Jorden, as a recognized thought leader in the globalization space, has spoken both nationally and internationally at over 100 conferences, tradeshows, and workshops. Jorden is a founder of GlobalSight Corporation, a company that was the leading provider of globalization management systems (GMS) to the Fortune 500 from 1996 until its acquistion in 2005. Jorden has extensive experience in the globalization, internationalization, localization, translation (GILT) industry including being a former Excom member of Localization Industry Standards Association (LISA) on globalization and the former Co-Chair of OSCAR (XML Open Standards for Globalization Industry). As an Excom member Jorden spearheaded the development of globalization standards for content and metadata. Jorden has also been an active participant at Microsoft's Global XML Architecture Summit focused on .NET and globalization issues. While at GlobalSight Jorden was responsible for the development of the world's first hybrid J2EE and .NET-based globalization Web service. In addition to his work at GlobalSight and in the industry Jorden has authored numerous publications including the chapter entitled 'Managing Multicultural Content in the Global Enterprise' for Usability and Internationalization of Information Technology edited by Nuray Aykin and the foreword for James Bean's Engineering Global E-Commerce Sites: A Guide to Data Capture, Content, and Transactions. Additionally Jorden was the instructor for the Global eCommerce course for the eCommerce Certificate at San Jose State University between 1999-2002.

Devin Lynch is Chief Executive Officer and President of Transware and also a member of the company's board of directors. As CEO, Lynch is responsible for directing Transware's operations, overseeing its expansion into new global markets and managing the company's growth. Lynch, who first joined Transware in January 2003, most recently served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. As EVP, he oversaw and shaped Transware's sales strategy and the company's marketing efforts. Lynch has over thirteen years experience of senior level sales and marketing positions. He came to Transware after holding a number of management positions at SmartForce, now SkillSoft, most recently Senior Vice-President Sales. At SmartForce, Lynch had overall responsibility for all direct and indirect sales in North America as well as Worldwide Alliances and Strategic Partners. Lynch also built the Channel Sales Organisation for SmartForce. Prior to SmartForce, he was the VP Sales for PTS (Personal Training Systems), which was a leader in Multi-media Desktop training. He earned a bachelor's degree in Human Development from California Polytechnic State University.
