Before founding Polaris, Mr. Metz was Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Rodamco, North America, with approximately $6 billion of real estate assets primarily in regional malls. Previously, he had been President, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Acquisitions for Urban Shopping Centers, Inc. where he worked from 1993 until its sale in 2000. Prior to joining Urban, he held positions in the Capital Markets group of JMB Realty and in the Commercial Real Estate Lending Group at The First National Bank of Chicago.

Thomas H. Nolan Jr., 51, was most recently a Managing Director of Trefethen & Co, a real estate advisory and investment firm. From 1984 to 2004, Mr. Nolan held various positions at AEW Capital Management LP, a national real estate investment advisor, including President and Senior Portfolio of the AEW Partners Group, the Private Equity division of AEW, as well as serving as a member of the firm's Management and Investment Committees. At AEW, Mr. Nolan also represented institutional clients in the overall management of their real estate portfolios with services ranging from troubled debt restructuring to initial public offerings, including representing a client on the Partnership Committee of the Taubman Realty Group.

Stacey Dahlberg joined Network Property Management in August, 2005. She is a graduate of the American Institute of Paralegal Studies and recipient of the Certificate of Distinction for outstanding graduating student. She brings with her over 10 years experience negotiating shopping center leases for such companies as Heitman Retail Properties and General Growth Properties. Stacey handled lease negotiations in the redevelopment of such notable projects Plaza Frontenac, in St. Louis, MO; The Falls, in Miami, FL (after being hit by hurricane Andrew in 1991); and Genesee Valley Shopping Center, Flint, MI. Stacey was also involved in the due diligence process for the purchase of over 1,000,000 square feet of shopping center space and oversaw the litigation matters for more than 25 shopping centers. Stacey also has experience negotiating leases from the tenant's prospective having worked for McDonald's Corporation in their legal department. While at McDonald's she also did financial analysis and negotiated closings with the property owners throughout the east and west coast. Stacey lives in Orland Park with her husband, Mark and her two children Jackie and Zack.

Glenn J. Rufrano is Chief Executive Officer of Centro Properties Group (ASX:CNP) and a member of its Executive Committee. From April 2007 through January 2008, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Centro Properties Group US. In this role, he was responsible for the management, leasing, redevelopment and development of Centro Properties Group?s US portfolio. Until its acquisition by Centro Properties Group in April 2007, Mr. Rufrano was Chief Executive Officer of New Plan Excel Realty Trust, Inc., as well as a member of the Company?s Board of Directors. Under his leadership, New Plan was transformed into one of the nation?s largest public real estate companies, focusing on the ownership and management of over 460 community and neighborhood shopping centers encompassing approximately 68 million square feet of retail space. Mr. Rufrano has been involved in both the shopping center and mall industries for more than 25 years. Mr. Rufrano joined New Plan Excel Realty Trust in February 2000, following seventeen years as a partner at The O?Connor Group, a diversified real estate investment firm. At The O?Connor Group, he most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the investment and management of three private equity funds, in addition to client service/marketing and finance activities. Concurrently, he was Co-Chairman of The Peabody Group, an association between The O?Connor Group and J.P. Morgan & Co., Inc. investing in high-yield international real estate related opportunities. Mr. Rufrano currently serves on a number of boards at New York University?s Real Estate Institute, where he is an adjunct professor, and is a trustee, member of the Executive Committee and Treasurer and Secretary of the International Council of Shopping Center. He is also on the Board of Directors of New Alternatives for Children, a not-for-profit health and social services agency whose exclusive mission is to serve children with medical disabilities and/or chronic illnesses and their families.

Marshall began practicing law 35 years ago in the area of corporate taxation and now focuses on complex tax planning and major corporate merger and acquisition transactions. His estate planning practice is international in scope, and he has advised many of the wealthiest families in the U.S. and abroad on matters of generational structures and wealth preservation. He has been a featured speaker at the University of Chicago Tax Conference . He has handled Initial Public Offerings and has served as lead counsel in complex income and estate tax controversies, as well as in commercial litigation. He has been named one of the best lawyers in America by his peers for more than 15 years, and he serves as trustee for many families and is a director of many privately-owned companies. Marshall was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1971. Marshall received his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1971, where he served as a notes and comments editor of the Law Review and was admitted to the Order of the Coif. While attending law school, he also served as a research assistant to several law professors and was an Income Tax Instructor in the Accounting Department. He received an M.A.S. degree in 1968 from the University of Illinois , where he served as a teaching assistant in Accounting and was a research assistant in the Department for Research on Exceptional Children. He received his B.S. from the University of Illinois in 1967, was admitted to Beta Alpha Psi and became a Certified Public Accountant.
