Jim Estepa, a 23-year Genesco veteran, was appointed president and chief executive officer of the Genesco Retail Group in November 2001, after being named senior vice president of Genesco in April 2000. He has served as president of the Journeys division, a leading destination footwear retailer for teens, since March 1999. Estepa joined Genesco in 1985 after more than 15 years of sales management experience with Kinney Shoe. He has held a number of positions within Genesco including: regional sales manager and director of operations for U.S. Retail, director of operations, operations general manager for Jarman and senior vice president of operations for Genesco Retail.

MARTY G. DICKENS, 58, President, BellSouth-Tennessee. Mr. Dickens, who joined Genesco s board in 2003, has held a number of positions with BellSouth Corp. and its predecessors and affiliates since 1999, following more than six years as an executive vice president with BellSouth International. Mr. Dickens is also a director of SunTrust Bank-Tennessee and a number of charitable and community organizations.

Paul Williams, a 32-year Genesco veteran, has served in a variety of accounting management roles. He joined the Company in 1977 as a junior accountant and was promoted to senior accountant in 1980. In 1993, he was named director of corporate accounting and financial reporting where he served until 1995 when he was promoted to the position of chief accounting officer. He is responsible for financial reporting, interpretation and implementation of the Company’s accounting standards and management of operational accounting functions. Additionally in October 2006, Williams was named vice president of Genesco. Williams earned his bachelor of science in accounting from Western Kentucky University.

John Clinard, senior vice president of administration and human resources, directs overall administrative and support functions for Genesco Inc. including human resources, general services, real estate, store construction, physical distribution and information systems. During his 34-year tenure with the Company, Clinard has served in a number of human resources positions, in support of wholesale, retail and corporate administration. He earned his undergraduate degree in economics and holds a master of arts degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Middle Tennessee State University.

Mimi Eckel Vaughn was named Genesco's vice president of strategy and business development in September 2003 then senior vice president in October 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Vaughn was executive vice president of business development and marketing and acting chief financial officer for Link2Gov Corporation in Nashville. From 1993 to 1999, she was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, based in Atlanta. During her tenure at McKinsey, Vaughn advised senior executives and board members of Fortune 500 companies in developing and implementing growth and performance improvement strategies, specializing in the consumer and retail sectors. Prior to joining McKinsey, she held various corporate finance positions at Goldman, Sachs & Co., Wasserstein Perella & Co. Inc. and Drexel Burnham Lambert. A member of Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Alpha Beta, she received a bachelor of science degree in foreign service and international economics from Georgetown University magna cum laude and earned a master of business administration degree from the Harvard Business School where she graduated with distinction. She presently serves on the Second Harvest Food Bank board.

Roger Sisson joined Genesco in 1994 as assistant general counsel and corporate secretary. He was promoted to legal counsel and corporate secretary in 1995, and corporate secretary and general counsel in 1996. Sisson was named vice president in November 2003 and promoted to senior vice president in October 2006. A native of Tennessee, Sisson received his undergraduate degree in history from The University of the South, where he was a Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his law degree from the University of Virginia, where he was an associate editor of the Virginia Law Review. Prior to joining Genesco, he was affiliated with the Nashville office of Boult, Cummings, Conners & Berry PLC, where he practiced corporate and securities law.

JAMES W. BRADFORD, 59, Dean, Owen Graduate School of Management, Vanderbilt University. Mr. Bradford, who joined Genesco s board in 2005, was named Dean and Ralph Owen Professor for the Practice of Management in the Owen Graduate School of Management of Vanderbilt University in 2005. He joined the Owen School faculty and administration in 2002. He was president and chief executive officer of United Glass Corporation from 1999 to 2001 and president and chief executive officer of AFG Industries, Inc. from 1992 to 1999.

WILLIAM F. BLAUFUSS, JR., 67 , Consultant, Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Blaufuss, who became a Genesco director in 2004, retired as a partner from the public accounting firm of KPMG LLP in 2000. He was associated with KPMG for 37 years in various capacities, including Nashville Practice Unit Managing Partner and Partner in Charge of the Southeast Area Public Section Practice. From 2000 to 2002, he performed special projects for KPMG International regarding its operations outside the United States. He is a director of Nashville Bank and Trust Company and several nonprofit and civic organizations including Saint Thomas Health Services. He is a member of the Tennessee State Board of Accountancy.

As CEO and founder of Alloy Media + Marketing, a pioneer in nontraditional marketing services with focus on the millennial market, Matt Diamond guides the company's strategic direction and oversees corporate development and management of its business units and assets. A keynote speaker for national industry events and conferences, Matt has appeared as a marketing expert on a number of national TV broadcasts including CNN, CNBC, and ABC World News Tonight. He has been featured in numerous high profile publications including the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Businessweek and Advertising Age. Matt leads company-wide efforts to contribute positively to the growing and influential Millennial population, serving on the board of DoSomething Inc, a non-profit youth organization, and as Director of Genesco, the owner of popular teen clothing retailer Journey's. Alloy contributes to several philanthropic causes such as the Ad Council, the ONDCP, and the National Heart Foundation. Prior to founding Alloy, Matt held positions in the Finance and Operations groups at the General Electric Company, also spending time at the company's Tokyo, Japan offices. Matt earned his B.A. in International Studies at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received his MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business in 1996.
