Robert Gillen joined Hybricon Corporation in November 2006 as the Director of Engineering. He is responsible for directing internal research and development, including standard product development, overseeing the design of customized products, process improvements and all other aspects of the day-to-day operational management of the Engineering department. Mr. Gillen has over 25 years experience in various facets of Engineering and R&D. Paul Freve was appointed as President of Hybricon Corporation on July 2, 2000, and is responsible for the leadership and implementation of Hybricon's strategic business plan, financial and innovation management, and all aspects of the day-to-day operational management of the company. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Freve served as Vice President of Engineering where he was responsible for Hybricon's engineering and new product development. He has over 30 years experience in the design and manufacture of electronic instrumentation, sub-systems and system solutions. Mr. Freve's previous experience includes Engineering Management at GenRad and Comark, along with positions as Design Engineer and Product Design Engineer for GenRad and Data Terminal Systems. He is a graduate of the Owner/President Management Program (OPM31) at Harvard Business School. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Management from Nichols College. He is a member of ASME, and currently holds a patent on a probe for capacitive open-circuit tests.
