Claudi Santiago is a senior vice president of GE and the president and CEO of GE's Oil & Gas business. Appointed to his current role in 1999, he has led the business through a period of significant growth and has overseen the transformation of a traditional manufacturing company into a world-class business partner to many of the world's leading oil and gas industry players. Mr. Santiago joined GE in 1980 as a project manager with GE Information Services. In the subsequent years he held positions of increasing responsibility across Europe, and in 1991 he moved to Rockville, Maryland, to become worldwide marketing leader for GE Information Services, eventually moving to Paris to lead the business in Europe. In 1997 Mr. Santiago joined the newly acquired Nuovo Pignone business to establish an Aftermarket Services unit, which today contributes a significant portion of Oil & Gas's revenue from a comprehensive range of equipment services, including field-based technical assistance, product upgrades and customized service agreements. Dan Henson is president and CEO of GE Capital Solutions, a global provider of leasing, lending and capital investment products. In this role, Mr. Henson oversees $90 billion in assets and 13,000 employees. He assumed this role in March 2008. Mr. Henson was previously GE's chief marketing officer, a position he held since January 2006. David L. Joyce is president and chief executive officer for GE Aviation, a world-leading provider of commercial and military jet engines and components as well as integrated digital, electric power and mechanical systems for aircraft. GE Aviation also has a global service network to support these offerings. Mr. Joyce is also a senior vice president of GE. Mr. Joyce joined GE in 1980 as a product engineer and spent 15 years advancing his career in design and development of GE's commercial and military engines. Ferdinando "Nani" Beccalli-Falco was named President and CEO of GE International in January 2005. Prior to his current position, Mr. Beccalli-Falco served as President and CEO, EMEA. He is responsible for directing GE's strategies for growth outside the U.S. by working on behalf of all GE businesses to expand customer and government relationships and to develop new business markets. He is based in Brussels, Belgium. James P. Campbell has served as president and chief executive officer of GE Consumer & Industrial since November 2005. Consumer & Industrial, a $12+ billion global business that employs 49,000 employees around the world in more than 100 locations, is an industry leader in major appliance and lighting products, and in integrated electrical distribution equipment and systems. Campbell joined GE in 1981 as a sales/marketing trainee for the Northeast Region of GE Appliances. He quickly moved into management roles, and in 1992 relocated to the business' headquarters in Louisville where he led marketing, sales and product management organizations. He was appointed vice president of Sales and Marketing and a GE Company Officer in 1999 and two years later was named president and chief executive officer of GE Appliances. In September 2002, when GE merged its appliances and lighting businesses, he assumed the role of president and chief executive officer of GE Consumer Products. Following the merger of GE Consumer Products and GE Industrial Systems in January 2004, Campbell became president and chief executive officer of GE Consumer & Industrial-Americas, a $9 billion division. In that role he directed the manufacture, marketing and sale of appliances, lighting and industrial products across North and South America. Campbell earned a B.S. degree in Marketing from St. John's University and an M.B.A. in Marketing Management from Hofstra University. He is on the boards of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) and the Frazier International History Museum and is an active member of the Louisville GE Volunteers chapter. Jay Ireland is president and CEO of GE Asset Management, a position he assumed in June 2007. Mr. Ireland then moved to The Netherlands in 1990, where he was managing director of Polymerland-Europe, a plastics distribution company. In March 1993, he returned to Fairfield, CT, as manager of Corporate Investor Communications before being appointed vice president, Corporate Audit Staff in May 1995. Jeffrey R. Immelt is the ninth chairman of GE, a post he has held since September 7, 2001. Mr. Immelt has held several global leadership positions since coming to GE in 1982, including roles in GE's Plastics, Appliance, and Medical businesses. In 1989 he became an officer of GE and joined the GE Capital Board in 1997. A couple years later, in 2000, Mr. Immelt was appointed president and chief executive officer. John Krenicki is vice chairman of GE and president and chief executive officer of GE Energy Infrastructure. This business segment includes Energy, Oil & Gas and Water & Process Technologies. Nabil Habayeb, 46, is President & CEO of GE’s Middle East and Africa region. Based in Dubai, Nabil Habayeb is responsible for developing and expanding the growth of GE's different businesses across the region. Nabil Habayeb joined GE Power Systems' Field Engineering Programme in 1982 and held several field assignments internationally. In 1985 he moved to Dubai where he held several sales positions covering the region. He moved to Schenectady, N.Y. in 1989 to be the Commercial Operations Manager for the Middle East and in 1991 he was appointed the Power Systems Sales Manager for Egypt, Africa and East Mediterranean countries. Omar Ishrak has been a vice president and a GE officer since 1999, and in January 2005 he was appointed president and CEO of GE Healthcare's Clinical Systems division. Ronald (Ron) J. Pollett is GE's President and CEO for Russia and the CIS countries. Based in Moscow, Russia, Mr. Pollett is responsible for GE's wide-ranging activities in the region. Ronald R. William H. (Bill) Cary is President and CEO of GE Money, a leading global provider of credit services to retailers, auto dealers and consumers. He assumed his current role in February 2008. Mr. Cary is also a Senior Vice President of GE. Mr. Cary joined GE in 1986 as a member of the Financial Management Program (FMP) and served in a variety of financial positions. In 1988, while still a member of the FMP program, he joined GE Capital -Corporate Finance Group. Mr. Cary held assignments with increasing responsibilities in Corporate Finance, and then moved to Singapore in 1994 and became Senior Vice President - Capital Markets and Finance for GE Capital Corporation Asia. In 1995, he was named Chief Financial Officer for GE Global Consumer Finance, GE's fast growing consumer finance operations outside of the United States. Mr. Cary then became Vice President and Manager - Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis at GE Capital's headquarters in Stamford, CT. He was appointed a GE officer during this assignment in December 1999. Following this role from January 2001 until October 2002, he served as President and CEO of GE Capital Vendor Financial Services. Mr. Cary then became the Corporate Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis for GE until February 2004, when he was named the Vice President of Corporate Investor Communications. Mr. Cary is a member of GE's Corporate Executive Council. He was appointed President and CEO of GE Money EMEA region and assumed this post from March 2006 to February 2008. Daniel Janki is vice president and chief financial officer for GE Energy Infrastructure. GE Energy Infrastructure is a $39 billion business and a global technology leader in power generation, oil and gas production and water treatment. Prior to joining GE Energy Infrastructure, Janki was vice president of Corporate Investor Communications at GE. He was responsible for managing the company's relationships with various investor constituencies from February 2006. His prior role was that of chief financial officer for GE Consumer Finance, Americas. Francis X. Taylor was appointed the Chief Security Officer for the General Electric Company on March 7, 2005. He is responsible for overseeing GE’s global security operations and crisis management processes. Prior to joining GE, Mr. Taylor had a distinguished 35-year career in government service, where he held several senior positions managing investigations, security and counterterrorism issues. Most recently, he served as the Assistant Secretary of State for Diplomatic Security and Director of the Office of Foreign Missions, with a rank of Ambassador. The Bureau of Diplomatic Security is the Department of State’s security and law enforcement arm. As Assistant Secretary, Ambassador Taylor oversaw all Department of State security programs that protect all U.S. Government employees and buildings overseas from terrorist, criminal or technical attack, and ensure the integrity of classified national security information produced and stored in these facilities. Leading more than 32,500 US, foreign and contractor personnel, he provided security for all US government employees assigned to over 250 U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide. . The Ambassador also directed the law enforcement function of the Bureau, wherein Diplomatic Security Service special agents protect the Secretary of State and foreign dignitaries who visit the United States. And conduct criminal investigations of violation of US Visa and Immigration statutes. As Director of the Office of Foreign Missions, Taylor regulated the activities of foreign missions in the United States to protect the foreign policy and national security interests of the United States and safeguards the American public from abuses of privileges and immunities by diplomatic and consular officials. Ambassador Taylor also served as the US Ambassador at Large and Coordinator for Counterterrorism for the Department of State from July 2001 to November 2002. In this role, he was responsible for the implementing US counterterrorism policy overseas and coordinating the US government response to international terrorist activities. In the aftermath of the September 11, 2001, attacks, he was a key advisor in assisting the President Bush and Secretary of State Powell in forming the international coalition against terrorism and developing aggressive international policy implementation to defeat terrorism. During his 31 years of military service, Ambassador Taylor served with distinction in numerous command and staff positions, rising to the rank of Brigadier General in September 1996. In his final active duty assignment, Brigadier General Taylor headed the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, where he was responsible for providing commanders of all Air Force activities independent professional investigative services in fraud, counterintelligence, and major criminal matters. Mr. Taylor has received numerous awards and decorations, including the Distinguished Service Medal, the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal, the Defense Superior Service Medal and the Legion of Merit and the Department of State Distinguished Honor Award. The University of Notre Dame Alumni Association honored his military service with the Father William Corby Distinguished Military Service Award. Mr. Taylor received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1970. He received his Air Force commission as a Distinguished Graduate of the Notre Dame ROTC program. Gary M. Reiner is senior vice president and chief information officer of GE, a position he has held since 1996. He is based in Fairfield, Connecticut. Julie is a native of Chicago, Illinois and graduated from Purdue University with a BS degree in Industrial Engineering in 1987. Kathryn Cassidy is vice president and treasurer of GE, a role she has held since December 2001. As treasurer, Ms. Cassidy and her team are responsible for global funding, cash management and treasury services for all of GE's worldwide operations. Almost all of GE's debt is issued through GE Capital to support its financial services businesses, and as a result it is the largest corporate issuer of long-term debt in the U.S. and the world's largest issuer of commercial paper. In his role as vice president of Advanced Technology, which he undertook in 2004, Michael oversees the company’s longest range, highest impact research endeavors. With major programs in molecular imaging and diagnostics, nanotechnology, pulse detonation propulsion, sustainable energy, organic electronics and energy conversion, the Advanced Technology office represents the most significant investments in emerging technologies. Prior to assuming this role, Michael served as the managing director of GE’s China Technology Center since its inception in 2002. Philip D. Ameen is a native of North Carolina and an alumnus of the University of NC-Chapel Hill. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Ameen was Sells medalist in the May 1972 CPA exam, and was a technical audit Partner in the Executive Office of Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co until 1985 when he joined GE Capital in Stamford. Susan P. Peters is a vice president and leads Executive Development for GE. Responsible for talent identification, leadership development and succession planning for GE executives worldwide, she assumed the role in 2001. Ms. Peters first joined the company through the Human Resource Management Program of GE Appliances in 1979. Her assignments included organization and staffing in Louisville, Kentucky, and employee relations in Columbia, Maryland. In 1981 Susan became manager of Union Relations in the Central Air Conditioning Department in Trenton, New Jersey. When that department was sold to the Trane Company in 1982, she transferred to Tyler, Texas, as professional relations manager. She returned to GE in 1984 as manager of Non-exempt Relations for GE Plastics in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Ms. Peters was appointed manager of Human Resources for GE Plastics in Worldwide Marketing and Product Management in 1986, and in 1989 she transferred to Bergen op Zoom, the Netherlands, to manage human resources for GE Plastics' European manufacturing sites. In 1990 she moved to Fairfield, Connecticut, to become manager of Human Resources Staffing and Development, and the following year she was promoted to manager of Human Resources for GE Plastics, Americas. She moved to Louisville, Kentucky, in 1993 to become the senior human resources manager for GE Appliances. Ms. Peters was appointed a company officer in 1997, and in 2000 she became executive vice president of Human Resources for NBC. In 2007 she assumed responsibility for all training and development, including leadership. Ms. Peters graduated from St. Mary's College, Notre Dame, with a B.A. in English Literature and from the University of Virginia with a Master's of Education. She serves on the National Board of Directors of Girl Scouts of the USA. She is married and has one daughter.

Trevor A. Bijan Dorri is the Managing Director of the China Technology Center. In this role, Bijan oversees the technology center in Shanghai, China, with responsibility for Global Research activities as well as engineering component and services sourcing countrywide and overall site management. Prior to this role, Bijan was the Global Technology Leader for Imaging Technologies, leading a global team of 150 researchers involved in MRI, ultrasound R&D, visualization and computer technologies, and communication technologies for Lockheed Martin, GE Medical Systems and other GE businesses. Dr.-Ing. Carlos Härtel (43) was named as the new Managing Director of the GE Global Research Center Europe in June 2007. In his previous position, Dr. Carlos Härtel managed the Laboratory for Alternative Energies at the Global Research Center Europe. He joined the company in 2003 and established a research team consisting of 25 employees. Dr. Härtel played a key role in establishing partnerships with universities and companies and developed the scientific cooperation with various divisions of GE. Prior to joining GE, Dr. Härtel held positions as scientist and manager in the development of gas turbines at Alstom (Schweiz) AG. He studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen and at the Technical University of Munich. He received a doctorate from the Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt (German Aerospace Center), Göttingen, and spent several years in research at ETH Zurich, where he qualified as a university lecturer in 1999. Dr. Härtel owns several patents and has published over fifty scientific papers. As Managing Director, Dr. Härtel’s main areas of activity will be the continued expansion of the research center, as well as the growing collaboration and interaction with European research partners. The GE Global Research Center in Garching near Munich is one of four GE Research Centers worldwide. The main areas of research are alternative and renewable energy sources, manufacturing technologies for composite materials, sensors for automotive and security applications and imaging technologies for medical diagnostics.

Responsible for the GE legal organization worldwide and for all GE legal operations, Mr. Denniston reports directly to GE CEO Jeffrey Immelt. He is a member of GE's Corporate Executive Council and GE Capital's Board of Directors. He is also chair of the company's Policy Compliance Review Board. Mr. Denniston joined GE as vice president and senior counsel for Litigation and Legal Policy in September 1996. From 1993 to 1996 Mr. Denniston served as chief legal counsel to Massachusetts Governor William F. Weld. His responsibilities included judicial selection, litigation, criminal justice issues and legislation. Mr. Denniston was an associate and later a partner at Goodwin, Procter and Hoar in Boston, where he specialized in complex civil litigation, securities matters and white-collar crime. He represented parties in cases involving insider trading, pharmaceutical prosecutions, securities fraud and banking cases. He was a member of the firm's Executive Committee and numerous other firm committees. From 1982 to 1986 Mr. Denniston served in the U.S. Attorney's Office as Chief of the Major Frauds Unit, where he was responsible for white-collar crime prosecutions. A member of the Attorney General's White Collar Crime Operations Committee, he was awarded the Director's Award for Superior Performance by the Department of Justice for his role in more than 100 successful prosecutions. Mr. Denniston served as a law clerk to the Honorable Herbert Y. Choy of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 1973-74. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Kenyon College and a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review. Active in civic and charitable pursuits, Mr. Denniston is a trustee and secretary of Kenyon College, a former chair of the Zoning Board of Appeals of Duxbury, Massachusetts, a chair and trustee of the New England Legal Foundation, and a member of the Board of the American Arbitration Association and the Pro Bono Partnership. Mr. Denniston and his wife Kathleen have three children, Alexandra, Brackett and Elizabeth.

John F. Lynch is GE's senior vice president of Corporate Human Resources and is based in Fairfield, Connecticut. A native of Edinburgh, Scotland, Mr. Lynch worked in a number of management roles in human resources for one of the UK's major finance houses for 18 years. Ron Meyer was appointed president and chief operating officer of Universal Studios on August 1, 1995. Prior to joining Universal, Meyer was president of Creative Artists Agency, Inc., which he founded in 1975 with four fellow agents from the William Morris Agency. Yibrah Tesfazghi is GE Corporate Regional Executive for Africa Region reporting to Mr. Nani Beccalli, President and Chief Executive Officer for GE Europe, Middle East, and Africa. He is responsible for working on behalf of all GE businesses to expand customer and government relationships, and to develop new business opportunities across Africa. He has an office in Cairo, Egypt and in Johannesburg, South Africa. Yibrah joined GE Power Systems in March 1980 and started his career as Projects’ Logistics Manager for Power Systems. In 1983 he became Power Systems Country Finance Manager based in Abha, Saudi Arabia. In 1987 he was transferred to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as Credit & Collection Manager for Middle East, Africa, South Asian (MEASA-USSR) and USSR Operation. In 1989 he was transferred to Baghdad, Iraq, as Power Systems Regional Manager covering the Eastern Mediterranean countries. This position was interrupted due to the 1990 Gulf War. In 1993 Yibrah became Power Systems Regional Projects’ Finance Manager covering Middle East and Nigeria and continued on this position until he was appointed as a Corporate Regional Executive for Africa Region in May 2003. Yibrah, a native of Eritrea, has a degree in Economics and is married with five children.

Istvan Szini has joined GE on June 1, 2002, as the Hungarian National Executive and was elected to the position of Chairman of the Board of GE Hungary ZRt. He served as Mayor of the town of Szentendre between 1980–1985, and was Managing Director of the National Water Management Computer Centre located in Szentendre, Hungary. István graduated from Budapest Technical University with a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and later he received his Ph.D. in Engineering from the same institution. He also earned an M.Sc. Degree in Industrial Economics from the Budapest University of Economics. He is a Hungarian citizen. He is fluent in English, and has a good command of German and Russian. He lives in Budapest and is married with four children.

James J. (Jim) Mulva is chairman and chief executive officer of ConocoPhillips. Mulva served as president and chief executive officer of ConocoPhillips from 2002 to 2004. Sam Nunn is Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Nuclear Threat Initiative, a charitable organization working to reduce the global threats from nuclear, biological and chemical weapons.
