Phyllis Fleharty is the VP, Human Resources at GiftCertificates.com. An experienced human resources professional, Ms. Fleharty has 20 years of experience in the field. Previously, Ms. Fleharty has served as Organizational Capability/Safety Manager for Well's Dairy Inc, where she established, planned and coordinated all HR, safety, ergonomic and wellness activities. In addition, Ms. Fleharty has served as the Benefits Manager for Werner Enterprises, a Fortune 500 company with over 16,000 employees. Ms. Fleharty maintains professional affiliations with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Association of the Midlands (HRAM) where she severed on several board positions as well as President of this Super Mega SHRM Affiliate Chapter in 2005. Ms. Fleharty has attained numerous training, personality assessment, human resource and safety certifications.

Kelly Rocha is the Director of Middle Markets and External Sales at GiftCertificates.com. She brings in-depth sales knowledge with extensive experience anticipating and capitalizing on market trends, identifying profit potential and maximizing market share. Prior to joining GiftCertificates.com, Ms. Rocha served as Senior Manager, Business/Consumer Sales at Verizon Business where she created sales strategies and programs that lead a team to top sales honors. She also developed and implemented successful company-wide incentive programs.

Daniel Kittredge joined the board in January 2006 and is a Vice President at Berkley Capital where he has worked since 2003. Prior to Berkley Capital, Mr. Kittredge had six years of investment banking and private equity investing experience at Lazard Freres, Banc of America Securities and Whitney & Company. Mr. Kittredge has structured numerous equity and mezzanine investments, and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions in the financial services sector. Mr. Kittredge works closely with several current Berkley Capital portfolio companies and serves on the board of American Home Partners, Inc.

Jerry Pickholz joined the board in April of 2005. Mr. Pickholz currently serves on the board of Cenveo, Inc. and is Chairman of the Governance and Nominating Committee, previously serving as Chairman of the Auditing Committee. He was the founding Chairman and, for twenty years, the CEO of Ogilvy & Mather Direct Worldwide, the direct marketing arm of Ogilvy & Mather Advertising. He was responsible for forty offices, a staff of 2000 (the largest agency in the category) and $1 Billion in billings from such clients as American Express, AT&T, Sears, Microsoft, Shell Oil, and Intel. He retired as Chairman Emeritus, a title he still retains. He then started his own agency, Pickholz, Tweedy & Co. which he ran for five years before it was acquired by IPG, a major worldwide advertising agency. He earned a BBA in accounting at CUNY and spent his early business life as a CPA.

Mr. Richard Marcus was associated with Neiman Marcus for 27 years, serving as the company's Chief Executive from 1979 through 1988. When he left Neiman Marcus, he began to advise and assist small companies seeking to leverage the emerging e-commerce technologies and the Internet. He became an investor and director of XcelleNet, a leading provider of remote systems management software, which subsequently went public and was sold to Sterling Commerce in 1998. Mr. Marcus also co-founded an online shopping site and helped develop one of the earliest and most successful ISPs in Dallas, OnRamp Technologies. Subsequently, he took active advisory roles with GiftCertificates.com, The Castling Group, Home Portfolio, Novo, and 7thOnline. He was a Board member with Tactica, Avvantica CEO's prior venture, until its acquisition by Hitachi. Mr. Marcus is currently a member of the Board of Directors of four public companies: Zale Corporation, Michael's Stores, Lands' End and Fashionmall. Additionally, he was also a senior advisor to Peter J. Solomon Company, a New York Investment Banking company. Mr. Marcus is a graduate of Harvard College and the Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program. Mr. Marcus joined Avvantica's Board of Directors in November, 2002.

Sean O'Toole joined GiftCertificates.com as Chief Executive Officer and President in September 2006. O'Toole brings more than 15 years of experience in business management, sales and marketing to GiftCertificates.com, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Prepaid Services at Western Union. In this role he was responsible for the expansion of the prepaid card and payments business. Prior to this he led strategy formulation and business development as Chief Operating Officer for the Americas division of Western Union. Additionally, O'Toole spent five years with American Express, most recently as General Manager for Traveler's Cheques & Prepaid Services, North America, where he led the successful development of the prepaid card business. While at American Express, he also served as Vice President of Strategic Planning. O'Toole has also held several management positions within Progressive Insurance and was a consultant with McKinsey & Company. He holds a Masters degree from Yale University's School of Management and a Bachelor's degree from University of Limerick, Ireland.
