Richard D. Calder, Jr. , 44, has served as our President, Chief Executive Officer and Director since May 2007. Prior to joining us, from 2004 to 2006 Mr. Calder served as President & Chief Operating Officer of InPhonic, Inc., a publicly-traded online seller of wireless services and products. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Calder served in a variety of executive roles for Broadwing Communications, Inc., including President Business Enterprises and Carrier Markets. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Calder held several senior management positions with Winstar Communications, including Chief Marketing Officer, and President of the company s South Division. In 1994 Mr. Calder helped to co-found Go Communications, a wireless communications company, and served as its Vice President of Corporate Development from its founding until 1996. Prior to co-founding Go Communications, Mr. Calder held a variety of marketing, business development, and engineering positions within MCI Communications, Inc. and Tellabs, Inc. Mr. Calder holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Yale University.

Eric Swank , 41, has served as our Chief Financial Officer since February 2009. Prior to joining us, Mr. Swank served as the Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Finance at Mobile Satellite Ventures (now SkyTerra Communications), a publicly-held, Reston, Virginia-based developer and supplier of mobile satellite communications services from November 2001 to April 2008. From 1994 to 2001, Mr. Swank served in various positions, including Director, Corporate Development and Investor Relations, and Vice President, Corporate Planning and Investor Relations, at Motient Corporation (now TerreStar Corporation), a publicly-held, Reston, Virginia-based integrated mobile satellite and terrestrial communications network provider. Prior to joining Motient, from 1989 to 1994, Mr. Swank served as Director, Operations and Manager, Business Development for C-Tec Corporation, a diversified telecommunications holding company organized to hold Commonwealth Telephone Inc. and other non-regulated telecommunications businesses. Mr. Swank received a Bachelor s degree in Finance from King s College.
Kevin Welch is GTT's Chief Financial Officer. He oversees the company's global finance functions and is responsible for all corporate accounting, tax, treasury and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance activities. Mr. Welch joined GTT in January, 2007. Prior to joining GTT, he served as CFO of Landmat International, a privately-held mobile communications applications developer. Mr. Welch served as Meristar Hospitality Corporation's Senior Vice President and Treasurer from December 2004 until the company was acquired in May 2006. From 1998 until 2003, he worked for Qwest Communications, holding various positions including Vice President of Investor Relations and Vice President, Finance and Assistant Treasurer. Mr. Welch has also held senior finance positions with LCI International and MCI Telecommunications. Mr. Welch holds a Masters in Business Administration from Georgetown University and received his Bachelor of Science from the Colorado School of Mines.

Todd Vecchio is a co-founder and the President of Global Internetworking. Mr. Vecchio has worked full-time on company activities since 1998. He conceived of Global's facilities-neutral, knowledge-based business model, and has played a key role in the development of Global's strategy ever since. He has over twelve years of telecommunications industry sales experience. Under Mr. Vecchio's direction, GII's sales growth continued despite the 2000 to 2004 downturn in the telecommunications industry. Now in his role as President, Mr. Vecchio manages the daily business activities, strategic plans and operations of Global Internetworking. From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Vecchio was Vice President of Sales for Atlantic Media, Inc., a CLEC that was subsequently acquired by Looking Glass Networks. From 1992 to 1997, Mr. Vecchio was a Senior Account Manager with Bell Atlantic (later Verizon), where he was responsible for sales to enterprise business accounts. Mr. Vecchio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Mary Washington College.

As a veteran senior executive of the telecommunication industry, Brian has been instrumental in impacting the rise of competitive telecommunications both in the U.S. and abroad. Brian continues to head his own private equity investment and advisory firm, Universal Telecommunications, Inc, in Vienna, Virginia, focused on both start-up companies and consolidations taking place in the information/telecommunications industries. Brian currently serves as Chairman, Comsat International (CI), one of the largest independent telecommunications operators serving all of Latin America. He was previously Chairman and Chief Executive officer of Global TeleSystems Group, Inc. from March 1999 through September of 2000. He served as Chairman and CEO of LCI International, leading a turnaround of the company and developing it into one of the fastest growing telecommunications companies in the U.S. Subsequent to the merger of LCI with Qwest Communications International Inc. in June 1998, he became Vice Chairman of the Board for Qwest until his resignation. Brian was also the Executive Vice President of MCI Communications Corporation during its formative years as a long distance service company from 1981 to 1990 with responsibility for the company's eight operating divisions, including MCI International. He currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Bell Canada International Inc., ArrayComm, Inc., Axcelis Technologies, Inc., Sonus Technologies, and United Auto Group. Brian also serves as the U.S. co-chairman of the Global Information Infrastructure Commission, a multinational organization charting the role of the private sector in the developing global information and telecommunications infrastructure. Additionally, he is a member of the Irish Prime Minister's Ireland-America Economic Advisory Board.

Didier Delepine has been a director since October 2006. Mr. Delepine served as president and Chief Executive Officer of Equant NV, a global networking and managed communications solution provider to multinational corporations from 1998 to 2003. From 1995 to 1998, he served as president and Chief Executive Officer of Equant's Network Services division. Mr. Delepine began his career at SITA, the global telecommunications and technology organization supporting the world's airlines. From 1987 to 1997, as senior vice president in charge of the global network, he led the network development, investments and operation. He also served as chairman and president of ITS Americas, a company specializing in LAN/WAN integration and facility management for U.S. corporations. Mr. Delepine is a member of the board of directors of Viatel Ltd., Orbcomm Inc. and is a member of the board of advisors of Ciena Corporation. Mr. Delepine previously served on the boards of directors of Intelsat Ltd (2003 to 2005) and Eircom Ltd (2003 to 2006) until their privatizations.

Morgan O Brien , 63, has been a Director since October 2006 and from January 2005 to October 2006 served as a Special Advisor to the Company. Mr. O Brien is a co-founder and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cyren Call Communications, a new venture seeking to create a nationwide, seamless, ultra-broadband network for public safety communications. Mr. O Brien was the co-founder of Nextel Communications, Inc. in 1987 and served as its Chairman from 1987 to 1995, and then as Vice-Chairman until its merger with Sprint Communications in 2005. Recently Mr. O Brien was inducted into the Washington Business Hall of Fame. He currently serves on the board of trustees of The Field School in Washington, D.C. and as a member of the Law Board of Northwestern University School of Law. Mr. O Brien received an A.B. in Classical Studies from Georgetown University and a law degree from Northwestern University.
Mr. Shenoy has been a member of our board of directors since October 2006. Mr. Shenoy is Chairman and CEO of Information Management Consulting, Inc., a business solutions and technology provider which Mr. Shenoy founded in 1981. Mr. Shenoy is also a member of the Non Resident Indian Advisory Group that advises the Prime Minister of India on strategies for attracting foreign direct investment. From 2002 to June 2005 he served as the chairman of the Northern Virginia Technology Council. Since 1998 Mr. Shenoy has served on the Board of Directors of Startec Global Communications. In 1970, Mr. Shenoy received a B. Tech (Hons.) in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). In 1971 and 1973 he received an M.S. in electrical engineering and an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut Schools of Engineering and Business Administration, respectively.
