"Paul Carrico has served as Georgia Gulf Corporation's President and Chief Executive Officer since February 2008. Prior to this position, Paul served as the company's Vice President - Chemicals & Vinyls. He began his employment with Georgia Gulf in 1999 as resin business manager. In 2005, he became the company's vice president of polymers. Prior to joining Georgia Gulf, Paul held several positions with Condea Vista Company (formerly Conoco Chemicals), including plant manager, product manager of PVC and general manager of olefins and vinyl. A native of Louisville, KY, Paul earned an M.S. in Engineering from the University of Louisville in 1973 and a Masters in the Science of Management with an emphasis on corporate and business strategy from MIT in 1993. Paul currently serves as chairman of the Vinyl Institute and as a board member of the Vinyl Siding Institute and the PPFA. He previously served as a board member of the PHH joint venture with PPG."

"Gregory C. Thompson is Georgia Gulf’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Georgia Gulf, Greg served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Invacare Corporation, beginning in November 2002. He also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sensormatic Electronics Corporation, a global manufacturer of electronic security products, from October 2000 to January 2002 and was Vice President and Controller from February 1997 to October 2000. Previously, Greg was Vice President and Corporate Controller for Wang Laboratories from August 1994 to February 1997 and Assistant Corporate Controller from October 1990 to August 1994. Greg is a Certified Public Accountant with a BS Degree in accounting from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. "

Mark Orcutt has served as Georgia Gulf's Executive Vice President - Building Products since December 2008. Prior to joining Georgia Gulf, Mark was held a variety of commercial and general management positions with PPG Industries, most recently Vice President of Performance Glazings. He has a proven record of growing global businesses, successfully implementing integration strategies, and improving sales and profitability. Mark earned an M.B.A and a B.S. in Economics from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Doug Shannon has been a Vice President of Georgia Gulf Corporation since 2000 and is currently responsible for the Procurement function. He began his employment with Georgia Gulf in 1983 in purchasing, and subsequently moved to product manager of VCM, and then business manager of electrochemicals, before becoming director of business area management. Prior to joining Georgia Gulf, Doug worked with both U.S. Steel and Delta Resources. A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Doug received a B.S. and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.

Dennis M. Chorba is a member of the Board of Directors of Georgia Gulf Corporation, and is retired from his position as Vice President, Administration with Georgia Gulf.

James Worrell currently serves as Vice President, Human Resources for Georgia Gulf Corporation. James joined Georgia Gulf at its inception in January 1985 as Headquarters Personnel Manager. He was promoted to Manager, Corporate Personnel in 1987 and to Manager, Corporate Personnel and Benefits in 1988. He served as Director, Human Resources from 1993 until being promoted to Vice President in September 2006. Prior to joining Georgia Gulf, James held a number of personnel and employment services positions with the Georgia-Pacific Corporation and the Georgia Department of Labor. James holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia. He has SPHR and CCP certifications.

Joel Beerman has been Georgia Gulf Corporation's vice president, general counsel, and secretary since 1994. Prior to joining Georgia Gulf, Joel was an attorney for Georgia-Pacific Corporation, which developed the chemical operations that was acquired by Georgia Gulf. A native of Pennsylvania, Joel earned a degree from Boston University. He then earned a juris doctorate from Seattle University and owned a private law practice for four years.

Bill Doherty is Georgia Gulf Corporation's Vice President - Custom Products. Prior to this position, Bill served as Georgia Gulf Corporation's vice president of vinyl compounds starting in 1999. He began his employment with Georgia Gulf in 1982 as product manager of vinyl compounds, and subsequently moved to sales manager and then business manager before becoming general manager of vinyl compounds. Prior to joining Georgia Gulf, Bill served as an account manager and then in marketing for General Electric Plastics. A native of Buffalo, New York, Bill attended Clemson University and the State University of New York at Buffalo where he completed his degree program in Economics.

Mr. Akitt is retired from the position of Executive Vice President with Exxon Chemical Company, a division of Exxon Corporation. He has held many positions with leading chemical industry associations in Canada, Europe, and the United States and has been a consultant to the Chemical Manufacturers Association (the predecessor to the American Chemistry Council) and a Director of the Chemical Industry Institute of Toxicology. Mr. Akitt currently serves as a Director at Georgia Gulf Corp. and he previously served as a Director of Cytec Industries Inc. and Dofasco Inc. Mr. Akitt holds a BASc degree in chemical engineering from the University of Toronto and resides in Bonita Springs, Florida.

Charles L. (Jerry) Henry is a member of the Board of Directors of Georgia Gulf Corporation, and is the retired Chairman and CEO of Johns Manville Corporation.

Wayne Sales is a member of the Board of Directors of Georgia Gulf Corporation. He is the retired President and CEO of Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited.

Yoshi Kawashima is a member of the Board of Directors of Georgia Gulf Corporation. Mr. Kawashima is currently president, YK Resources, and has served as chairman and chief executive officer, Reichhold, Inc.
