Ms. Mefford is responsible for creating an environment in which scalable, disciplined, efficient project management practices are routine within the organization, facilitating identification and remediation of client project management and organizational risk, and ensuring that Geniant provides timely delivery of services and solutions. Prior to Geniant, Ms. Mefford served in a variety of management positions at SRA, EDS, and True Solutions where she managed the day-to-day operations of the consulting division including business development, client management, fulfillment, and recruitment. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). Ms. Mefford earned a B.A. from Regis College.

Mr. Cudmore works strategically with Geniant's clients to increase business. He is responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities, overseeing active engagements, building new relationships with business partners, and for the company's Microsoft partnership. He also has responsibility for Geniant's South Texas region. Previously, Mr. Cudmore was a senior consultant with HP Services where he directed the design and deployment of Microsoft technologies for some of the world's largest companies.

Mr. Pitts is the General Manager for Geniant's North Texas business unit across all of the company's service offerings. Over his career, Mr. Pitts has served in senior management positions at several public technology companies that provide technology and business solutions to global corporations including Autodesk and MPS Group. He has extensive experience directing and growing business units and leading professional services organizations. In his previous position as Regional Vice President, Mr. Pitts' region set records for sales and profitability, as well as employee retention. Mr. Pitts earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from East Central University.

Mike Keys is vice president of business development and is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and providing strategic sales support with existing Stonebridge customers. Mike has more than 20 years' experience in IT solutions sales. Prior to joining Stonebridge, he was with EMC/Geniant where he served as Managing Principal/General Manager responsible for sales and delivery in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Mike earned a BBA degree in management from the University of Oklahoma.

John Savill, Director of Technical Infrastructure and Chief Microsoft Architect for Geniant, is an eight-time Microsoft MVP, and is recognized worldwide for his superior product knowledge and practical skills. He is responsible for setting the strategy and direction of Geniant's Technical Infrastructure Practice. He is the author of Windows Server 2003 Active Directory Design and Implementation, The Windows XP/2000 Answer Book, and The Windows NT and Windows 2000 Answer Book, and contributor to several Windows-related books in the "For Dummies" series of reference books. In addition, he serves as a contributing editor to various publications on Microsoft products including the highly acclaimed Windows 2000/XP/.NET FAQ web site www.ntfaq.com. He is currently working on a new book about Windows Longhorn Server due to be released in the fall of 2007.

Mr. Lancashire is a seasoned General Manager of technology companies with extensive experience in growing software product and services companies. As a strategic marketer, he has demonstrated that he can identify a company's strongest options for growth and can develop strong teams to ensure implementation. Since the company's inception in 1998, he has led the company from start-up to become the 3rd fastest growing technology company as listed by the FastTech 50. Mr. Lancashire led the company's M&A activity in 2001, 2002 and 2005 adding three business units in those years. Mr. Lancashire's prior experience includes senior management positions at ObjectSpace, Uniplex, and Amstrad PLC, where he managed a line of products with revenues in excess of $600 million. Mr. Lancashire earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, graduating with honors, from the City University (CASS) Business School in London.

As senior vice president of business operations, Jeff Hayes leads VHA's business development activities as well as health care organization, physician and consumer services. This includes outsourcing, information technology, LaurusHealth(tm), VHA's physician and consumer strategy, and VHA Online, a members-only community that connects the VHA alliance and provides information and services to support member health care organizations' strategies. Mr. Hayes joined VHA in 1993 as strategic planning director and assistant treasurer. He developed and launched the company's outsourcing business in 1996. In 1999, he was named a corporate finalist for the Outsourcing World Achievement Award and the only health care executive recognized in the competition. Prior to joining VHA, Mr. Hayes worked for eight years as a managing consultant for Towers Perrin General Management Consulting. From 1988 to 1989, he worked for the Owens Strategy Group as a consultant to corporations in the food and chemical industries. From 1983 to 1986, he was a senior consultant for Andersen Consulting in Dallas and Boston, specializing in strategy development and organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining VHA, Mr. Hayes worked for eight years as a managing consultant for Towers Perrin General Management Consulting. From 1988 to 1989, he worked for the Owens Strategy Group as a consultant to corporations in the food and chemical industries. From 1983 to 1986, he was a senior consultant for Andersen Consulting in Dallas and Boston, specializing in strategy development and organizational effectiveness. He earned a bachelor's degree in engineering management from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and a master's degree in management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill.

Dr. Wall is a seasoned technology professional with more than 25 years of experience directing and managing software development organizations and building teams to deliver complex solutions. Dr. Wall is experienced with a wide range of leading-edge software technologies including Enterprise Service Oriented Architectures, Web Services and Artificial Intelligence. Dr. Wall spent the early part of his career in Artificial Intelligence at the Al Lab of Texas Instruments serving as a Branch Manager and Senior Member of the Technical Staff. Dr. Wall also served as Vice President of Technology with Citicorp's Global Trade Division. He was responsible for the unit's new Texas office and management of the integration of the New York office's new Trade Information System. This involved coordinating work of teams in Hong Kong, Singapore, Mumbai, London, New York, Dallas, and Tampa. Dr. Wall previously served as Vice President of Engineering at ObjectSpace, Inc. He also served as Vice President of Strategic Planning and was responsible for the consulting practice, line-of-business development, and providing overall strategic advice. Armed with this deep knowledge of software development and integration, Dr. Wall became an entrepreneur in September, 1998, when he co-founded Axys Solutions, Geniant's Software Development subsidiary. The company was formed with a specific focus on delivering world-class software solutions. Dr. Wall was responsible for managing and mentoring the core team, strategic planning, new organizational definition and growth, people development and project management. A few of the key client relationships Dr. Dr. Wall holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, is a Project Management Institute Certified Project Management Professional, and continues as a key member on the Advisory Board for Geniant.

Mr. Tommy Warren is an investor in Geniant and a member of Geniant's Advisory Board. Mr. Warren, a well renowned Texas businessman, owns a range of diversified companies ranging from real estate (construction, leasing and investment), to financial services. His successful track record, and reputation as a business visionary, has led to his inclusion in a number of Government task forces nationally and to Government diplomatic missions internationally. Mr. Warren is an accomplished lecturer and has authored articles for a number of State and National publications. Mr. Warren pioneered the lease/purchase model for the commercial property market in Texas. As CEO of T. Warren Investments, he is the leader of the largest privately held business serving the corrections industry. A shareholder and board member of a Houston-based bank, Mr. Warren has more than 15 years hands-on experience in the banking industry and provides Geniant with access to banking relationships and credit line facilities. Mr. Warren has long recognized the impact of technology in reshaping industry, having lectured business leaders on these issues back in the early 80's. It is his interest in this area that led to his involvement with Geniant.
