Kim Popovits has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2009 and as President and Chief Operating Officer since January 2002. From November 1987 to February 2002, Kim served in various roles at Genentech, Inc., a biotechnology company, most recently as Senior Vice President, Marketing and Sales from February 2001 to February 2002, and as Vice President, Sales from October 1994 to February 2001. Prior to joining Genentech in November 1987, she served as Division Manager for American Critical Care, a Division of American Hospital Supply. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Michigan State University.

Randy Scott, PhD has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since Genomic Health's inception in August 2000. Randy was a founder of Incyte Corporation, a genomic information company, and served Incyte in various roles, including Chairman of the Board from August 2000 to December 2001, President from January 1997 to August 2000, and Chief Scientific Officer from March 1995 to August 2000. Randy holds a BS in Chemistry from Emporia State University and a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Kansas.

Brad Cole has served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer since January 2009 and as Executive Vice President, Operations and Chief Financial Officer since January 2008. Brad served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from July 2004 until December 2007. From December 1997 to May 2004, he served in various positions at Guidant Corporation, a medical device company, most recently as Vice President, Finance and Business Development for the Endovascular Solutions Group from January 2001 until May 2004. He served as Vice President and General Manager of the Vascular Surgery Business Unit from December 1998 until December 2000; and as Vice President, Finance and IT Systems for the Cardiac and Vascular Surgery Group from December 1997 until November 1998. From July 1994 to December 1997, Brad was Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Endovascular Technologies, Inc., a medical device company acquired by Guidant Corporation. From December 1988 to February 1994, he served as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Applied Biosystems Incorporated, a life sciences systems company. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Biola University and an M.B.A. from San Jose State University.

Fred Cohen, MD, D Phil, has served as a director of Genomic Health since April 2002. In 2001, Dr. Cohen joined TPG Ventures, a venture capital firm, as a Managing Director. Dr. Cohen is also a Professor of Medicine and Pharmacology at the University of California, San Francisco, where he has taught since July 1988. Dr. Cohen is a director of Matrix Laboratories Ltd. and a number of privately held companies. Dr. Cohen holds a BS from Yale University, a D Phil from Oxford University, and an MD from Stanford University.

Michael Goldberg has served as a director of Genomic Health since October 2001. In January 2005, Mr. Goldberg joined Mohr Davidow Ventures, a venture capital firm, as a general partner. From October 2000 to December 2004, Mr. Goldberg served as the Managing Director of Jasper Capital, a management and financial consultancy business. In 1995, Mr. Goldberg founded OnCare, Inc., an oncology practice management company, and served as Chairman until August 2001 and as Chief Executive Officer until March 1999. Previously, Mr. Goldberg was the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Axion Inc., a cancer-focused healthcare service company. Prior to Axion, Mr. Goldberg was a partner at the venture capital firm Sevin Rosen Funds, and was director of Corporate Development and a member of the Operating Committee at Cetus Corporation. He is also a director of several privately held companies. Mr. Goldberg holds a BA in Philosophy from Brandeis University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Camille Samuels specializes in biotechnology investing at Versant. Camille joined Versant in early 2000, shortly after its formation. Prior to Versant, Camille was responsible for business development at Tularik, Inc. (subsequently acquired by Amgen) where she in-licensed two of the company's clinical-stage products and led Tularik's Technology Acquisition Group. Before Tularik, Camille worked in business development/strategic planning at Genzyme and Millennium Predictive Medicine, and as a management consultant to healthcare and biotech companies at LEK Consulting. Camille currently serves as a board member of the following companies: Achaogen, Kythera Biopharmaceuticals, Novacardia, and Novacea, a public company. Camille was previously a board observer at several companies, including 5 AM, Alexza (public), Genomic Health (public) and Syrrx (sold). Camille earned her Bachelor's degree in Biology from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she graduated as a Baker Scholar. In 2002, The Aspen Institute named Camille a Henry Crown Fellow.

Mark Mohr, Board Member since 2007, works as an Oncogenomic Liaison for Genomic Health, Inc., a molecular diagnostic laboratory which provides healthcare professionals individualized genomic profiling of tumor tissue to improve cancer management. In addition to serving on the ETC Board, Mark has volunteered countless hours to many of ETC's programs, including "Shiloh Camp," and as a weekly volunteer for the "After-School" program. Mark has participated in several local and international Christian missions and is an active member of his church.

Brook Byers has been closely involved with more than forty new technology based ventures, including being founding President, and later Chairman, of four biotechnology companies which went on to be public companies with an aggregate market value over $8 billion. He formed the first Life Sciences practice group in the venture capital profession in 1984 and led KPCB to become a premier venture capital firm in the medical, healthcare, and biotechnology sectors. He is currently on the Board of Directors of CardioDx, GenomicHealth, OptiMedica, Pacific Biosciences, Inc. and XDx, Inc. He was formerly a Director of Idec Pharmaceuticals (Chairman), Athena Neurosciences (Chairman), Signal Pharmaceuticals, Arris Pharmaceuticals, Pharmacopeia, Ligand Pharmaceuticals (Chairman), Hybritech (Chairman), Genprobe, Nanogen, and others. He is currently a Board member of the University of California at San Francisco Medical Foundation, the California Healthcare Institute, the New Schools Foundation, Stanford's Bio-X Advisory Council, the Stanford Eye Council and TechNet. Mr. Byers graduated in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and received an M.B.A. from Stanford.
