Jeff Little is president and chief operating officer of George Little Management, LLC (GLM ). Jeff oversees all corporate strategic planning and direction, as well as new business development. Jeff joined GLM in 1971, following his graduation from Hamilton College, with a B.A. in History. Since that time, he has served as show director of the New York International Gift Fair, San Francisco International Gift Fair, the Gift Fair in Atlanta and the California Gift Show and show manager of many GLM-managed events, including the Atlantic City China & Glass Show, Eastern Gourmet Show, New York China & Glass Show, Entirely Tabletop and New York International Gift Fair. He also has served as Advertising Director and Production Director for GLM. Jeff is a recipient of several tradeshow industry awards of distinction. In 1999, he received the International Association of Exposition Management (IAEM) "King's Glove Award," recognizing outstanding achievements and contributions made by an individual toward the professional spirit and betterment of the exposition area in New York City. In 2000, he was awarded the IAEM "Man of the Year Award," recognizing his overall contributions to the tradeshow industry. In 2002, he received the first annual Anchors of Hospitality "Exhibition Producer" Award from the NYC and Company's Convention, Exhibition, Meeting and Event (CEME) Committee, in recognition of GLM's accomplishments and professional achievements in the convention, exhibition and events industry. And, in 2003 he was named to Tradeshow Week's, "Top 100 Most Influential People in the Tradeshow Business." Jeff presently sits on the Board of Trustees of Hamilton College. He is a former trustee of The Taft School and the Town School and he is a past member of the Board of Directors of Lasalle Hotel Partners, a publicly traded real estate investment trust in the hotel industry. In addition, he is a member of the New York chapter of the IAEM. Jeff is the grandson of George F. Little, founder of the third-generation, closely-held business. He currently resides in New York City, with his wife, Claudia. He has two sons, Brad and Matthew.

Alan Steel is executive vice president for George Little Management, LLC (GLM ). Alan is responsible for all marketing efforts, new business and e-commerce development for the company. In this capacity, he has directed the creation, growth and diversification for GLM-managed events including: Accent on Design , SURTEX ; International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF); New York Home Textiles Show ; EX TRACTS : Essentials for personal care and wellness, and SOURCES the first US based tradeshow bringing non-US exporters together with US-based importers, distributors, product developers of gift and home furnishings and products. Alan was instrumental in forging GLM's industry partnerships with Western Exhibitors in 1993, Dallas Market Center (DMC) in 1997, dmg world media in 2000, Urban Expositions in 2001 and Reed Exhibitions in 2004. These partnerships resulted in GLM's involvement in some 24 events related to the gift, home, New Age, and gourmet housewares industries, and expanded GLM's geographic market coverage exponentially in the U.S. and Canada. Within the e-commerce arena, he coordinated a joint partnership with Point Force, Inc., to bring hand-held sales-force automation to exhibitors in select GLM-managed events. Alan is active in developing international markets for GLM. He has coordinated GLM's sponsorship of North American exhibitors in Europe and the Far East. He was also responsible for the company's management of The South African Trade Exhibition, an exhibition for South African companies seeking to develop partnerships in the United States. Alan joined GLM in 1982, bringing more than 15 years of experience with the British government in a number of trade related positions: including Executive Officer at the Fairs and Promotions Branch of the Department of Trade and Industry in London, Vice Consul at the British Consulate in Chicago, and later Vice Consul (Commercial) at the British Trade Development Office in New York City. Alan is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Westchester Convention and Visitors Bureau, and a current member of the International Association for Exposition Management (IAEM). Alan currently resides in Greenwich, Connecticut, with his wife, Cathy. He has three children, Vicky, Alex and Thomas.

Richard Pasternak is senior vice president and treasurer for George Little Management, LLC (GLM ).
