Kathleen A. Walters has served as a Director of the Company since July 2005. Walters is Group President - U.S. Retail Tissue and International Consumer Products at Georgia-Pacific Corp. She had been President of the North American Commercial Business for Georgia-Pacific Corp. since 2004. Before joining Georgia-Pacific, Walters served as President and CEO of Sappi Fine Paper North America from 2002 to 2004. She began her career at Chase Manhattan Bank in 1973 and joined Scott Paper Company in 1978, performing in a variety of financial and business management roles for 17 years. After Scott Paper was acquired by Kimberly-Clark Corp. in 1995, Walters spent six years with Kimberly-Clark, primarily as President. She holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Syracuse University and a master's of business administration degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Steven J. Klinger President and Chief Operating Officer Steven J. Klinger is president and chief operating officer for Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation. He is also a member of the company’s board of directors. Klinger joined Smurfit-Stone in May 2006 from Georgia-Pacific, where he most recently served as executive vice president of packaging, pulp and global procurement. During his 23-year career at Georgia-Pacific, Klinger provided strategic leadership that was marked by numerous achievements. Over a six-year period beginning in 2000, Klinger led a team that transformed the packaging business at Georgia-Pacific from industry-average returns on assets and returns on sales to an industry-leading performance. Klinger played key roles in more than $10 billion of transactions as both corporate development director and executive vice president. He led the successful initiative to centralize global purchasing. When he joined Smurfit-Stone, Klinger began leading Smurfit-Stone’s operations through the company’s three-year transformation program, which includes upgrading the leadership talent, improving the company’s ability to meet customers’ needs, reducing the company’s cost structure, scaling operations, improving technology, specializing the manufacturing process, eliminating redundancies, and aligning sales and marketing. Klinger is a graduate of Georgia State University, with a degree in accounting, and Duke University’s Advanced Management Program. In June 2008, Klinger was appointed to the board of directors of Navistar International Corporation.

Douglas M. Keim is vice president of innovation and chief marketing officer for Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation. Keim joined the company in January 2007. He is responsible for production innovation, marketing and business development. Specific areas of responsibility include research, product management, market analytics, design services and advertising. Prior to joining Smurfit-Stone, Keim served as vice president of insights and innovations for Dixie Retail and Food Service, a division of Georgia-Pacific, after serving as director of marketing and business development for the company’s containerboard and packaging groups. Keim has a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science from Messiah College in Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in counseling from Colorado Christian University.

Joe Kaiserlik received a master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Washington State University. He has worked in the engineered lumber industry for the past 28 years and has been involved with the codes and code evaluation reports at several companies over the past 20 years. Joe is currently the Product Development Manager for engineered lumber at Georgia-Pacific Corporation. Prior to coming to Georgia-Pacific he worked for an industrial (non-structural) laminated veneer lumber (LVL) manufacturer and previous to that was involved in starting up several structural LVL manufacturers. During his early career in the industry he was extensively involved in developing and implementing the ultrasonic veneer grading technology currently in use today. Joe is actively involved in several engineered lumber industry groups including the Wood I-joist Manufacturers Association (WIJMA), APA Technical Advisory Committee, several ASTM committees and the American Forest and Paper Association's Wood Design Structural Committee.

Barry Jens is a Senior Project Consultant, specializing in Mechanical Engineering and Project Management on boilers, turbines, steam and compressed air systems, ventilation and energy efficiency projects. Mr. Jens has over 38 years of experience in industry including 4 years at Pearl Engineering and as a Power Production Engineer for Nekoosa Papers (Georgia-Pacific Corporation/now Domtar Industries) at their Nekoosa Mill and as an in-house Consultant to Stora Enso North America on the installation and startup of a turbine-generator and boiler feed water system at their Stevens Point Mill and as an Independent Consultant to the Paper Industry. Mr. Jens is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with Bachelors and Masters of Science Degrees in Mechanical Engineering and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin.

Mr. Hagan is a Chemical Engineer with over 25 years of pulp and paper, chemicals, and chlorine manufacturing experience with Georgia-Pacific Corporation (G-P). Mr. Hagan is a recognized national expert in the safe handling of a number of regulated hazardous substances. While at G-P, he held several process engineering and operating positions in the pulp mill and chlorine plant. Mr. Hagan managed G-P's chlorine plant for several years and was responsible for developing and implementing all chemical handling safety procedures. He is a Certified Hazardous Material Technician and Hazmat Incident Commander and is certified to perform Process Hazard Analyses, and develop and audit process safety management systems. He was responsible for developing and implementing G-P's risk management and Emergency Response Program. He was a member of G-P's Corporate Risk Management Steering Committee.

Cynthia Bateman comes to Fios after spending more than 13 years with Georgia-Pacific, most recently serving as the global privacy and e-discovery director. As a senior manager in Fios Consulting, Bateman is adept at developing and implementing e-discovery programs that are legally defensible, cost efficient and in compliance with regulatory and court-defined rules. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, she earned her paralegal certification from the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta and is certified by the Paralegal Advanced Competency Exam (PACE). Bateman is a frequent speaker and contributor on best practices and challenges related to legal holds tracking, data accessibility and collections. She is an active member of The Sedona Conference, participating in both Working Group 1 focused on electronic document retention and production and in Working Group 6 focused on international electronic information management, discovery and disclosure.

David (Dave) Modi is vice president of government and public affairs for American Standard Companies, having joined the company in January 2003. He is responsible for shaping and leading the $9.5 billion company's public policy initiatives globally, representing American Standard's viewpoint on legislation and regulations that affect its businesses. Dave has more than 20 years' experience in public and government affairs. He joins American Standard from Georgia Pacific Corporation, a leading global manufacturer and distributor of tissue, pulp, paper, packaging, building products and related chemicals, where he served most recently as vice president of government affairs. During his 12-year career with Georgia Pacific, Modi directed the company's U.S. lobbying activity, developed its political action committee and led an array of diverse, high profile issue management projects including Superfund legislation. Earlier in his career, he worked for DuPont, the science and technology company, as an environmental attorney and lobbyist. A graduate of the University of Iowa, Dave holds a law degree from the University of North Carolina.

Jan Vollmer, Lab Manager - Jan has prior experience with British Petroleum and Georgia-Pacific in a lab environment. Jan also has prior experience with ethanol and petroleum fuels testing.

John has been in Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan construction materials sales since 1984, and began supporting the efforts of Seward Sales Corporation. In 1990 in the Northern Indiana Territory. His construction influences come from the distribution, subcontracting, installation business and design. He has worked with different construction trades and owners on many institutional projects in Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan from Nuclear Power Plants to Religious Centers, servicing their needs for building material solutions. He presently supports the Sales, Marketing, Bidding Process and Technical Support through Seward Sales Corporation for several nationally recognized building materials such as Dow Chemical's Building Materials, Georgia Pacific's Glass Mat Gypsum products and Sarnafil Corporations PVC single ply membranes for commercial roofing and waterproofing. He also supports the residential building products division for the Dow Chemical Company. Owners and Design professionals can be comfortable with the reputation and expertise that John brings to the construction Process. John is a Construction Documents Technologist and member of Construction Specification Institute. He has been mentored in the influences of building design from the design professionals he has served in Northern Indiana for all these years. This makes his contribution to the building product selection deep rooted in the history of design principals and the area he serves. John Warren is happily married to Leann Wagner. They have a family of exotic birds from an Eclectus to a Yellow Nape Amazon and a few smaller birds in between. When he finds the time, John enjoys painting and music while Leann enjoys traveling and remodeling.

Matt works closely with clients to provide consulting services on Internet and intranet strategies, publication management, research and measurement and using communication vehicles effectively. He also directs Davis & Company s internal systems, financial, web technology and creative services. Matt has won numerous awards for his work and helped build the company s technology, graphics and web design groups. He has led successful web projects for Aetna, Sanofi-Aventis, Georgia-Pacific, and many other organizations. In addition, Matt is a skilled writer, editor and designer who managed employee publications for Johnson & Johnson, Roche, Pharmacia, Prudential and others. His knowledge of writing, corporate communication, strategic consulting and web technology provides a perspective that is unique to the industry.

Mr.Menard is the creator of GenSight's Decision Excellence process methodology, which he has implemented working with senior executives of global customers across a variety of industries, including various subsidiaries and business units of Johnson & Johnson, Georgia Pacific and Toro. Prior to co-founding the GenSight Group, Mr. Menard was a founding partner of the Atlantis Group, a consulting firm focused on the design, implementation and adoption of criteria-based decision-making for large corporations. Mr. Menard brings a varied background as an executive with particular expertise in the areas of engineering, research and development, and operations. Mr. Menard held several domestic and international leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson (J&J) where, over a 25 year career, he conceived, launched and managed a number of new products and technologies, and was awarded 15 U.S. and multiple international patents. Immediately prior to leaving J&J in 1997, Mr. Menard was Vice President of Worldwide Engineering, where he chartered, created and developed a global technical organization responsible for new technology and process development, R&D support, new product introductions and capital allocation for operations in 44 countries. Mr. Menard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences from Governor's State University.

Pamela leads IntelliSoft's Business Development Division, specializing in program design and planning, training-needs analysis, and custom content development. Her division provides executive level coaching and complete turnkey training solutions. With over ten years experience in teaching and training combined with seven years in corporate sales, advertising and public relations, Pamela speaks the language of trainers, business managers, and executives - and works easily with them all. She has extensive experience consulting with such clients as Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, United States Postal Service, Intercontinental Hotels, Interface Corporation, Atlanta Regional Commission, Georgia-Pacific, and many others. Pamela holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from Ithaca College, a teaching degree from Holy Family College in English, and a Master's degree from the University of South Florida in Communication. Pamela is a communications specialist and facilitates many of IntelliSoft's communication, leadership, and presentation workshops.

Louis Sullivan served as U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services from 1989 to 1993. Prior to and following his service as HHS Secretary, he was President of Morehouse School of Medicine, which he now serves as President Emeritus. He is co-chair of The Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS. A graduate of Morehouse College, he earned his medical degree from Boston University, and is certified in internal medicine and hematology. The recipient of 45 honorary degrees, he served on the faculties of the medical schools at Harvard, Seton Hall, and Boston universities before arriving at Morehouse in 1975. He was also the founding president of the Association of Minority Health Professions Schools.
