Michele Vig began her second successful career as a chef after studying at Liaison and George Brown Colleges. Her career in food services has included teaching, catering, and working as a sous chef in several restaurants. Michele has worked with Chef Michael Smith as Team Leader on the Starlight Children's Wish Foundation Dinner featured on Chef at Large on the Food Network and appeared on The Best Of while working at the Toronto-based vegetarian restaurant Fressen. Michele is currently Sous Chef to the Corporate Chef for George Weston Limited. She is a member of the Women's Culinary Network, Cuisine Canada and received her Red Seal in June 2004.

Mr. Lederer served as President of Loblaw Companies Limited, Canada's largest food distributor, from 2001 through September 2006. He also served as a director of Loblaw Companies Limited for much of this period. This capped a 30-year career with Loblaw and its subsidiary companies, during which Mr. Lederer held a number of senior leadership positions. In these roles, he was responsible for the operation, performance, innovation and growth of national and regional banners, businesses and divisions. Mr. Hoffman has been a Director of Millipore since 1976 and is currently a Member of the Audit and Finance Committee and the Management Development and Compensation Committee. Mr. Hoffman received an undergraduate degree from Harvard College in Engineering and Applied Physics, a Masters degree in economics from Cambridge University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. In 1963, as an M.I.T. Fellow in Africa, Mr. Hoffman joined the East African Common Services Organization as Acting Financial Secretary. In 1966, Mr. Hoffman joined the International Finance Corporation (investment banking affiliate of the World Bank) as Investment Officer responsible for private sector financing in Europe and Mexico. From 1969 to 1974, Mr. Hoffman served as a Director of Hambros Bank, Ltd., London, England and Head of its International Banking and Issues Division. From 1975 to 1981, Mr. Hoffman was a Director, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of George Weston, Ltd. and was appointed President of its Resource Group in 1981. From 1982 until 1984, Mr. Hoffman served as Managing Director of Guinness Peat Group p.l.c., engaged through subsidiaries worldwide in merchant banking, insurance brokerage, leasing, property, energy and other management and financial service activities.
