Founded in 1992, Genesis Land Development Corp, was founded by Mr. Gobi Singh and Mr. Arthur Wong, both professional engineers (P. Eng) registered in Alberta . Over the past 15 years, Genesis has grown from an astute land acquisition company to one of Calgary's largest and premier community developers. Since it first began development of its first major Calgary area community (Canals Phase 1) in 1997, Genesis has expanded to five major Calgary area community developments, and is a publicly listed company on the Toronto Stock Exchange (GDC-TSX).
