Mr. Livingstone became a Senior Vice President of Getty Images, in addition to his existing role as Chief Executive Officer iStockphoto, in May 2007 and moved to our headquarters in Seattle in December 2007. In August 2007, Mr. Livingstone was given additional responsibility for the Getty Images technology organization and added to his title Senior Vice President, Technology. He initially joined Getty Images in February 2006 as Chief Executive Officer of iStockphoto when Getty Images acquired iStockphoto Inc., a company Mr. Livingstone founded in 2000. Mr. Livingstone has started several other companies, including Evolvs Media Inc. and Paper Thin Walls Inc., the assets of each of which were also recently acquired by Getty Images.

Jeff Dunn serves as chief financial officer and senior vice president, overseeing all financial management activities at Getty Images. Dunn is responsible for developing and administering the company's financial policies and operations, including accounting and reporting, tax planning, treasury activities, royalties and internal controls. He is a key member of the management team with extensive merger and acquisition experience, advising on strategic business decisions that will continue to establish the company's long-term goals. Prior to joining Getty Images, Dunn began his career as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche, focusing on large, publicly-traded companies. Later he served as assistant controller at Tektronix, a leader in test and measurement equipment. Dunn joined Getty Images in 2001 as vice president of finance and controller, leading system implementations and acquisition integrations. He was promoted to his current position in July 2008.

Mr. Oberdorf has served as a director of the Company since 2004. Since June 2006, Mr. Oberdorf has been Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Getty Images Inc., the world’s leading creator and distributor of still imagery, footage and multi-media products, as well as a recognized provider of other forms of premium digital content, including music. From March 2002 through June 2006, Mr. Oberdorf was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of CMGI, Inc., a supply chain management, marketing distribution and ecommerce solutions company, where he served as a consultant from November 2001 through February 2002. From February 1999 through October 2001, Mr. Oberdorf was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bertelsmann AG’s subsidiary, BeMusic Direct, a direct-to-consumer music sales company. From January 1981 through January 1999, Mr. Oberdorf served in various capacities at Readers Digest Association, Inc., most recently as Vice President Global Books & Home Entertainment-Finance.

Lisa Calvert serves as senior vice president of human resources and facilities, overseeing all aspects of Getty Images' diverse global workforce. Her responsibilities include directing and leading global initiatives and programs that align with the company's objectives, including staffing, employee and leadership development, employee relations, compensation and benefits. Calvert has over twenty years of experience in the human resources field. She began her career at Howard Johnson & Company, a benefits and actuarial consulting firm. Prior to Getty Images, Calvert spent eleven years with the Harris Group Inc., a consulting firm in Seattle, and ultimately served as head of human resources there. She joined Getty Images in 2000 as vice president, human resources for North America, and later assumed responsibility for facilities in 2004. By 2006, Calvert was responsible for Getty Images' global human resources and facilities operations. Calvert was promoted to senior vice president, human resources and facilities in April 2008.

Patrick Flynn serves as senior vice president of Technology at Getty Images, overseeing all facets of technology and content management. This role includes ensuring the delivery in near-real time of millions of the best still and moving imagery from photographers and filmmakers around the world on a daily basis. Getty Images technology supports nearly 200 million page views monthly served up to 10 million users. The team has been awarded multiple patents for its search, linguistic, and visual image processing technology. Patrick has more than 23 years of experience in the technology field, including management positions at FedEx and Fruit of the Loom Ltd. Before joining Getty Images, Patrick was vice president and chief information officer of PACCAR Inc., where he managed all information technology activities globally. Patrick joined Getty Images in August 2004.

Steve Heck is the senior vice president of technology, responsible for leading the continued development and execution of Getty Images' overall technology strategy and vision. He oversees the global technology infrastructure to best serve Getty Images' customers, and explores new business and technology opportunities. Heck brings over fifteen years of information systems-related experience to Getty Images. Prior to Getty Images, Heck was a database engineer for Photodisc which was later acquired by Getty Images. His career at Getty Images includes director of enterprise architecture, vice president of architecture and emerging technologies, and vice president of web technology. Heck assumed his current role in April 2008.

Photographer Adam Lubroth has been living and working in Spain for the past 18 years and specializes in portraiture, advertising, corporate and location photography. Adam is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design and in the course of his work, has traveled extensively, both within Europe and globally. Some of these destinations include Portugal, France, the UK, Italy, Turkey and the Ukraine. He has also worked in Morocco, Nigeria, Tanzania, South Africa, The Middle East and Asia. Adam has worked with Getty Images for over six years and describes his approach to his work as a combination of making every assignment exciting and at the same time meeting the demands of the client. Improvisation, adaptability, great lighting and the enjoyment of working with people are the ingredients used to obtain dynamic solutions for each project.

When not shooting, Adam loves playing guitar with friends and enjoys outdoor sports. Although currently fascinated with tennis, Adam is always looking for more opportunities to surf and snowboard. Adam splits his time between Los Angeles and New York, where he resides with his wife and daughter.

Aditya Kapoor started his exploration with the camera years back. It was an obvious culmination of his two great passions, Travel and Photography. He grew up hiking, camping, and biking to tough terrains and lesser-known regions of India. He nearly always packed his camera during these journeys. Belonging to a heritage country like India gave him a ready-made potpourri of diverse communities, architectural marvels, nature and different traditions waiting to be explored. As a photographer he seeks to capture his own experiences and unique perspective. He wants to live each moment and capture that fraction of a second, which makes a moment 'unforgettable'. He believes that there is no subject or idea which is mundane; it is up to the vision and the interpreter, to seek the subject and bring forth a new dimension of it. His background as a graphic designer lends him the ability to understand the language and impact of his subject and translating the story with composition, texture, and aesthetics. Adrian Bradshaw has been based in Asia for almost 2 decades. With an academic background in Chinese and Economics he is well prepared to cover the world's most rapidly developing region. Specializing in location work for demanding corporate clients, he has worked in every province of China and most countries around Asia. As the first accredited freelance photographer in China in the 1980s, he is a self-starter with the necessary skills to work in a difficult environment where political and cultural considerations always play an important part. Portraiture, whether of the President of a nation or a company, a movie celebrity or a farmer, is all in a day's work for Adrian. Adrian is motivated by a desire to communicate how people of all kinds live and work in this dynamic region. Al Bello began his career photographing boxing on the weekends while toiling in London Publishing?s dark room during the week. Since joining Allsport/Getty Images in 1993, Al has become a Senior Photographer assigned to cover sporting events and people in sport worldwide. Al's favorite events covered include the Super Bowl, World Series, Stanley Cup and World Cup Soccer. He has covered two Winter and Summer Olympic Games, the US Open, French Open and Wimbledon. Alex Livesey specializes in sports photography and has been shooting professionally since 1992. He joined Allsport/Getty Images in 1997; since then he has won Nikon Sports Photographer of the year and has had highly commended and honorable mentions in the IOC and UK Sports Council awards. After Alex graduated with a HND in Documentary photography from Newport College, Wales, he found he had a particular passion for sports photography. He moved to London to pursue this as his career.

Algis Puidokas-Kim has long seen the world as a wondrous hunting ground in which to capture images of exceptional and timeless elegance. Such an elevated aesthetic sensibility led him almost inevitably into fashion and beauty photography. After artistic studies in his native Lithuania, Algis moved to Paris in 2001 to develop his young career. Based in Istanbul, Turkey, photographer Ali Kabas specializes in fine art, corporate, worldwide travel and underwater photography. Ali was born in 1957 into a family involved in the arts. He completed his business and art education in the United States. He holds WPI BS and Columbia MBA degrees. Ali gives complete and reliable film and digital photographic services of the highest quality to his clients in his studio and on location. He loves creative lighting and capturing what is invisible to the human eye. His technical capabilities are in par with modern technology. Photojournalist Amy Toensing has been on assignment for national and international publications such as National Geographic, The New York Times, Newsweek, Time and The Boston Globe. Amy began her professional career in 1994 as a staff photographer at her hometown paper, The Valley News, in Hanover, New Hampshire. She then worked three years in Washington, D.C., covering the White House and Capitol Hill for The New York Times. In 1998, Toensing left D.C. to work on her master's degree in visual communication at Ohio University. Since 2000, she has been freelancing for editorial publications and private organisations. Amy's stories are intimate essays reflecting the lives of ordinary people. In Puerto Rico, she portrayed the diverse cultural heritage of an island influenced by outside rule for over 500 years (National Geographic, March 2003). Her coverage of Monhegan Island, a winter lobstering and artist community 12 miles off the Maine coast (National Geographic, July 2001), documented the way of life on this remote island outpost. A photograph from this story won second place in the International Pictures of the Year competition, portrait division. In 1998, Amy worked on a personal project looking at the impact of welfare reform through the life of a single mother and her three children struggling to get by. An image from this story won an award of excellence from the Pictures of the Year competition. Amy has also worked for private organisations to photograph events in her documentary style. The Rainbow Push Coalition hired her to cover Reverend Jesse Jackson's campaign for economic stability throughout Appalachia and Mississippi. Amy also covered Jackson on his trip to Belgrade, Yugoslavia, which resulted in the release of prisoners of war from Slobodan Milosevic's military in 1999. In 2003, Amy was named the Photographic Alumni Fellow at the SALT Center for Documentary Field Studies in Portland, Maine, where she continued a long-term project on Muslim teenage girls living in western culture. Recently, she photographed the parks of Paris for a story about the importance of urban green space for National Geographic (October 2006). It was her eighth story for the magazine. Amy is a contributing photographer for Getty Images and lives in Michigan.

Andrew Loiterton came to Hong Kong in 1993 after completing his studies in Sydney, Australia. After a number of years working in Design firms, Andrew decided it was high time to down tools and attribute due attention to his long-time passion, photography. The subject matter of Andrew's photography is reflective of his diverse interests. His professional assignments have taken him from the heights of fashion to the peaks of the Himalaya, from overheated studios in Hong Kong to the frozen tundra of Alaska. Andrzej Koziar is a native of Poland. While the initial period of his artistic career was primarily dedicated to painting and graphic design, he was enchanted by photographic expression and in time photography became his main passion. Currently he resides in Poland and from his studio he specialises in editorial, travel and fashion photography.

Andy Rain is a British photographer who took up photography while traveling Asia during the late 1980s. He has focused the body of his work on the human struggle in Africa, Asia, the Balkans and the Middle East. His view that, ?the most tragic of all struggles is one that goes unnoticed,? compels him to work in some of the world's most dangerous places. "It's easy to turn a blind eye to other peoples problems, but by covering such issues, I hope to prevent indifference in myself and if possible in others too. If I can make people think through my work, then I will have achieved what I set out to do." Bert Bostelmann is a graduated photographer. His degree was awarded in Photojournalism in Bielefeld, Germany, in 1988. Bert has been based in Frankfurt, Germany, since 1994. His range of experience spans both portraiture and reportage. His empathy and exercise of complete discretion stands out in his work. He prefers to shoot in 35mm format, both digitally and film based, or in medium format film. On location, he uses both available light and advanced lighting techniques.

Although based in Jordan, Bill travels frequently on assignment to the Arab Gulf states of Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Egypt , Lebanon and further afield with recent assignments in Turkey. Bill resides in Jordan with his wife and son and enjoys travel when not on assignment.

Grant Faint is a Canadian photographer who has been shooting stock full-time since 1984 with The Image Bank and Gettyimages. Having started his career as a TV Newscameraman in Vancouver he has traveled to over 80 countries in the past 32 years. In 2004 he began a video project to mark his 50th birthday, a retrospective DVD showing him at work around the globe and highlighting 450 of his best images. The film SOGNARE which is italian for to dream quickly became a fundraising tool for an orphan's program in Tanzania, children who have lost parents due to HIV/AIDS. The film has been shown publicly in five cities around the world with all ticket sales going to a Canadian NGO working on the ground in Tanzania. The money is used to help feed ,cloth, and school the orphans. Faint has begun work on a second film this past year, CREDERE or to believe. So far he has filmed animal life in Tanzania and Kenya and recently was in Burkino Faso and Niger to document a Nomadic festival in the southern Sahara .The beauty and wis

John Moore is a photojournalist for Getty Images. Moore won the 2007 Robert Capa Gold Medal Award from the Overseas Press Club of America for his photograph capturing the assassination of Benazir Bhutto and received this year's Best of Photojournalism Award from the National Press Photographers Association. Before joining Getty, Moore was a staff photographer with the Associated Press and was on a team that won the 2005 Pulitzer Prize in Breaking News Photography for their coverage of the war in Iraq. Having lived in Nicaragua, India, South Africa, Mexico, Egypt and Pakistan, as well as the United States, Moore estimates that he's worked in over 80 countries throughout his career.

MARC SEROTA is a contract photographer with Getty Images in Boca Raton, Florida. Serota has been in photojournalism since 1986 covering world championship events and major news stories that include the Olympics, Super Bowl and the World Series as well as Presidential debates, Campaigns and elections, the Elian Gonzalez sage, Taliban Prisoneers at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and major disasters and hurricanes including Katrina. In addition, Murrell oversees the operation of Getty Images' London office, the company's second largest office. Murrell has an extensive career in the photography industry. After studying photography at the Guilford College of Art & Design, Murrell joined Allsport in 1977 as a sport photographer. When Allsport was acquired by Getty Images in 1998, Murrell joined as UK joint managing director of Allsport and later became vice president operations, news and sport. Murrell was appointed senior vice president of editorial imagery in April 2008.

Mr. Garb has been a Director since February 1998 and served as a Director of Getty Communications Limited, our predecessor, from May 1996 to February 1998. Mr. Garb also served as a Director of Getty Investments L.L.C. from June 1996 until October 2003. Mr. Garb currently is of counsel to the law firm of Loeb & Loeb LLP, where he has practiced since 1968. Mr. Garb is also a Fellow of the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel, a Director of the Kane Educational and Research Foundation, Treasurer and Board Member of Success Through the Arts Foundation, a Board Member of Crohn s & Colitis Foundation of America, and Trustee of the J. David Gladstone Institutes, a nonprofit medical research organization.

Mr. Bailey received his BA degree magna cum laude from Harvard University in 1969, after which he enrolled in the first class of Harvard Business and Harvard Law Schools? joint program. There in 1973 he received his MBA and JD degrees from Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School, respectively. Upon graduation, Mr. Bailey, along with co-founder Hunter Lewis formed Cambridge Associates to provide investment and financial planning to nonprofit, endowed institutions.
