Shay Alster, AIA was named Partner in 2006 after being named Senior Associate in 2002 and has been with the firm since 1997. He leads the firm in Project Management, Code and Zoning Issues and Computer Technology. Alster has been instrumental in the firm's growth in New York City based multi-family apartment and townhouse development. Shay Alster AIA has been Partner in-Charge for several large urban developments in Harlem, New York, including entire city blocks such as Manhattan Court Condominiums and Brownstone Lane Townhouse Apartments and Site 10 Condominium Apartments Shay Alster has been a Project Manager at GF55 Partners LLP for the Lilli's Court Apartment Building, the Madison Court Development, the Vacant Buildings 2000 Program and the Triangle Court Apartment Buildings. Alster was a Project Architect at GF55 for the Bnai Jeshurun Addition and Repair and the Solomon Schechter Day School. Prior to joining GF55, Alster also worked as an Architectural Designer with RKK&G / The Museum Group in NYC (1995-6) where he was responsible for projects such as The Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico in San Juan and Ponce, The Museum of Natural History in NYC. While at Kupiec & Koutsomitis Architects P.C. (1996-8), Alster was also involved in the redevelopment of 42nd Street Time Square, NYC, the Port Authority Bus Terminal, the Rehabilitation of Carnegie Libraries. Shay Alster, AIA graduated from Pratt University, NYC in 1996 with a Bachelor of Architecture where he was awarded the Pratt Circle Award for Outstanding Academic Achievements. Earlier, Alster studied Design at the Center of Technology Education in Holon, Israel. He was a Captain in the Israeli Air Force and graduated from the Israeli Air Force Electronic Warfare Academy in 1988. Shay Alster, AIA is a member of the New York State Association of Affordable Housing. He is a registered Architect in New York and Florida and holds a certificate from the NCARB.

Paul Wang is a Senior Associate of GF55 Partners LLP and provides leadership in Multi- Family Residential Projects particularly in Design Development and Construction Documents. He directs CAD Technology. Paul Wang has been with GF55 since 2000 and was named Senior Associate in 2006. Paul Wang has been a Project Architect for the Manhattan Court, Brownstone Lane Townhouses, and Site 10 Condominium Apartments. Wang was Job Captain for the Madison Court Midrise and Townhouses, the Standfest House Addition, and for Supreme International Offices. Paul Wang holds a Master of Arch and Urban Design from Pratt Institute in 2000 and a B.A. in Landscape Arch. from the Fu-Jen Catholic University in Taipei in 1997. Wang was the recipient of the Award of Excellence in 1997.

Suzanna Takayama, AIA is a Senior Associate of GF55 Partners LLP and provides leadership in our Retail and Custom Residential projects particularly in the areas of Design, Office Management, Client Relations and Construction Administration. Ms. Takayama has been with GF55 Partners since 1996 and was named Senior Associate in 2002. Suzanna Takayama has been a Project Architect and Designer for the Johnson Trust/Trump International Tower Development and several custom residential projects. She has been the Project Architect for all Perry Ellis International projects, PNB Nation Offices, Supreme International Offices as well as the Greg Norman Collection Shop Program. Takayama graduated from Washington University with a B.A. and a Master of Arch. in 1996. She was awarded the J. W. Fitzgibbon Academic scholarship and the Cannon Academic Scholarship. She is a registered Architect in the state of New York.
