Kent M. Yauch has been employed by the Company since March 1991, beginning in the position of Treasurer and Controller. Kent was promoted to the Company's newly-created position of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in 1996. In July 2001, Mr. Yauch was also named Vice President in addition to his other responsibilities. Kent oversees all of the Company's accounting, banking, tax, public reporting, employee relations and insurance operations. Mr. Yauch is a Certified Public Accountant and is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Champaign. Prior to joining General Employment, Mr. Yauch spent 20 years in public and corporate accounting.

Marilyn L. White, Vice President, joined the company in 1984 as a personnel consultant in the Company's Hamilton, Ontario branch office in Canada. During her three and a half years in the field, Ms. White served as assistant manager and branch manager of the Hamilton office. In 1987, Ms. White moved to Corporate Headquarters in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois as Director of Management Development and subsequently was promoted to the position of General Manager, Placement Division in 1995. In 1996, Ms. White was named Vice President, and is responsible for the expansion of the company's full-time placement and contract staffing.
