Terry McManaman has held senior management positions with the Canadian National Railroad (CNR). Most recently, as Vice President of CNR's Cargoflo and Transload, he was responsible for 260 facilities in North America where customer shipments are transferred between rail, truck, ships, warehouses and distribution centres. Just prior, Terry was Vice President of CNR's Gulf Division and responsible for all rail operations, marketing, and administration from St Louis to New Orleans . This territory covered 3100 track miles, had 3000 employees and direct operating budget of $200 million. Terry is a chartered accountant.

Effective April 2, 2007, Brian McMullan has been appointed by Global as the Company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Brian is a Chartered Accountant who began his career with KPMG. Over the last nineteen years, Brian has been a senior financial executive with progressive and varied experience with Canon Canada, Inc. In his last three years at Canon, Brian was Vice President, Finance and Accounting.

Mr. Peterson is a partner with the law firm of Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP specializing in securities, corporate, commercial and sports law. He is a director of several publicly traded companies listed in the TSX-V and TSX stock exchanges.

Mr. Horbay has worked in the rail industry for over 35 years with Canadian National Railway. Prior to his retirement from Canadian National Railway in 1998 Mr. Horbay held the position of Assistant Chief Engineer.

Mr. Ogden has worked in the rail industry for over 35 years mainly with Norfolk Southern. Prior to his retirement from Norfolk Southern in 2000, Mr. Ogden held the position of Senior Vice President of Engineering. He currently sits as a director for several other rail related businesses. In addition Mr. Ogden is Past President of the American Railway Engineering Association and Past President of the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance of Way Association.
