James G. Kelly serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Global Payments Inc. (NYSE:GPN), one of the world's leading payment processing companies. Mr. Kelly originally became CFO of NDC's Atlanta-based eCommerce division in April 2000. NDC eCommerce began operating as Global Payments Inc. in December 2000, and the new company spun off from National Data on February 1, 2001. Mr. Kelly has responsibility for the operations of the company and reports to Chairman and CEO, Paul R. Garcia. Prior to joining NDC eCommerce, Mr. Kelly served for ten years as Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal, a global professional services firm with an established leadership position in turnaround management and restructuring, and performance improvement consulting in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America. In this capacity, he held numerous operating and restructuring positions including CEO, COO, CRO and CFO, as well as Board positions working in a variety of public and private companies in a wide range of industries. Prior to Alvarez and Marsal, he was a manager in the merger and acquisitions group and the entrepreneurial services group of Ernst & Young. Mr. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and is a Certified Public Account and a member of the AICPA.

David Mangum is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Global Payments Inc. (NYSE:GPN). In this role, Mr. Mangum is responsible for all financial operations of the company, including accounting, tax, treasury, finance, internal audit, and investor relations. Previously, Mr. Mangum served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CheckFree Corporation, a leading global provider of financial electronic commerce services and products. CheckFree was acquired by Fiserv Inc. in December 2007 in a transaction valued at approximately $4.4 billion. Mr. Mangum represented CheckFree during diligence and negotiations and subsequently served as Executive Vice President of Fiserv prior to joining Global Payments. Mr. Mangum joined CheckFree in 1999 as Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting after serving as Vice President of Finance and Administration for the Managed Systems Division of Sterling Commerce, Inc. He also held management positions at XcelleNet, Inc. and The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. Mr. Mangum was named one of the best CFOs in America by Institutional Investor magazine.
"Kevin J. Schultz is Executive Vice President and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Global Payments Inc. (NYSE:GPN), one of the world's leading electronic transaction processing companies. Schultz is responsible for the company's domestic direct and indirect sales, its key customer support efforts and all worldwide marketing activities.
Prior to joining Global Payments, Mr. Schultz served for thirteen years with Visa USA. During his extensive career in the payments industry, Schultz was responsible for maintaining and growing the more than one trillion dollar Visa sales volume in the U.S., as well as growing and enhancing customer relationships, sales, implementations and customer support for Visa banks, merchants and data processors. Additionally, as Executive Vice President and General Manager for Visa Debit Processing, Schultz was responsible for forming and growing Visa's independent processing arm.
Previous to his position with Visa, Schultz served with Deluxe Data Systems in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he worked six years in its software and processing businesses. Prior to Deluxe, Schultz served as director of customer service at TYME, the statewide regional EFT network of Wisconsin. Schultz has 21 years experience in the debit payments processing business.
Schultz received his bachelor's of arts degree from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee and his master's degree from the School of International Affairs at Columbia University in New York City. "
As Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Communications for one of the world's leading payment processing providers, Mr. Schuessler oversees the human resource strategy and operations for the company's 5,000 employees in over 21 countries. He is also responsible for the company's branding, corporate marketing and communications initiatives. Mr. Schuessler reports to Paul R. Garcia, Global Payments' Chairman, President, and CEO. Mr. Schuessler joined Global Payments in February of 2005 as Vice President of Marketing and was subsequently promoted to Senior Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications later that year. He took over the leadership of Global's Human Resources initiatives in 2006. Prior to joining Global Payments, Mr. Schuessler served in several leadership positions with American Express, Inc. including Vice President, Global Purchasing Solutions with responsibility for managing the company's purchasing card business globally. Additionally, he served in various sales, marketing, strategy, and product management positions at American Express. Before joining American Express, Mr. Schuessler was employed with Wachovia BankCard Services. Mr. Schuessler is active in civic and community-focused organizations in Metropolitan Atlanta, where he is a member of the board of directors for both the American Red Cross and the Boys and Girls Clubs. He is also active in Atlanta's professional association of senior HR executives, the Human Resource Leadership Forum, as a member of the organization's board and executive committee. Mr. Schuessler holds a Bachelor's Degree from New York University and an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School. In 2002, he received the business school's "Outstanding Recent Alumni Award."

Jane Elliott is Vice President of Investor Relations for Global Payments, a leading provider of electronic transaction processing services. Jane joined Global Payments in October 2001. Mike is currently President of Sands Partners, Inc., a family investment business. He also serves on the board of directors of The Ann Taylor Company; as the only outside member of the board of directors of The North Highland Company, a rapidly growing, privately-owned management consulting company; and on the Aon Risk Services Company's Advisory Board. Mike recently retired from Ernst & Young after a 38-year career. For the past 8 years, he served as the Managing Partner of the Southeast Area, the largest of Ernst & Young's 12 U.S. areas, consisting of 17 offices and 2,500 people. Mike was recognized as one of the firm's key leaders and innovators in sales/marketing, human resources and change management matters. During his tenure, the Southeast Area was both the fastest growing and the most profitable area in E&Y. Because of his acknowledged leadership and management skills, he served as a managing partner for 28 or his 38-year career. He was also a member of Ernst & Young's 18-member Partner Advisory Council. Mike also served as a senior advisor to many of the firm's clients--both Fortune 500 as well as entrepreneurial companies. He participated in numerous board and audit committee meetings and interacted closely with founders, C-level executives and board members. Mike is a well connected and respected business leader in Atlanta, having served as an active board member in over a dozen key civic organizations. These include: Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Marist School, Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Central Atlanta Progress, Jekyll Island Foundation, Society of International Business Fellows, United Way and Atlanta Rotary. Mike is a graduate from St. Louis University in 1962 with a Bachelor of Science of Commerce degree in Industrial Relations. He joined Ernst & Young in St. Louis in June 1962. After serving in E&Y's National and Oklahoma City offices, he moved to Atlanta in 1976 to be the office-managing partner. Mike and his wife, Shirley, have been married 40 years and have 4 adult children and 1 grandson. Mike was born October 2, 1939 and is in excellent health. He enjoys golf, bird hunting, working out and music.

"General Edwin Burba received his commission from the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York. His professional military education includes the Infantry Officer Basic and Advanced Courses, Armed Forces Staff College and National War College. General Burba has commanded at the platoon, company, battalion and brigade levels in airborne, air assault and mechanized infantry units. He also commanded the 7th Infantry Division (Light) and the United States Army Infantry Center and School, General Burba also served as the Commanding General, Combined Field Army, Korea.

Gerald Wilkins formerly served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Atlanta-based AFC Enterprises, one of the world's premier restaurant and specialty food companies. During his seven years tenure at AFC, Wilkins led the company's successful IPO and Secondary Offerings and created a recapitalization plan, which strengthened the AFC balance sheet and lowered its borrowing costs. In addition, Wilkins also served as vice president of International Business Planning at KFC International in Louisville, Kentucky. While at KFC International, he developed strategic and annual operating plans, directed financial forecasting, developed a proposal to centralize production utilizing a new automated food service preparation system and completed two major acquisitions. Wilkins held several management positions at GE and GE Capital from 1985 to 1993, under the leadership of GE's CEO, Jack Welch. He began his career at GE as a Corporate Finance Analyst and assumed increasing levels of responsibility, including the position of Assistant Treasurer at GE Capital. Wilkins serves on the Board of Zoo Atlanta as well as on the Board of Trustees for The Lovett School. He is also a member of the Executive Leadership Council, 100 Black Men/Atlanta Chapter and a graduate of Leadership Atlanta, Class of 2002. "Ruth Ann Marshall is a member of the boards of American Standard Corporation (NYSE: ASD) and Pella Corporation. She is active in the community serving on the boards of several civic and academic organizations including The PGA First Tee and the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
In May 2006, Ruth Ann Marshall retired as president of the Americas, MasterCard International, where she was responsible for building all aspects of MasterCard’s issuance and acceptance business in the United States, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean. The Americas Region of MasterCard generated more than half of the company’s worldwide volume in 2005.
Ms. Marshall joined MasterCard in 1999 as president of MasterCard North America and was instrumental in growing MasterCard’s share of payments.
Before joining MasterCard, Ms. Marshall served as group executive president of two Electronic Payment Service companies, MAC Regional Network and Buypass Corporation. Upon acquisition of these companies by Concord EFS, she became senior executive vice president of the combined companies, where she oversaw marketing, account management, customer service and product development. In April 1999, she was awarded Credit Card Management’s Leader of the New Millennium Award for the payments industry. Ms. Marshall started her career at IBM, where, over 18 years, she served in managerial and executive positions.
In 2004 and 2005, Ms. Marshall was selected by Forbes.com as one of the World’s 100 Most Powerful Women. Ms. Marshall earned a master’s degree in finance and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
Ms. Marshall divides her time between homes in Miami, Florida and Santa Fe, New Mexico. Her hobbies include competitive sports, piano and travel."
