Michael D. Fraizer is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Genworth Financial. He has held this position since the completion of Genworth’s IPO in May of 2004. Prior to that he was a Senior Vice President of GE since June 2000 and served as Chairman of the Board and President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Financial Assurance Holdings, Inc. Mr. Fraizer also was a Director of GE Capital and General Electric Capital Services, Inc. Beth Comstock is Chief Marketing Officer and SVP of GE. She leads the company's organic growth and innovation initiatives, and the sales, marketing and communications functions.
