Mr. Justin L. Stratton, P.E., is the GeoTek - Las Vegas Chief Engineer and a registered civil engineer in Nevada. Mr. Stratton has experience in a wide variety of projects involving geotechnical and materials and construction inspection fields. His experience in the geotechnical design includes high rise condominium projects, earth fill dam design, roadway pavement design, major residential developments, commercial and industrial projects, airports, and hillside grading projects. Mr. Bill Taylor P.E. is the Branch Manager for the Las Vegas office and Area Manager for our Boise office. In addition to managing branch operations, Mr. Taylor also provides materials engineering consulting services. Materials experiences include projects with construction costs exceeding $2,000,000,000 and those requiring a single test. Mr. Ryne Stoker, P.E., is a principal of GeoTek with over 20 years experience. His professional experience includes a wide variety of development projects requiring geotechnical, environmental and material engineering services. He has been involved with commercial, industrial and residential tract development, insurance and forensic evaluations, landslide investigations, coastal developments, Environmental Site Assessments and blast monitoring. Mr. Stoker is also experienced in evaluating and providing recommendations for deep excavations requiring shoring, dewatering, and underpinning.
