief Executive Officer. He served as Mayor of the town of Szentendre between 1980–1985, and was Managing Director of the National Water Management Computer Centre located in Szentendre, Hungary. István graduated from Budapest Technical University with a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and later he received his Ph.D. in Engineering from the same institution. He also earned an M.Sc. Degree in Industrial Economics from the Budapest University of Economics. He is a Hungarian citizen. He is fluent in English, and has a good command of German and Russian. He lives in Budapest and is married with four children.

Ms. Jung was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective September 2001, having previously served as Chief Executive Officer since November 1999. Ms. Jung has been a member of the Board of Directors since January 1998 and was President from January 1998 to January 2001 and Chief Operating Officer from July 1998 to November 1999. She was elected an Executive Vice President of the Company in March 1997 concurrently continuing as President, Global Marketing, a position she held from July 1996 to the end of 1997. Ms. Jung joined the Company in January 1994 as President, Product Marketing for Avon U.S. Previously, she was Executive Vice President for Neiman Marcus and a Senior Vice President for I. Magnin. Ms. Jung is a director of Apple Inc. and the General Electric Company. She is a member of the N.Y. Presbyterian Hospital Board of Trustees, a director of Catalyst and Chairman of the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations.

Ann Fudge has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2008. She qualifies as an independent Non-Executive Director. She is a member of the Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee. Other activities Ann Fudge serves on the Board of Directors of General Electric, Connecticut, and on the Board of Overseers of Harvard University. She is also a Trustee of the Rockefeller Foundation and of Morehouse College, and Chair of the U.S. Programs Advisory Panel of the Gates Foundation. Professional background Ann Fudge received her B.A. from Simmons College and her M.B.A. from Harvard University Graduate School of Business. She is former Chairman and CEO of Young & Rubicam Brands. Before that, she served as President of the Beverages, Desserts and Post Division of Kraft Foods.

Mr. Warner was Chairman of the Board and Co-Chairman of the Executive Committee of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., an international commercial and investment banking firm, from December 2000 until he retired in November 2001. From 1995 to 2000, he was Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of J.P. Morgan & Co. He is a director of General Electric Company and is on the Board of Counselors of the Bechtel Group Inc. Mr. Warner is also Chairman of the Board of Managers and the Board of Overseers of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Chairman of the Yale Investment Committee and a Trustee of Yale University. Mr. Warner received a B.A. degree from Yale University.

James J. (Jim) Mulva is chairman and chief executive officer of ConocoPhillips. Mulva served as president and chief executive officer of ConocoPhillips from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, he served as chairman and chief executive officer of Phillips Petroleum Company from 1999 to 2002. He had served as Phillips’ president and chief operating officer since May 1994 and executive vice president since January 1994. He had been senior vice president in 1993 and chief financial officer since 1990, at which time he joined the company's management committee. Mulva currently serves as a director for General Electric. He also is a member of The Business Council, as well as the Board of Visitors for the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. Born in 1946, Mulva is from Green Bay, Wis. He graduated from the University of Texas in 1968 with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in business administration finance in 1969. Immediately after graduating, Mulva served as a U.S. Navy officer until beginning his career with Phillips in 1973.

After graduating with a B.B.A. from Hofstra University, Mr. Larsen joined Johnson & Johnson in 1962. In 1981, he left Johnson & Johnson to serve as president of Becton Dickinson’s consumer products division and returned to Johnson & Johnson in 1983 as president of its Chicopee subsidiary. In 1986, Mr. Larsen was named a company group chairman and later that year became vice chairman of the executive committee and chairman of the consumer sector. He was elected a director in 1987 and served as chairman of the board and chief executive officer from 1989 to 2002. Mr. Larsen is also a director of Xerox Corporation and a trustee of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

Dr. Swieringa received a BA degree from Augustana College, an MBA in accounting and economics from the University of Denver and a PhD in accounting and complex organizations from the University of Illinois. He taught accounting at Stanford's Graduate School of Business and at the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University before serving as a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board from 1986 to 1996. He was then a professor in the practice of accounting at Yale's School of Management from 1996 to 1997 and was the ninth dean of the S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management from 1997 to 2007. Dr. Swieringa is currently a member of the American Accounting Association (AAA) and the board of managers of the Partners Group Private Equity Fund, and is a past president of the Financial Accounting and Reporting Section of the AAA.

Sam Nunn is Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Nuclear Threat Initiative, a charitable organization working to reduce the global threats from nuclear, biological and chemical weapons. He served as a United States Senator from Georgia for 24 years (1972-1996), having first entered politics as a Member of the Georgia House of Representatives, and is retired from the law firm King & Spalding. In addition to his work with NTI, Senator Nunn has continued his service in the public policy arena as a distinguished professor in the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs at Georgia Tech and as chairman of the board of the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, DC. Senator Nunn has also served in the U.S. Coast Guard both in active duty and in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve. He attended Georgia Tech, Emory University and Emory Law School, where he graduated with honors.
