Mr. Redmond has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since May 2005 and a Director of the Company since November 2003. In December, 2008, Mr. Redmond became President and Chief Executive Officer of GT Technologies, Inc., one of the Company's wholly- owned subsidiaries. In March, 2009, Mr. Redmond was elected a Director of Mark IV Industries, Inc., a privately held diversified manufacturing company. Since June 2007, Mr. Redmond has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Eddie Bauer Holdings, Inc. where he is also a member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Restructuring Committee. From 2005 until June 2007, Mr. Redmond served as Chairman and a Director of Maxim Crane Works Holdings, Inc., and Chairman and a Director of Citation Corporation. Mr. Redmond previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer from December 1996 to February 2003 and as Chairman of the Board of Directors from January 1999 to February 2003 of Garden Way, Inc., a manufacturer of outdoor garden and power equipment.

"Mr. Druker is the Founder and Managing Principal of Druker Capital, LLC, an investment firm that he founded in 2005. Previously, Mr. Druker was a Principal of Questor Management Company from 1995 through 2004, where he specialized in investing in turnaround and special situation companies. Prior to Questor, Mr. Druker was a Principal of the turnaround advisory firm Alix Partners, a predecessor to and an associated company of Questor. He was also previously a Partner of the merchant bank, Gordon Capital, Managing Director and head of the leveraged buyout group at L.F. John F. McGovern, age 60, is the founder, and since 1999 a partner, of Aurora Capital LLC, a private investment and consulting firm based in Atlanta, GA. Prior to founding Aurora Capital, Mr. McGovern served in a number of positions of increasing responsibility at Georgia-Pacific Corporation from 1981 to 1999, including Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer from 1994 to 1999. Previously, Mr. McGovern had been Vice President and Director, Forest Products and Package Division of Chase Manhattan Bank.
