Mr. Justin L. Stratton, P.E., is the GeoTek - Las Vegas Chief Engineer and a registered civil engineer in Nevada. Mr. Stratton has experience in a wide variety of projects involving geotechnical and materials and construction inspection fields. His experience in the geotechnical design includes high rise condominium projects, earth fill dam design, roadway pavement design, major residential developments, commercial and industrial projects, airports, and hillside grading projects. Mr. Stratton has expertise in geotechnical design for conventional and post-tension foundations, soil stabilazation, foundations in expansive soils, caissons, retaining walls, seismic analysis, design of reinforced earth slopes and mechanically stabilized earth walls, slope stability, seepage, roller compacted concrete mix designs, soil cement mix designs. Mr. Stratton has extensive experience performing construction materials inspections and testing. Mr. Stratton has managed testing laboratories and field inspections for the materials testing and inspection of seven hazardous or industrial waste landfills projects, high-rise hotels, airports, gold mines, commercial, and industrial structures, residential developments, highways, roadways, earth-fill dams, landfill construction, and below groundwater earth fills. Mr. Stratton has expertise in inspections and field and laboratory testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, masonry, stucco, soil cement, and reinforcing steel. Mr. Stratton has received certifications from American Concrete Institute and International Building Code Officials for testing and inspections. Mr. Stratton served as the Las Vegas American Concrete Institute Vice President and is an American Concrete Institute approved examiner for ACI Field and Laboratory Certifications as well as other ACI certifications such as concrete finishing. Additionally Mr. Stratton has been a Structural Inspections Building Code instructor at Community College of Southern Nevada.

Mr. Bill Taylor P.E. is the Branch Manager for the Las Vegas office and Area Manager for our Boise office. In addition to managing branch operations, Mr. Taylor also provides materials engineering consulting services. Materials experiences include projects with construction costs exceeding $2,000,000,000 and those requiring a single test. Projects have included: roadways, airports, dams, high and low rise structures, mines, power plants, water and wastewater treatment and transmission, storm water detention, control, and transmission, bridges, and erosion control. Materials have included: portland cement concrete, bituminous concrete, roller compacted concrete, soil cement, cement treated base, controlled low strength material, soils, aggregates, structural steel, wood, deep foundations, and others. Mr. Taylor has been Chief Materials Engineer of a company with over 1,500 employees, providing technically related consulting for construction materials engineering and testing and has published technical papers related to controlled low strength materials and flexural strength testing of concrete. Mr. Taylor is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM), the American Concrete Institute (ACI), and the American Public Works Association. Mr. Taylor is on ASTM Committee C09 on Concrete and Concrete Aggregates, Committee D04 on Road and Paving Materials, Subcommittee D04.23 on Plant Mixed Bituminous Surfaces and Bases, and Subcommittee D04.95 on Quality Control, Inspection, and Testing Agencies. Mr. Taylor has been appointed to the Construction Industry Panel of Arbitrators by the American Arbitration Association, is an appointed member of the Cement Industry Advisory Panel of the Portland Cement Association, and was a certified welding inspector by the American Welding Society.

Mr. Andrew E. Bowman, P.E. is the Infrastructure program Manager for GeoTek, and the Area Manager for the Vista, California office. Mr. Bowman is a registered professional engineer in California and Nevada with over 18 years of geotechnical, environmental, and civil engineering experience. Mr. Bowman's experience includes administrative functions such as contract administration, business development, and personnel supervision and training, as well as technical functions such as project management, quality assurance/quality control of engineering services and published documents, and maintaining knowledge of advancements in technologies. Mr. Bowman has also been responsible for the implementation of risk management policies and procedures, as well as maintaining and exceeding planned financial growth for several offices within a multi-state region. Mr. Bowman has provided engineering consultation for all phases of both private and public works construction projects including but not limited to: residential, commercial, and industrial developments; low-rise and high-rise structures; educational facilities; power plants, transmission lines and substations; flood control projects; small and large diameter pipelines; flexible and rigid pavements; roadways and bridges; and airport structures and pavements (for both light and heavy aircraft). Additional experience includes providing consultation for shallow and deep foundation design, geologic hazards and mitigation, seismic analyses, temporary and permanent slope stability analyses, earthwork and grading, temporary and permanent dewatering systems; retaining structures, dynamic loading of soil, and forensic studies.

Mr. David Waite is the Branch Manager of the Idaho office and a registered professional engineer (P.E.) in the states of Idaho and Nevada. Mr. Waite has over 10 years of geotechnical engineering and construction management experience as well as environmental service experience for commercial, public works, transportation, hotel, and residential projects. His experience for various projects includes materials testing, settlement analysis, bearing capacity analysis, pavement design, retaining wall design, slope stability analysis, percolation testing, and forensic investigations as well as value engineering, plans and specification review, identifying construction and design errors, and production progress tracking and final reports. Mr. Waite serves as the Geotechnical Department Manager as well as provides support and management for the construction materials testing and environmental services.

Mr. Edward H. LaMont, C.E.G., is the GeoTek - Riverside Branch Manager and a certified engineering geologist in the State of California, and is also a registered environmental assessor. Mr. LaMont has over 18 years of experience in geotechnical and environmental projects across southern California. Mr. LaMont's experience covers most aspects of earthwork construction. He has been involved with a wide variety of project sites, including fault, landslide and liquifaction hazards, as well as deep fill, cut, slope stabilization and settlement sensitive properties. Mr. LaMont has also performed governmental agency geotechnical review for compliance with geotechnical industry standards. Presently, Mr. LaMont provides project management and support for all aspects of the Riverside branch projects, and ensures quality service and client satisfaction.

Mr. Dan Barnett is a GeoTek principal and serves the company as Executive Vice President of Client Development. Mr. Barnett has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing working with international, national and regional firms. His experience lies mainly in client relationships and satisfaction, proposal preparation, marketing, budgeting and client maintenance. Mr. Barnett provides sales and marketing support for all GeoTek offices with his primary focus being the southern California market. He is a member of the BIA, AIA, NAIOP and The Downtown San Diego Partnership. Mr. Barnett also sits on the Board of the Rancho YMCA and is actively involved in the support of the San Diego SWAT Officers Association.

Mr. Ryne Stoker, P.E., is a principal of GeoTek with over 20 years experience. His professional experience includes a wide variety of development projects requiring geotechnical, environmental and material engineering services. He has been involved with commercial, industrial and residential tract development, insurance and forensic evaluations, landslide investigations, coastal developments, Environmental Site Assessments and blast monitoring. Mr. Stoker is also experienced in evaluating and providing recommendations for deep excavations requiring shoring, dewatering, and underpinning. He has extensive experience installing and monitoring different types of geotechnical instrumentation. His responsibilities have also included inspecting and performing testing related to grading, backfill, concrete, post-tensioned structures, masonry structures, etc. Mr. Stoker has evaluated and inspected piles, mats, caissons, post-tension structures, and conventional foundation systems. He also has a significant background in the field of applied hydrogeology, evaluating groundwater flow, recharge and safe yield, as applied in the management of groundwater resources. Mr. Stoker has evaluated material hardness on several projects and assessed chemical concentrations in soils and their potential effects on proposed improvements from a geotechnical perspective. He also has extensive experience analyzing soft soil sites subject to excessive settlements (primary and secondary) and the phenomena of hydro-consolidation, dynamic settlements and liquefaction. In addition to Mr. Stoker's technical expertise, he is experienced at project management, developing client relations, working with governmental agencies, and as a member of the client's consulting team.

Mr. Timothy Metcalfe is a GeoTek principal and certified engineering geologist (C.E.G.) in the state of California. Mr. Metcalfe has over 26 years of geological experience, covering a broad spectrum in geology, engineering geology, and environmental studies. He has vast experience in all aspects of earthwork construction, which include deep excavations, shoring systems, reinforced earth design, and drainage design. Mr. Metcalfe has also provided expert testimony in state and federal courts. He provides management and technical support in addition to hands-on participation for complex engineering projects in the San Diego area.
