Dave brings more than 21 years of operating experience in the software, Internet commerce, and wireless markets. He began his career as one of the early team members at Solectron, a $16 billion market leader in electronics manufacturing. Dave was also founder and managing partner of The Ascent Group: a strategy consult serving firms like Intel, Microsoft, Sun, Bell Atlantic, Fujitsu and Marimba. He is a co-founder at GeoTrust, and during his tenure as an OVP partner, he served on the board of @mobile prior to its acquisition by software.com.

Joan joined GeoTrust with more than 20 years of experience in high technology marketing and sales. She has developed a solid background in marketing strategy, communications, branding and demand-generation programs working for both emerging and large, established international companies. Prior to joining GeoTrust, Joan was Vice President of Marketing at VFA, Inc., an application service provider offering capital planning solutions to large enterprises and government agencies. Prior to VFA, she held senior marketing management positions involving strategic planning, product positioning, channel marketing and partnership development. Her track record, which includes two IPOs, reflects leadership at companies such as RSA Security, MCK Communications, Avid Technology, PictureTel Corporation, Convergent Networks and Autographix, Inc. Joan holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
