Mr. Sheirer is a Senior Vice President at Giuliani Partners and is New York City's former Commissioner of Emergency Management. Mr. Sheirer is a public safety expert with three decades of experience in law enforcement and crisis management, including having served as the Deputy Commissioner for Administration for the New York City Police Department and Chief of Staff to the Commissioner. Before joining the Police Department, Mr. Sheirer served in the New York City Fire Department for 20 years, with an emphasis on emergency communication issues, and rose to the level of Deputy Commissioner. In February of 2000, he was named Director of the Mayor's Office of Emergency Management where he was responsible for mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery for all emergency conditions requiring the involvement of multiple government agencies. Mr. Sheirer is a graduate of St. Francis College.

Mr. Connolly is a founding member and Managing Director of Giuliani Partners LLC. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Connolly served as Special Counsel to the New York City Law Department from 1997 to 2001. In this capacity, he represented the Giuliani Administration in myriad legal challenges to the various institutional reforms implemented by the Mayor. Mr. Connolly began his career as a prosecutor in the Office of the Manhattan District Attorney where he served for 8 years. In 1994, he joined the Administration of Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani as Counsel to the Criminal Justice Coordinator. In that position, he participated in the development of many of the reforms that revolutionized criminal justice in New York City. Mr. Connolly, a native New Yorker, is an Honors graduate of Hamilton College in Clinton, New York and a magna cum laude graduate of the American University School of Law in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Hatzimemos is a founding member and the Executive Managing Director of Giuliani Partners LLC. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hatzimemos served as Assistant Counsel to Mayor Giuliani. In this capacity, he represented the Mayor on the Board of Trustees of the NYC Police and Fire Pension Funds and the NYC Employees Deferred Compensation Fund. In addition, he was called upon to represent the City in critical negotiations with corporate leaders. Pasquale J. D'Amuro has been a member of our Board of Directors since April 2008. Since April 2005, Mr. D'Amuro has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Giuliani Security & Safety, a security consulting and investigative firm. Prior to that, from May 1979 to March 2005, he worked at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). On March 31, 2005, Mr. D'Amuro retired as the Assistant Director-In-Charge of the FBI's New York office. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Niagara University and Honorary Doctorate of Laws from Mercy College. He is currently a trustee of Mercy College.
